First time ordering at this location the food looked absolutely great when received. Service when calling and ordering was great when picked up employee were great. The downfall for me was the actual food though. The upside down Sicilian was great just a bit too over cooked for my liking but flavor and sauce was great. Garlic knots to me were the worst part of the order had little to no flavor and just absolutely fell flat. The Chicago deep dish was very good and the sausage in the pizza was also great. The biggest let down for me was the smores dessert pizza it looked spectacular but whatever they use for chocolate ruins the taste of the pizza. Place has potential to be great will try again in a few months and see if time will fix the ingredient quality issues all and all not awful but by far not the best choice for pizza in the area as they sit right now.

DO NOT ORDER from this place. Apparently they have new owners. I ordered and had to call to find out why my food was not delivered. I had to go to the restaurant to pick up my food because I was told 3 people quit and the person on the phone would have to shut the restaurant down. When I got there they had 3 people behind the counter and several in the kitchen. There was some kind of issues between employed new management. My food was cold. I was refunded money for the cold food. I had a house full of hungry kids and it was our first night in the Poconos. Got to my place the pizza was burnt. Then I realized my salad, another pizza, and pepperoni bites were also missing. Called the restaurant and was placed on hold a long time. Contacted Slice who is the third party site I ordered through and they said they can not refund my money. So I'm done with this restaurant and Slice as well. You will absolutely regret ordering from this place. I promise you. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat while in town. Very reasonably priced! The food was delicious and reminded me of home and a former pizza shop which had fresh made sauce and well-done crust! The sub and Stromboli were full of meat. We would visit again!There appears to also be a bakery case, unsure what other goodies they have during the daytime as we visited at night.

Stopped for a bite and ordered a meat lovers pizza, one of the best sellers there. Took it outside to eat it a the tables under the trees. The large size was enough for three adults, very tasty with a touch of aniseed in the dough. We were very glad we found this nice little restaurant. Very friendly and the pizza was freshly made. Definitely a place to stop!

I ordered food for delivery to Arrowhead Lake and never received the food. I called at the 2 hour mark and was put on hold and they never picked up the phone again.Thankfully we had cereal to eat since Pocono Pines let us down!Edit: I feel that it is only fair to update this review since they did attempt delivery at 9:35 pm. 3 hours after the order was placed. My family was already in bed and sleeping so I told the driver to just take it back to the restaurant.

Just ordered from new ownership. Not satisfied at all. Pizza was horribly burnt. Got a rice ball that is nothing like what I or anyone knows is considered a rice ball. Stromboli was ok. Probably a one and done from me. IF I ever try it again and they change my mind I will update my review. But for now, neither myself or any of my family and friends will be going there. Would not recommend.

I ordered through Slice and my food showed up 2 hours after it was supposed to. I ordered at 5:10; my food was scheduled to be delivered at 5:59. My food showed up after 8PM and was left because I was out trying to find something else for dinner. I actually went to the restaurant and other customers were waiting who ordered over an hour before me. I was told my online order might not have even been accepted by someone working at the restaurant. When I called the restaurant, I was placed on hold and ignored. It’s sad my experience was so crappy because the food was pretty decent. I think if they had more staff they might be able to turn it around.

Food was decent. Only problem was they didn't give me what I ordered. I ordered a pocono panini, which is grilled chicken, spinach, ricotta and mozzarella. They gave me an Italian with lettuce tomato and onion. A little disappointed as I was looking forward to the sandwich I actually ordered.

Under new ownership and food a disappo intment. Ordered premium stromboli and confirmed would have ham, salami, pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers and mozzarella (like old owner made) For $22.00 got dough, mozarella, pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers.Use to be our favorite pizzaria. Not so sure now.

Saw that this place was packed on my way to work so I had to stop and check it out. I was impressed. The pizza was great. There was a vast selection of desserts and I picked up a cheesecake/coffee/tiramisu kinda thing. It was awesome. Prices are also very good. Thumbs up guys. I’ll be back.

Pizza was decent. We got the 5 cheese pizza and it was a white pie (which I didn't notice on the menu). Also got an assortment of desserts. Definitely treat yourself because they were absolutely delicious!

In my opinion bypass this pizza shop it’s not worth the money for the food. I ordered a steak Stromboli picked it up. Got it home. It was raw. I called the owner. She has no people skills. She basically told me it’s impossible that it’s raw and hung up on me. She told me to bring it back so she could look at it. Explain to her. I’m 25 minutes away. That was not happening. Don’t worry. I call my credit card company and dispute it. She told me I’m not allowed to do that. Oh OKParking: Parking lot not lit up very well

I always stop here for pizza when visiting the Poconos. Love the thin crispy crust. Employees are very nice. Many bakery choices if you have a sweet tooth. Meatball subs are also one of my favorites. Wish they were open on Sunday when I come up for a quick weekend visit.

The food might be good here but we never got that far. Walked in to two negative signs on entrance door. One stating no public rest rooms and another stating you could not bring your own food in. Not a great start but we went in. Inside behind the counter we saw a sign on the display board showing the menu that said “prices are not updated see our website for current prices”. Really? Is that even legal? Next I say to the woman taking orders that I’d like a gluten free pizza for my wife, I’m told in a less than friendly tone that they don’t do gluten free anything. I say we came here because your website states you do indeed make gluten free pizza. She says well you must be looking at an old website. Hmmm. Not sure how that works or how that’s my problem. We walked out.

We ordered from here for the first time last nite. Very unsatisfied. We ordered a pie, well done fries & garlic knots. The pie looked nothing like the pis We saw on their site. There was very little cheese & bland, the fries were limp & the bottoms of the garlic knots were burnt. Very disappointing as we are looking for a good pizza shop.
