I shop here quite often, everyone here is pretty nice and helps to their best ability. Store is clean and animals seem well taken care of, however I am a multi-fish owner, it’d be nice if they could bring back their fish section which has been down for a couple of months and it’s a pain to travel to the Dickson City location constantly.. But overall, my go to pet store.

This store will always be my go to pet store! The staff are so knowledgeable with personal pet ownership experience and always have super helpful tips for me whenever I pop in with a new critter adventure. Ralph and Aliza(apologies if I didn’t spell it right) helped me today and even with my crazy toddler with me they were still super helpful and even interacted with him while assisting me! :)You don’t see friendly & helpful employees like these two often these days; for someone like me who dreads going out to stores, the staff here really do make me look forward to shopping here! :)

So over multiple times of using this store my items haven't been dropped off at the right location. Today I placed an order for delivery magically after I placed it they say they don't have the item in stock. And expect me to travel to Dickson city or wilkes bearre to go get the item instead of them doing the travel to get it to their Pittston store by the time my order was set to be delivered for tommorow.

There's no one ever at the counter to pay me out. I have to run around the store looking for someone or they're outside smoking a cigarette and get irritated that I need their help. I don't blame them, it seems understaffed. Good help is hard to find, I know, but I'm done wasting my time playing where's Waldo in the store. I'll go somewhere that my busines is appreciated and accepted. Enjoy your cigarettes!

The management is not professional. When questioned about this post online the “sift supervisor” with a loud, obnoxious, condescending voice screech that this post was made just for likes. The groomers are terrible!! STAY CLEAR of this store

Always the friendliest staff on. The selection is fantastic and they have great prices compared to other local pet stores. My only gripe is the limited selection of aquarium supplies. Our puppy loves the dog wash/dryers. You simply can't beat their dirty dog discount card for 5 washes. Always well stocked and if we need anything at all... there is always someone on it in a minute or less.

UPDATE: Had to take a star off for issues with the 'buy 12 bags of dog food get a bag free offer.' I have a Pet Supplies Plus card and have bought dozens of bags of dog food over the years but have never gotten a free bag. I've asked staff about this several times and called the manager, but no one seems to know anything. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Nice store. Reasonable prices. Staff is friendly. Our pup likes to "shop" there. We do our own grooming so can't speak to that.

It is nice to have a bigger chain pet store locally. There is so many more options. But this location does not do the shots anymore. They do still groom the dogs though. However, they do not carry any sweaters for your furry friends. Which is odd and we are in PA. They should have a full isle and so many options. I love picking my dogs sweater. It's my favorite thing to pick out.

Annie's tail starts wagging the moment we pull into the "barking spot." The employees all know her by name, and on her first birthday the manager gave her a free toy coupon! Can't beat friendly and genuine service. We come here as often as possible!

I recently got my dog Bella groomed here by Kristen. Bella not only looks like a new dog because of how clean she is, she smells amazing too! Her coat is so smooth and glossy she now glissens in the sun! Bella loves to get groomed by Kristen and I won't take Bella anywhere else ever again. 10/10 would recommend!

The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable which is awesome. It’s a nice, clean store that always seems to have great sales going, plus if you sign up for their rewards program you get a lot of coupons.
