This place needs new staff they got seniors that Bearly can move 25 minutes in line till I left bc they can even open a register that is pre count is crazy bc I left after 25 min and still nothing worse place ever

The store is always in disarray, the employees watch you like a hawk and have no idea how to properly add. Thumbs down. Travel the extra 10 minutes to exeter.

Ever since they fired the manager Dan, the store has gone down hill. I like the new manager but the store is still horrible. They have bins filled with merchandise stacked between 4 to 6ft high in the middle of almost every aisle in the store. It's literally impossible to find certain items because they're usually still in the unpacked bins. I don't understand why they have two registers if they never have both of them open. It doesn't matter how many customers are in the store, or standing in line. And be careful who you ask if they would be able to open the other register because some of them will politely answer you, but others will just be flat out ignorant. I can't wait until they open the new store downtown because I will definitely be going there. I live a block away from this store but it'll be worth the 10 minute ride as long as I don't have to deal with half of the workers at this location. They should either offer Dan his job back, or close this one down. It's honestly that bad!!

I was there again today. They need help. Shelves are bare, you can't move through the aisles because of the unpacked totes. It's a total mess and employees are miserable. I cannot go back again as it's a waste of time.

Usually this Dollar General is nice, clean, w/ a pretty good selection of fairly priced items but since the renovations this store hasn't been the same. It has been disheveled & the ilses cluttered w/freight not just items... Its dirty. U r unable to get to some products. The only thing that hasn't changed is that the employees r nice.

I really hate how the aisles are always over crowded and you cant even push a cart around. Everything is outdated half the time the register dont even work. Other then that the staff is amazing. If only they could get into a better organized way to maintain the store

Well I was very disappointed ! I found it very difficult to walk around the aisles because of all the boxes of merchandise sitting around. Every aisle was cluttered.Several clerks were talking and eating around the register. I got in line at the check out along with 2 others and no clerk. We waited and several more customers got in line.we waited about 10 mins for the clerk to return. Would you return to that store ????

The store is now more organized, no rolltainers in every aisle! James being back, is definately a benefit and such an asset to this store! This location is by far the best DG in luzerne county! Store Manager is pretty much, off doing her thing but James and rest of team are extremely helpful and very friendly!

Since Dollar General is near where I go for DYALAZIZE I like to go in and pick up things I need from drinks and snacks to dog food and household items. For me Dollar General is a real life saver!

They could use more cashier's. There's been several times where there was only 1 cashier and the line was going down the isle. Other than that, the store is fine.

Love doller store on lonesome road old forge and junction section of pittston. Great staff and friendly can't fine something they help and don't mind. 2 great stores and staff

Always out of certain items. Merchandise in disarray. Stock sitting in isles not being put away. Company won't hire or pay out enough to hire employees to care for the store. Not just this location majority that i have visited.

Sometimes they close early due to not having staff to work there and they usually only have one register open so good luck if they get a rush!

Isles are clutterd and everything is pricey for stuff that i see in other stores cheaper.That my honest opinion...Staff is confusing at times not the staff fault it may be due to lack of help.

Mad, no signs at all letting the consumer know if the Christmas items are on sale, yet other DGs have signs all over. Workers are always outside smoking while we are waiting for help

I really enjoy shopping at Dollar General the people are normally very friendly and helpful the place is usually very clean so I think it's a great place to shop
