Dunkin' went to a new groomer after going to the same groomer for 4 yrs. Both he and I were nervous lol. When we picked him up all I could say when I first saw him was, "perfect job!" He seemed at ease and looked and smelled so good! Thank you so much! Highly recommend Pawtopia and will tell people about them when they're looking for a groomer!

This place is wonderful and the girls are friendly. This was the first time my sheltie was at a groomers. Shes 11years old and I've always taken care of her myself. She wasn't stressed at all when I picked her up and she looks beautiful. They did a great job and we will definitely be back.

I brought my cat to Pawtopia for her first groom ever. I've done it at home but always end up making her look silly. The two lovely women who were in that day took such great care of my baby. She was super nervous, and they were so patient and gentle with her. They also were great with communication. My girl smells and looks amazing! Will definitely be returning!

I’ve gone many times and liked it. I chose it even Though it’s 30 mins away from me because they seemed great. Today, I took my dogs and I think they’re all new people. Their prices are way higher. They didn’t even send notice of that out to people or tell them in anyway beforehand. Besides that, their system must have malfunctioned and I didn’t get their message to pick up my dogs until 1130 and I got there a few after 12 (as soon as possible with the drive) and they said they sent the message they were done at 1015. I showed them my phone and when their message came through. 1133. They didn’t care and charged me fees. Just wrong.

Our 9 month old ShihTzu got a puppy cut. He looked adorable. Samantha was very loving and sweet with him. She seems to have a lot of patience and a true love for her profession. We will definitely consider her our groomer. This is our third dog so we are not newbies.

Absolutely over the moon! My poor cat looked like a mangy, homeless matted furball. To be honest, I thought it would take more than one trip to get him in shape. I was so delighted when I picked him up! I would definitely recommend Sam to everyone that wants their pets groomed.Update: I was a little shocked to find out that the dishwashing liquid Dawn is used to clean around their eyes. I know they are careful, but Dawn should never be used near the eyes! Gives me pause as far as bringing him back. Just thought everyone would like to know. You can make your own judgment about this.
