We so absolutely LOVE Rachel and her team !! I’ve been bringing my Cavies, Bella and Charlie to Rachel for several years. She is the only one I’ll trust with my “kids” (after trying many other groomers) … She treats B&C like family and knows their quirks Lolol …The biggest part of this shout out is that my Bella is an ESA, is prone to separation anxiety from me (which is actually a good thing given she’s an ESA lol) … However … If Bella was ever going to leave me for someone else … it would DEFINITELY be her “Aunt Rachel” !!!!! ❤️❤️

From my first time at Rachel Ann’s country clips. When I brought Rocky for his first hair cut they treated him as if he was their own. They made Rocky’s first experience well let’s say knock it out of the park. He has gone for every cut since. I spread the good word to all of my family and friends. Rachel and her team are AMAZING!! I have a senior dog and he becomes very anxious every time he has to get groomed but Rachel was so patient with him and she did an amazing job. He looks so good and by the end of the appointment my dog was so comfortable with her and seemed to actually enjoyed being there. Rachel has been my pets' groomer for over six years. I took my Great Pyranees mix boy to Rachel's. I had very little history on him and he tends to be timid especially with situations that are unfamiliar to him. He loved his bath, blow dry and cut! Now he looks amazingly awesome. Rachel Anne’s Country Clips have been providing grooming services for my three babies (Piggy, Belle and Phoebe- my 3 chihuahuas) for years. They are so professional and kind. Piggy and Phoebe were my older chihuahuas (brother and sister) and Rachel always treated them so kind and was so gentle with them. Piggy would always get his oatmeal senior bath. They have both passed and I now have Belle who I continue to take for her nail clippings. Bruce and Rachel are the best. Rachel’s sister also works there and she is the sweetest. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

Rachel and her team are AWESOME!I’m from NYC and was staying in Pa for a few days….my senior dogs needed a serious grooming….they responded with the paperwork needed to get the grooming. After verification of my dogs vaccination, they scheduled me in for an afternoon for all 3 of my dogs.But wait there’s more….they asked questions about there regular grooming, health, and any other important information.They groomed my 17 yr shitzu on the floor because he wasn’t used to the scent…He is blind now and was always deaf…they are a amazing group of animal lovers not groomersCUSTOMER FOR MY DOGS TIME ON THIS EARTH!Thank you Rachel and her team!

I took my young Welsh Terrier to Rachel Ann's after a bad experience with another groomer. Rachel and her husband were both very professional and very personable, enquiring about any allergies, taking the time to listen to me and explain options for my dog, and describing to me what they were going to do ahead of time. I was very impressed with Rachel's knowledge of the breed standard (in an uncommon breed) and she delivered fantastic results. More importantly, Winston had a very good experience. He was happy and friendly with Rachel when we picked him up, rather than nervous and jumpy like he was with a previous groomer. I highly recommend Rachel for a caring approach and a skilled professional.
