Always clean and fully stocked. They do not sell alcohol but there is a pizza shop in the same shopping center that does. Employees are long term so they know the regulars.

This Giant is right near my house. It just went through a huge renovation last summer. It's lovely and the staff are very kind and helpful. Well-stocked, clean, and great choices for fresh foods and baked goods!

Overall a great place, but Tim in the flower department was exceptionally decent and helpful.

I shop at the Giant in Doylestown, PA. The vast majority of the checkout lanes have been converted to self check out. The last 3 times I have shopped there, the prices rang up higher than marked, necessitating a trip to customer service for a refund. Today, I used a live checker and a price rang up wrong, resulting in a $10 overcharge for 2 items from the seafood case. They refused to honor the price as marked. There are a both a Weiss and an Acme market within a mile of here. I'm done with this store. Too many other options.

Clean store. Found everything easily. Staff friendly. Hot bar was cleaned up & shut down 50 minutes before it was posted. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

I bought some eggs here. They were pretty tasty. My cashier was named Billy, he seems like a cool guy. I bet he could lift at least four gallons of milk at once.

Shop at your store all the time, this Morning I went with 100.00 in my pocket, was buying only what I need, along with my digital & paper coupons. Knew it would be at least that amount. Went thru , was helping bagging which I always do to help all around, watching watching the screen. Came up over the amount, had her take items off. Got home read my receipt and found my toilet paper was scanned twice. Came back and your Customer Service (Barbara was very kind. No fault on anyone mistakes happen, Thankyou for great Customer Service. Kind words aren't expressed enough!!

I like this store because it's close. There are a handful of very friendly staff but most look downright upset and unhappy they are there. I agree with the previous commenter re the deli. They always are in conversations and you get the feeling you are interrupting them and they are talking about the customers too. The selection is wonderful in the store but the majority of the floor employees need to be trained better with assisting the customers. Karen and the others in the meat dept. are great. The produce guys barely give you the time of day. The bakery staff are also great. I go to McCaffreys and get a smile/hello if an employee makes eye contact. In this store, they look away..

Management is always grumpy and not pleasant to speak too. The deli grab and go section is gross and needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Maybe if the people working the deli counter stopped talking for once amongst each other and actually worked (cleaned) and waited on customers, the area would be clean and not a long wait. They are also very rude in that department. They are bothered when you interrupt their conversation to ask for help. A smile and pleasant workers go a long way with customers. We are the reason you have a job, treat people better! I have to add that the bakery section is always nice and neat, orderly and clean! The cashiers when checking out are always pleasant and helpful, so thank you and keep up the great job!

For the past 3 months every time I go the isles are bare. At first I was like "Oh they are moving things around! (and not an isle at a time but let's take down three and stash everything across the next six isles and block everything.) Now when I go it's almost back to 100% but no one told the vendors... Things like bread and half and half are always out of stock. But that's cool, I managed to get a cart full of stuff lemme head to check out. Oh wait, there aren't any. Unless you want to self check out an entire cart of stuff on your own... Will spend the extra 10 minutes going to an actual grocery store that has inventory.

Shop here regularly so this criticism is based on many experiences of the exact same issue. Management needs to start being more aware of customer service at the front end. First thing in the am they have one cashier and one self checkout open. Inevitably one or both of these are having a break down of some kind. Happened again this am. Cashier can’t open her register? And whoever is in charge won’t respond to multiple calls by cashier for help?? Meanwhile only one self check out is open. Don’t care if it’s a holiday, this happens all the time and store management needs to address it. Start by having more than one flippin’ self checkout open!

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Company is finishing a store renovation, store looks nice now stock the shelves. 4/23. Renovation is a great improvement over the "old" store but they still run out of too many things.

Food, glorious food! A veritable cornucopia of gastronomic delight. But seriously, folks - if you have a hankerin' for it, Giant probably has it in-store. Note that as with most purveyors of life's necessities, Giant has hitched itself to the never-ending price increases (or should I note - gouging?). Hellman's mayonnaise jumped from $4.99 to ~$6.49/quart - a 30% increase in about year. Can anyone guess if cashiers' salaries increased on a commensurate scale, or if upper management has felt the squeeze proportionately? (Rhetorical questions, my friends.)But, we gotta eat, right? So, grin & bear it, read it & weep, tighten your belt another notch - this situation ain't gonna change any time soon.

Great store! Staff has always been very friendly to me in the past. This store carries quality products at affordable prices, and almost always has what I'm looking for. Bonus card savings are incredible and the points can help you save on gas too! Proud to be a GIANT shopper!

they always have organic red potatoes(hard to find at other stores sometimes), big selections of organic greens, cool plants in floral section(every week new varieties, even sourced locally). I wish they also had goat milk.

I can get some of what I need there. The issue is the shelves are often not stocked properly when I can shop after work. Specifically frozen fruit is almost never in stock and I use that for my daily breakfast. The employees are a hit or miss, most I've encountered and talked to have been helpful and pleasant.

I Stop here often. Very small as far as Giants go, but the store is clean and has well stocked shelves. The staff is very friendly also. All this makes for a quick and painless shopping experience. Good thing because, when you live in Kintnersville, its slim pickings.

The people who work here really make my shopping experience with the kids, so much easier! So helpful, and they spoil the kids with balloons, snacks, and the cookie club. The produce section has improved... wasnt looking so great when i first started shopping here a year ago. If there were scan as you go option, this place would be almost perfect!

Today was one of the scariest moments of our lives!!! Kyleigh got lost at Giant food store for about 10-15 mins but it felt like hours we couldn't find her, Dennis and I were running around in different directions looking for her. Everyone in that store stopped what they were doing and helped us, strangers were looking for her, the store employees stopped and helped looked for her the manager stopped and shut everything down and locked the doors and looked for her.... everything in my body and head just stopped I couldn't breathe I got dizzy I wanted to pass out not being able to find or know where my little girl was. We finally found her and everyone was coming up to us making sure we were ok and that she was ok. Thank you to everyone that helped us get our daughter back and thank you to the Giant employees and manager for making it possible to get her back in our arms safely and making her your top priority!!!!!! Living in a small town pays off strangers end up like family. Thank you everyone again for helping us find her we can't thank everyone enough.

I just left the store and need to praise my cashier Matt! Not only was he extremely nice and courteous, he even offered me an $8.00 off coupon to use towards my groceries! Every little bit helps, especially at this time of the year, and I truly appreciated it! Thanks again Matt!

Awful store. Constantly out of product and for weeks at a time for some items, they always blame the manufacturer, however any other giant store seems to have the same things. Meat selection is slim at best. Lousy tasting store brand items dominate the shelves. Check register receipt every time, I have found in many occasions ringing up same item twice. I would never shop here except it is my only option close to my house. Staff is friendly for the most part but give attitude when you have to return bad product or they double charge you.

I ran to get a couple of things, first I had to wait for someone checking out at customer service to get a lottery ticket. Then I grabbed the things I needed I. Probably 3 or 4 minutes and waited check out line at least 4 or 5 minutes while the cashier could not figure out the gift card for the customer in front of me. Then we had a manager come over to work on it and was not getting to work. They should have taken it to another cash register or moved me and the people in line to a different register. I got tired of waiting put my items in the cart and went to self check out which was all backed up, so I walked out leaving the cart of items behind. I have had issues with store before and attitude's.

There are some nice, friendly employees here, but the store is not well managed, stocked or organized. The everything bagels in the bakery should be be named nothing since there is barely anything on there. There are some other major quality issues with pricing and product accuracy as well. Worth the 10 minute drive to the Doylestown Giant which is not much better, but better enough.
