On memorial day,the store manager ,Donna,( I believe that's her name) is very rude. I came up to the check out as she was going to walk away and said out loud,"I might as well stand back here all day. I'm not going to get anything done."I asked if the sold chew by the can as I only saw rolls at that time. I asked for wintergreen long cut. She rudely asked" which is it winter green or long cut? "She threw the can in the bag. And slammed the cat food back on the counter. After the transaction I asked for the district managers phone number and she responded she couldn't give that out. I firm ly told her I would find our and that she was rude and walked out. ..The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced.

I tried to get a cell phone that had a $40 discount with the purchase of a $40 card. The computers were never set up for the sale. I waited over an hour in the store while the employee was on the phone trying to get the computers up to date. I am still in the store. The sale was supposed to be in the computers three months ago. I want to file a complaint. THIS IS AN UPDATE: The District Manager come through, He was very concern. He personally made sure the issue was corrected to my satisfaction. I was impressed by his actions to resolve the issue. I change the stars to 5 from a 1 solely on The District Manager's actions, Thank you.

I love Dollar General and do 85% of my families shopping at there locations. I visited this Dollar General 3 times while on a 9day vacation. It was a different layout then my home Dollar General. It was clean and tidy. The employees where talkative and helpful.

Lady working the register is miserable. Not friendly at all. Maybe she should get a job that doesn’t require customer service. I’d rather shop at Walmart then deal with her attitude. Everyone complains about her yet she’s still there, spreading her misery.

Covid safety measures on full display. The cashier was friendly. I stopped here for water during my 100 mile bike ride. Fellow customers were kind, asked me questions, and maintained proper social distancing.

Convenience is why i shop here. Not real impressed with the cleanliness of the store or the fact that they always seem to have one only cashier working .. Seems like majority of time spent in store is waiting to check out..:(

Reliably good food with a reliably consistent clientele. Don't come looking for craft brews here. Building is the market to be sold so it's anybody's guess after that.

This place has almost anything for a quick and cheap grocery shop run. The products were easy to find and service was good.

Yes I always loved going to go to there Pleasantville Dollar General they always have more than we do in Titusville it's a great store.... We just love going there.....!!!!!!

Always have to wait for a cashier. Frequent worker is a whiner, complains about having to work and about the amount of items you purchase. Not friendly.

The Pleasantville DG is one of the better DG by far.. Their "modern" primitive decor is really nice and extremely fair prices...

Difficult to navigate aisles Narrow stock carts everywhere
