I guess some people expect the workers to treat them like royalty. I can't believe people complain that they are on a cell phone and talking to one another while they wait on them. I love going there never a bad visit. I see more rude customers than anything. Not bad workers.i guess we need to roll out the red carpet for people like Jess and Kendra and a few others on here.

Some employees at this store are a disgrace and prioritize their smoke breaks over quality customer service. The employees here are also loud and obnoxious, extremely unprofessional. On my most recent trip here, not only did I wait almost 5 mins for the girl to finish her cigarette, but she was also chit chatting on her phone taking a personal call.....

This store has came a long way in the last while , I see people saying it's cluttered , yes on truck day it is because understand that it's all u loaded then put away! Anyone that has worked retail knows that. The manager is awesome and noone seems to realize the improvments there! And yes once in a while you do get a bad apple cashier, guess what they do not act like that until after they are hired! And normally they are dealt with promptly, I know this because there was a woman rude to my son... She was gone right after...Staff is friendly but they are real!

Pt Marion dollar store has to be the best one I've ever been too! A manager named kim cogar had to be the nicest and most helpful person I've ever encountered. Kudos to this store. You truly are not paying this woman enough!!

If you're looking to buy drugs or see homeless it's a great zoo to take your children to see and explain to not be in life. I'd suggest spend the extra dollar and migrate away from this disgrace of a business that needs condemned.

Usually visit here often. The workers here are great. They are very friendly, and will help you with anything you need. Good quality customer service. Treat you with a friendly response. If you need anything the workers are here to help.

I know most of workers personally and most issues are always taking care of in a polite and respectful manner and I have never been disrespected from any employee and they all friendly just got to know them a lil better it's a small town most people know most
