I was out on a service call and realized I didn't have a #12 torx bit. I stopped in this True Value and in passing told the employee that asked me if I needed help why I was there. Instead of having me buy a whole kit for that one bit, they let me borrow one. I was blown away. Unbelievable customer service.I intentionally bought one of those orange handled screwdrivers with all the different phillips and flat heads inside, on my way out just to support the store.

I have had only positive experiences at this store. I am a senior citizen and bought a microwave oven. I asked if someone could deliver and hook it up. They did that and also removed my old one. No charge. Great customer service.

Burleson True Value is a wonderful hardware store to visit. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And, they even have some tools and equipment you can rent. This is my first stop for any hardware needs.

Terrible service three people standing around and nobody helped. Furthermore they left my mother to unload 80 pound bags of concrete by herself after they said they would help. Took almost a half hour to buy a bolt and return some concrete I didn't use. I'll drive to Eldred or Smethport from now on they will never get another penny out of me.

Beware!!!!! Rented a trailer from them found out that there was a lot wrong with trailer. Advised the employee and the owner of what I found wrong with it and the owner just started the last time he used it, it was fine. Make sure you check out what you rent from them!!!
