They stuck me in a room 45 that has a putrid smell and I tried to let it go but about 2 hours into it I called once phone didn't work I'm Gonna assume cuz she said I didn't call argued with me stating it's the only dog room and Noone is at the hotel I asked them if they deep cleaned or anything but I can clearly see they haven't it smells so bad

I picked this motel on a whim, but there is nothing whimsical about it. The front staff were informative and very professional. Very congenial folks. When I got to the room, there were two beds with very attractive coverings, a microwave, a refrigerator, a flat screen TV, and internet access. The room was exceptionally clean and neat. I was very pleasantly surprised. The bed was comfortable and I had a very restful sleep.In the morning I talked with the cleaning staff; a very wealth of information about the town and shopping possibilities was held by these ladies. They were very talkative and I enjoyed every second.I have never traveled in Central PA, but if these people are an example of the quality of the residents, then this would be a good place to settle. And the room? At $72 for the night it was an enormously good value!

The couple that own this motel are upgrading everything. And the work is beautiful. They are also two of the friendliest hoteliers I have come across on this NorthEast trip. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and temperature. I felt very safe as the guy is ex-Air Force security. Thank you for your service, sir. The location is right in the middle of town within in walking distance to many things. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Spent two nights. Generally a nice, clean place. Pillows were a variety of thickness, which was nice. Beds are newer, but the sheets were older (although still in good condition) and didn't fit the thicker mattress. Woke up the first morning and the bottom sheet was half off and we were laying on the mattress pad. This is the first motel we've ever stayed at without phones in the room. Obviously they aren't needed anymore with everyone having cell phones.My only real complaint, and it's with just about every hotel/motel we stay at: Every heater/air conditioner blows right in my face when I'm laying in bed.... I always manage to be on that side of the bed. Why are they ALL aimed at the bed? I woke up the first morning with a very sore, scratchy throat, runny nose and watery eyes. I'm sure they aren't cleaned often. Tell the manufacturer to at least make them moveable so they can be aimed somewhere other than the bed!!

This was the only accommodation I was able to find in Port Allegheny. The owner was nice and welcoming. The room was a decent room. Beds were comfortable, lots of pillows, clean and tidy. Tim came with a microwave, fridge and Roku TV. Wi-Fi Internet worked well. The location is pretty central to Port, so getting to and from here to anywhere in Port was easy.

Rooms where very clean, area was safe, next to busy street so only noise was traffic. Right next to sheets, only place in town really. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There was people living full time in back area parking lot but they would help you instead of harm you. The people of this town and friendly environment completes a great stay for any visitor.

Decent rooms for a good price. I thought it was a good deal. No shampoo provided but they have soap, not a big deal. Rooms are quite large for what you pay for. The staff is also good. Good food options nearby.

Management is annoying and intrusive, housekeeping was very poor! Some of the guys constantly had to go and ask for towels and toilet paper. Floors were almost never cleaned and bed sheets only seem to get changed when ask or complained about. I learned my key opens almost all others including the maids closet so I would change my own sheets and clean my own floor sometimes. We work in this area often & stayed here for a few weeks and will never do it again! I came in a short time after the rest of my crew, I keep a fan by my bed and within the first week it was covered in some kind of black stuff. Nasty! Besides the town it is in I have nothing good to say about mid town motel oh and one of our guys got scavies from his room

This is the only motel for miles so when travelling to Port Alleghany for work, we were kind of stuck staying there. The owners/staff always seem like they were annoyed when you went to ask any question or let them know something was in need of repair. Duuring one stay there was not a single working light in the bathroom. When I approached the woman working the front desk I was asked point blank what she wanted me to do about it. There was a family living in the main office who's small kids would play in the parking lot, either splashing in the potholes in the lot after a rain, or openly peeing in the lot. Thankfully I do not travel for work anymore but if I was ever to head back to that town I would either pack a tent or make plans to sleep in my truck rather than stay there.

Considering the size of the town, distance to others, the fact you are in MCKEAN COUNTY on Route 6 in the middle of nowhere...etc .etc. this is a very clean hotel with wifi, fridge, microwave and I am actually surprised. One of those don't judge a hotel by it's entrance and sign type places. If $55 a weeknight for a decent clean hotel isn't your thing since they don't give you free bacon in the am, you can drive 20 miles to the next town or find the $120 bed and breakfast I'm sure is around here somewhere.

Nice people but geez Goodwill or salvation army has nicer furniture and the tv is a 15 in from 1980. No bugs! Prob should be 3 stars but 65 too much for this, 50 will get you a room at motel 6

Small, central motel in Port Allegany. It's an older place but seems well-maintained; furnishings are modern, if bits of decor hint of the past. No telephones in the rooms, although there is WiFi.

This is the worst place ever. Housekeepers don't know how to make beds, the linens are always dirty .The rooms stink. They have bed bugs. I had to burn all the stuff we took to that room.

Only place around that would let my dogs stay. If I didn’t have them, I wouldn’t stay here.
