Get rid of that young rude Hispanic girl (Jes or Jessica is probthe name) she definitely needs more training in customer service. As a paying customer she needs to learn to treat us better. Quit your little smart attitude little girl & have respect for customers. This young lady is making the company look bad; kindness goes a long way. Returned my items not coming back!

I always go to this family Dollar and it was always OK, employees seemed kind of passive aggressive Type nice. But I went in today and I don’t know if it’s just the daytime employees from the night time employees or if they hired new people or if the people who are working today came from another store? But the guy who helped me today was absolutely fantastic! I wish I got his name because his customer service skills are out of this world. I was there around noon 1/10/21. He carried my 3, 12 pack of sodas out to the car for me, he helped me find the right 12 packs for the discount without me even asking! He saw that I had the wrong 12 packs and brought me over to the correct ones and carried them up to the counter for me... and when he saw the line getting a little bit long he instantly stopped what he was doing and hopped on the register to help filter out the customers! I just think that he should be recognized for his outstanding customer service!!! And the girl who was working with him was very friendly and absolutely fantastic as well. I didn’t have much interaction with her but I heard how she was with the other customers and it was just a pleasant family dollar experience today LOL 😁😁... So thank you whoever your are!

I come here majority of the time . But today when I came a rude cashier with black hair and Spanish ‘ who must be around 20-25 years old was rude . It was an older lady infront and she was practically rushing her because she had 71 cents in coins . When it was my turn she was very eager mannered to rush me as well as give off an annoyed attitude . She said to her associate that she was NOT IN THE MOOD . Well don’t come to work then ! Won’t be back

Worst faimly dollar eva they sell you lamps that are broken i have tried eveything with this lamp i have 2 that do the same exact issue it dosent lock on it just leep falling off

It needs to be more organized and more employees actually the store would be nice to shop in if they had the people who can stock the shelves and replace items recover clothes and clear the garbage

I just moved to the area and have been in this store no less than 6 times in the past 10 days, this morning while in their with my child I was WRONGLY ACCUSED OF STEALING. I understand people have to do their job but when it comes to the law you NEED SOMETHING CALLED EVIDENCE, WHICH I know that you didn't have it as I did nothing wrong and still continued to spend $75.00 in the store. I will not be returning and I want to speak to the corporate office about the way this stores EMPLOYEES conduct themselves.

It was terrific! I loaded my cart with everything on the list. Download all the app coupons. At the register the girl was helpful and friendly. Even explained other ways to use the app.

I was in the store today and there is a new manager. I will not be going to the Plymouth family Dollar any more the new manager yelled at a women for asking if there was some one else working cause he was busy she said I am but I'm busy the line was in the aisles

Multiple times me and or my fiance would be accused of stealing the store is always dirty the only decent worker there is a little Hispanic lady bless her the manger and other workers don't do anything I'd rather do to Kingston or Wilkes-Barre then go to this store

For some reason the price changes ridiculously different especially when something go for $1 to now $3.49 that doesn't make sense

During a global pandemic, the workers are NOT wearing masks. The clerk at the register had her mask down to her chin... WHILE interacting with a customer. Another employee was walking around the store with her mask not covering her nose. This happened on August 17, 2020.

The store was very dirty. The aisles were crowded with boxes and junk all over the floors. And this was a little after 8am.

Everyday EVERYDay I come here and stand in a 20 min line! What the hell is wrong with your employees? 20 min wait every night between 530pm and 830pm . Ridicules!

Very dirty. Employees do not wear mask as mandated by the state. Street sign broken for more then a year. And not enough parking lot lights.
