Went in and asked what time the pharmacy opens and she told me 2:00 and thought I left but she continued to talk about me to her coworkers laughing and saying how CLOSED means CLOSED .. not someone who should be dealing with people !!

The pharmacy was so so busy tonight. Longer than usual wait times but they are working so hard! The one pharmacist truly went out of her way tonight to help me and I will forever appreciate it!!! Truly cares for her customers!

CVS prices are very good, especially the sale prices. Coupons have saved me quite a bit of money. Employees are always helpful.

During a nation-wide shortage, one of their pharmacists incorrectly told me that my medication was in stock. I learn that it is not in stock when I try to pick it up. I am now unmedicated for the weekend (as this conversation happened on a Friday) and will need to continue to hunt down more places for the entirety of my Monday, due to their carelessness

I don’t know why the pharmacist “Bob” had to be so rude to me when I called in to ask about my antibiotic and breathing medication (not like I need it to be able to breathe or anything) I had my 6 month old on my hip while calling and he was grabbing at my phone and apparently hit the prompt for being a provider. Needless to say when mr bob got on the phone he proceeded to berate me because I was rude enough to not be a doctor using the doctors line to get to a pharmacist quicker than a normal customer. He proceeded to go off on me for half a minute saying “ I know you know this is a doctors line and shouldn’t be using it yada yada before I even had a chance to tell him that it was my 6 month old who had accidentally hit the prompt. Then proceeded to tell me my doctor didn’t send anything in ( which I watched her do from her computer 2.5 hours earlier) and he told me I don’t know what to tell you call them back. Oh and I did call them back - to change pharmacies. (I won’t be using that branch again) everytime me, my husband or kids need a script they always tell me they are three days behind with prescriptions and have to call and wait on hold for at least a half hour or more before telling someone it’s emergent to get a particular script filled. I understand being short staffed and what not but do you need to be so rude to people?

Mr Brett denied my mother in-law her medicine that the doctor prescribe to her that she paid out her own pocket is not like the insurance pay probably did not make it as a doctor and want to calling shots smh

Told me they would order my medicine. Took my prescription. 7 Days later I come to get my medicine. They give me back the prescription and told me they not want to order my medicine. Not even call me. My # on the prescription. Horrible Service. Beware.

The manger don't have any ideal what they sell or not sell. The cashier calls the manger over for help manger says idont know and walks away they should try cleaning the store
