I love this CVS location. The staff is always very helpful. They apply coupons and rewards that I have loaded onto my account and they process them to my best advantage. Helpful if I’m not able to find something all the staff is always very helpful.

The store was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The register was a little Unresponsive but it caught up to finish the transaction 😂🤣Overall it was Very Pleasant

Today I'd had a great experience at the Plymouth CVS. My 5 star rating is particularly accorded to the service level and product knowledge of store associate Sadie. She had went so far as to take a moment to demonstrate more ways to save money using the CVS app, locating additional CVS and manufacturers coupons which can be sent to your card and applied at the time of purchase. Cordial pleasantries abounding, she surely enhances the customer experience. Will be certain to use this store more frequently.

First of all, my problem is NOT with the staff. Generally speaking, they have all been kind of considerate of mask mandates which make me feel respected.Anyway, this pharmacy just keeps having problems. First thing, their hours are not great for someone who works 9-530/6pm. Its really difficult for me to get there when they're open. They used to be open on sundays until 6, but they've very recently changed their hours to 9-6 Monday-Saturday, closed on sundays. ((This is a very recent and abrupt change))I'm not sure what exactly the reason is but it really bums me out because that pharmacy is so close to me.Not only this, but for some reason, I keep getting prescriptions refilled that I stopped taking and I've specifically told them NOT to fill.I opted out of them calling me for when my medication needs to be filled. . . . . . . . . . . they still call me...its super irritating. after this last fill from them, I'll sadly have to go to another pharmacy out of the way from me because their hours keep weirdly changing to very inconvenient times for people who work during the day, the communication is very poor at times, and I've had to ask about 3 separate occasions for them to please stop filling medication i no longer take but it seems like their system is not the best. (sorry employees!)Sometimes its pretty busy and the customers do not give a ********* about wearing a mask which is infuriating.anyway, sad I'll have to go farther out of the way after all this hassle or maybe the hour change is temporary because they could be understaffed. (if that is the case, I'm so sorry you guys are going through this!!!)

I had purchased a no contact thermometer (cvs brand) from this store 2 days ago. When I left the store, I noticed how aged the product was. Top of the package was yellow and dust covering the top. Got home and opened and batteries supplied were dead. Got unit working and unit would not give me the same reading twice. Unit was dated and inaccurate. Went to store this morning to return and the lady behind the counter left me treated very poorly. I entered the store at 8:05 am and me and did not see an employee until 8:10. The employee made comments like “I have one of these and these are great” and “oh well it’s our loss now no offense” as she was processing the return. Terrible experience with this store.

Horrible customer service. Stood at the register for almost 20 min waiting to buy my items. I eneded up ringing the bell just to hear the employee that could clearly see me standing there start complaining because they had to check me out. I will not be going to that one again.
