This location is my one and only. My macchiato is always made to perfection and the atmosphere is amazing. All of the ladies and gents know exactly who I am when I walk in the door.. there are times where I don’t even need to place an order.I read one of the other reviews complaining about the talking and the laughing and in my opinion that’s refreshing. They are at work and enjoying themselves which a lot of people can’t say they do. This will forever be my favorite Dunkin it is amazing!

Don't ask for help if you need it using the app because nobody in the store is trained about the app or what to do if you can't get a coupon on the app to work. Make sure you ask for a receipt when ordering, should you want one, otherwise they throw them away and will give you a dirty look and huff and puff when they have thrown it away and you ask for a duplicate or tell them that you need it. Don't order the everything bagel bites if you expect to have a crispy hot bagel with some cream cheese because they come out soggy and somewhat tepid. It's like they just wave them in front of the oven. And if you ask as to why they are not hot you will be told that they aren't supposed to be. They microwave them to heat if you want them a little warmer than room temperature.

Team members here need to pay more attention to the customers and their orders I stop going there because every time I go there it was always them talking about their lives and laughing and cursing, etc. I always go through the drive-through and place my order and I always have to stop go in so they can fix my order. I went a week ago and same thing I had to literally go in and just tell them to give me a refund that place or needs to change or they should close it down because management also was extremely rude. once I told her that orders was wrong it was no apology or anything and she just gave me my money and walked away. Not even I’m sorry or think you or anything they need to even retrain management.

The young lady that waited on me this morning 9/1/21 @ 5:20am , was absolutely wonderful to deal with very pleasant and made my frozen hot chocolate chocolate exactly how I like it. The service I received here on a regular basis this is Excellent

Extremely disorganized. I felt like the drive through took precedence over the inside customers. Loud yelling from the supervisor. Got out to the car, check my sandwich, ordered NO CHEESE. Of course there was cheese on it. Had to take it back in and wait again. No condiments available unless you asked. Didn’t feel like waiting again for a pack of salt n peppers.I like Dunkin a lot and was sorry I stopped here.

Every time my boyfriend and I come here and come in store instead of the drive thru, they forget to make our coffee and we have to ask. We then get attitude until they realize they are the ones who missed it. Also, the bagels always taste burnt here.

My son and I love this place. We live coffee. I love both hot and cold. He loves it both as well, but more so cold. We come here alot. But more at the one in Pittston. So I'm not really familiar with this one in particular. The one in Pittston is awesome. They do our coffee according to how we order them they the app all the time. Another reason I love this place. Using the app. Being able to order in the go. And being able to pick what I want in my coffee right in a screen in front of my face. And then not have to wait in line. Just pay thru the app and pick it up after. The app keeps your credit card in file. And then you transfer over s certain amount of money to the app. All you have to do is remember your security code. You'll see when you get the app. And then you get rewarded with a free ☕️ coffee once in a while.

My girlfriend ordered a coffee through the app. I went through the drive through. Lady asked what I wanted. I told her I was here to pick up a mobile app order and the persons name. Waited for the 2 people in front of me and I was on my way back home.

First off I never ever complain! (First complaint ever This place..l placed a over $30 order when done I asked just pull around she said yes so we pull around then was asked to pull up and stop they'd bring out our food. The first mistake was not reading our order back. They bring our food in 1bag with our 5 hashbrowns smashed in the bottom they were all clump together! We told them they didn't have our drink the next worker comes out asked if we were missing something which was a buttered biscuit thats when I told them about the hashbrowm was told to move up to a parking spot when the next worker came out with nasty attitude arguing about my complaint and told me I didn't order or pay for a biscuit to get back in the long line when I was trying to treat my kids which 2 of them were in the car with my mother and all she order was a drink and the butter biscuit pretty sure she'd would have said something if that's all she ordered and I forgot....will never go back to this place

This DD is always professional when it comes to drive thru experience. They get orders right and they ask for correction if unsure of the patrons request. I have a DD nearby our location.. I prefer consistent..good and professional service so i go 20 mins out, to the Plains DD on River Rd. Plains/Wilkes.. Great staff...and quick drive thru service

I'll be honest, they mess up my order every single time I go there. At least they did give me a refund the last time I was there but I waited over a half-hour for my correct drink in the parking lot (at their request), before finally going back through the drive-thru. The refund was honestly great but my total was for around $11 and they only refunded me about $7.

Coffee is always made to my likingBut food, awful. It seems they're in a rush, and I get that. But my hashbrowns are mosh and falling apart. And on my wake up wrap, I got half a slice of bacon. And the cheese isn't melted all the way as if they popped it in a microwave for 10 seconds.I love the crew they have, always super friendly.Only complaint is the food could be better.

I went inside because drive-thru was really busy which it was empty inside maybe two people any way I wanted six donuts they only had two kinds left completely out of all the good ones and then I wanted a breakfast sandwich, no plain bagels, no croissants and no other options! So I had a bad experience sorry.

this would of been a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the cashier didn't want to appear my 50dollar bill without checking it , maybe they were racist cause there wasn't any sign up that say not accepting large bills . so yea final found a DD that can deliver a Ice Coffee to my liking. Sad to say customer satisfaction needs to be work on

All I got was 3 wake up wraps and frozen hot chocolate. My wraps came out cold and the egg and cheese wasn’t even in the wrap, just thrown into the bag. My drink tasted like it was way too much chocolate and I’m not a picky eater at all. I’m so disappointed with my order.

Everything was great. I come here all the time! Nichole is awesome and always happy! i appreciate that especially on a weekday! the young man with the blonde pony tail that made my sandwich is not very nice and didn’t use gloves! yuck! over all always a good experience and everything’s always fresh

My visit on 7-2-2019. The order take was nice and waited for me to finish giving my order before she asked me if that completed my order. Usually i am rudely cut off after the first thing i say, asking me if thats all im ordering. The girl at the window was very kind and complimentary and together they have helped me have a great start to my day. More employees should be like them. Thank you

Stopped here on Sunday around 6:30pm and ordered a Medium Iced Matcha Latte through the drive through (only vehicle in line + empty parking lot). Pull up to the window and the guy reads back "Large Sweet Cold Foam?" No, medium iced Matcha latte - regive the order, no biggie. But then hands me a cup loaded to the lid with ice. So much ice it annihilated my straw. That it wouldn't even go in so much as an inch into the cup... And to follow with the disappointment in that visit the amount of actual liquid of my nearly $5 drink was gone after a few sips because the ice filled the cup so much.... The staff on that night - person making the drinks + the one running the window + the one who took the initial order caused your store to lose further business. Not happy and certainly not spreading any positivity on this location. 0 stars if I could.

This location has a very friendly staff ( an important element for people, like me, who stop before having that first cup of coffee )I stop in before work almost everyday for my Dunkin coffee fix.The facility is clean, well maintained and welcoming.There is a reasonable wait time at the most high volume points of the morning. But, most mornings I can run in and out in less than 5 minutes.I have not utilized the drive-thru at this location.

Unlike the other stores around here, this location doesn't mess up orders and properly cleans their machines. Having 15+ years of working at various Dunkin Donuts as management , I can tell when the espresso machine is dirty.

I love this Dunkin'. Mornings are hectic, but no matter how long the line, they always have breakfast sandwiches (and bacon!) ready, and the coffee is hot and delicious. It's the best part of the work day.

I’m done with River St location. They can’t even get a simple ice tea correct. Every time I go there either they are out of cups or lemons. I went today once again no large cups so I ordered a medium ice tea sweetened with lemon. I got a medium iced tea with lemon and not sweetened along with the stems left on the lemons. So sad

They are very friendly and personable. I drive out of my way to go to this specific Dunkin not only do they treat me with respect but also my dog and that means a lot to me
