This is for GROOMING. I took my mom’s dog Ginger here for the first time today. First they weren’t friendly at all except for the person who hand me Ginger when she was done. The haircut itself wasn’t too bad but I would not go back and would NOT recommend them. Her hair wasn’t even and it wasn’t what we requested. I’m sure there are better grooming places.

Everyone at the store is ultra friendly and super helpful. This review is really for the training. Jen is an absolute superstar when it comes to training. Always super happy to help with any questions, and has helped my dog remarkably. She’s the absolute real deal

The dogs love to walk around this store and see people and other dogs and sniff the shelves for the best toys and treats. It is odd that at home they snatch every toy or treat but here they know that it is not theirs. The customer service is generally very good. I took a star because prices can be a bit high but we still go and shop for the dog experience

For the first time after many years using PetSmart grooming , my dogs nails were trimmed so short to the point there was blood on her paw. She came home with diarrhea probably of the discomfort she was in. I was not even informed before picking her up. I am very disappointed

So we lost our Oreo after 17 years . Toured a few SPCA locations over the last 2 months but just wasnt feeling it . Finally found our Chase at the mega adoption event at Brandywine ! Uh oh , went from a 17 year old toy poodle to a 7 month old behemoth !! So we head over to Pet Smart for training equipment , full size dishes and a dog bed . Everything was organized and laid out as if done on purpose ... even segregated, cats on left and dogs on right ! The people staffing were friendly and knowledgeable. And to top the event off , the nicest older gentleman( can't believe I forgot his name ) rang us out with helpful hints , coupons , and a most pleasant demeanor . What an awesome day !!

Large selection of products. They have all the Rx food your pets. Same price as Chewy, but you don’t have to purchase in case lots.

Store has great staff. Main reasons I give it four stars is because we have gotten cat litter before that had been returned by someone and filled with another type of litter (twice). Staff was nice about exchanging it back of course, but we were confused how it happened to us on more than one occasion. One of the times we had to get a refund because the litter we were attempting to buy was out of stock. They also do not offer cat grooming services at all (not even nail clipping). We were told this is due to a PA law requiring a specific license to groom cats specifically. Super fast on pick up orders though and aside from our litter choice, usually pretty well stocked.

My boys and I love going there to see all of the animals. Great dog shelter, and pretty much anything you could need for any pet. Great quality too!

It's PetSmart. This one has a nice little training area for their classes, as well as grooming and adoption center. I take my dogs here to get their nails did. Buster particularly hates getting his nails done but the ladies here do an amazing job with him (and his little sister) each time. Updated September 2023.

This is the Only big box store I go to for my pets and they are always either out of Rachel Ray little bites or the price is Drastically different from week to week. It's bothersome for real. Today the manager Dave was awesome he opened a pallet so I wouldn't leave empty handed. My kids and I thank you Dave for going above and beyond

The worst petsmart for grooming, do not take your dog to get groomed at this location. Do not do a very good job at all and are not friendly with your dogs

I had a 1:30 grooming appointment for my dog (a first time). Arrived on time and expected less than 1 hour for the bath, so since the location was a 30-minute drive, I would wait at the store for the bath, dry, brush, ears, and nails. FOUR HOURS Later they let me RESCUE my damp special-needs senior dog!!!! She was terrified!!!I spent over 1 hour traveling to the location and back home. SO I WASTED 5 HOURS FOR A BATH...INEXCUSABLE!!! I'LL NEVER RETURN AGAIN.So while I purchased dog food and the bath, I spent a full afternoon of my life for over $100 in services and food while making me wait for over 4 HOURS!!!What is the point of a scheduled appointment ????As a paraphrased Seinfeld episode once said..."you know how to take a reservation, but you don't know how to honor a reservation".The lame excuse I got was that they had "a lot of dogs today". Well, if they honored 'walk-ins' above appointments then they should be fired.

Have visited multiple times, have gotten help from Dave, the manager/supervisor who escorted me to my vehicle in the pouring rain and helped load. All staff members are great and always assist both my husband and I when visiting on separate occasions. The store always has what we need for our fishies and guineas

On August 22, 2023 my parents brought their dog here. Penny completely butchered him. He’s only 8 months old cut his hair so close to his skin causing cuts and rashes on his body had to go to the vet for antibiotic ointment. Cut is uneven you can see razor marks. If the groomer couldn’t handle the dog the responsible thing would of been to tell the owner. Now my parents puppy is extremely anxious and not himself even 2 weeks later. We did report to Petsmart Corporate.Please take your dogs elsewhere it’s not safe or clean. It seems like there’s not enough staff so they are rushing, and putting animals in danger.

PetSmart always has everything you could need for your pets from food, to beds, toys and more. Bring your pets into the store let them pick out their own toys or for obedience training, grooming or well visits. PetSmart does it all and if you are looking for a job with animals they are hiring.

I took my dog to get his nails done here, and I won’t be bringing him back. When I got there, I told the tech that my dog is sensitive about his front paws, but not aggressive. The tech told me that was no problem (we’ve never had an issue at other petsmart locations). After about 15 minutes, the manager came rushing over, stating he they could not do my dogs nails. When I inquired about why, they said “It’s been a bad vibe in here all day.” They told me they did his back paws and his ears, but wouldn’t do his front. When I asked if my dog had been aggressive, they said no, and just repeated that it had been a “bad vibe.” Definitely can’t come back here.

I was just at Petsmart and went to the clearance rack that indicated the Top Paw brand was 50% off so I picked out a cute tie dye tee for my pup. Since regular price was $14.99 I was excited to pay $7.50 for it. Then went to the treat aisle and picked up a small Meaty Femur bone that was listed on the shelf at $5.99. When I went to check out, they rang up $14.99 for the tee and I told the cashier that it was on clearance for 50% off and she said no it is not. She didn’t even check. Well I told her I don’t want it. Then she scanned the bone for $6.49!!! I said that the price is $5.99!!! I couldn’t believe that they try to rob me! Thank goodness that I look closely as the prices. The cashier actually went to check this time and she said that I was correct so she adjusted the price. But then I get home and check the receipt and saw that they charged me $1.00 for donations that I didn’t even agree on!!! They are scammers! Please watch closely what the cashier rings up and look at the receipt before you walk out! Unbelievable! Never going back to Petsmart!
