This place is awesome. As someone who always has issues keeping appointments due to my line of work, they always manage to get my dog on the books with limited notice. The grooming is top notch and we’ve (me and the pup) have never walked out without multiple specialty treats and a new toy. Happy I found this place and it’s conveniently located in my neighborhood — East Liberty. Although it’s probably Shadyside since it’s on the other side of Penn Avenue. Side note — good move hiring Allie to run the front desk 😉

Woofgang is the BEST! From grooms to treats and toys, everything is top notch. Our groomer Lisa is amazing!! My dog Rosie loves everyone there and they treat her like a queen! Wouldn’t take her anywhere else

I took my puppy (eskipoo) for her first haircut at Wolf Gang. I was extremely nervous being it was my first time leaving her with strangers. Everyone was WONDERFUL and when I picked her up she looked AMAZING. My puppy also really enjoyed her freshly made cookie. Ate every crumb! I will be going back monthly like they recommended to get her used to going there as she was very afraid. I’ve attached “before “ and “after” photo to show you what disaster they were working with!!

We have been going to see Lisa at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming and she always does an amazing job. The retail bakery has wonderful homemade and natural puppy treats. Our Australian Labradoodle enjoys his visits and usually comes home with a cute cut and delicious treats.

These guys are the best! While my rescue greyhound doesn’t enjoy the concept of baths, she loves everyone at Woofgang East liberty and the bakery items. It’s a wonderful addition to the neighborhood and everyone at the shop is amazing. It’s very obvious that they love animals and care for them, and they’re super professional at the same time. I always look forward to the little finishing touches with the seasonal bandannas.

Our little Pablo loved visiting Woof Gang. The location is wonderful. They have a great selection of collars, leashes, treats, toys and care products for dogs and cats. We like the rawhide bar. But our favorite is the self serve cookie table where customers can fill up a bulk bag of their doggie's favorite snacks. These natural, healthy pup cookies are great! Pablo loves them and so do his three brothers. We will certainly be back for more. And although we never purchased grooming services at Woof Gang, I must say that the salon looks very nice and the prices for their services were reasonable.

Holly and I love going to Woof Gang! I can’t say enough great things about the staff, as they all go above and beyond to treat Holly like a princess! Everyone is so kind, caring and helpful! Holly loves going for her spa day, and always looks fabulous! She also absolutely loves all the cookies, treats and toys! 🐾

Highly recommend!! I took my dog here last weekend and it was a positive experience all around! My dog is a Jack Russell Terrier and not always happy to have a bath and her nails clipped. Jules, the wonderful lady who took care of our fur baby was amazing! She took time to ask me about our dog, if there was anything she should look out for or avoid. She was so helpful and so kind with our dog. Our dog was so happy and calm after her treatment, she's usually anxious for hours after being at the groomer. I will absolutely be going back to Jules at Woof Gang and would highly recommend her, especially if you have an anxious puppy!

My Sheepadoodle, Indie gets groomed here almost monthly. I have had so much trouble getting groomers to groom her correctly in the past, but indie looks BEAUTIFUL after every visit! They bring out swatches of fur lengths to choose from & are extremely professional. Indie always leaves happy and looks amazing. Thank you WolfGang! My brother also started taking his golden doodle and he looks the best as well!

I took my pup for his first grooming to Woofgang at the end of May. He seemed to have an overall positive experience and looked great. I took him today for his second appointment and was really surprised that after having left him there for over an hour he still hadn’t been attended to. I don’t understand why they didn’t say they were running late or were overbooked so we could have just rescheduled. Instead they just kept him in the back room with a bunch of other dogs without notifying us. When we went to pick him up they said they had trimmed his nails but hadn’t done anything else. It turned out they hadn’t done his nails yet either. It was just dishonest. I won’t be bringing him back because I feel that they failed to communicate basic information (his appointment was at 2, and they hadn’t even begun his service by 3:10!), then they said they trimmed his nails when they hadn’t yet. I appreciate that they eventually did trim his nails free of charge but I won’t trust them with my pup again, which is unfortunate.

This local business sells dog treats, some dog foods, dog-grooming services, dog accessories, and some dog toys. I purchased two types of dog treats. The prices were OK. The employee kindly greeted me and thanked me. At home, my dog appeared to really enjoy the beef treats, and she ate part of the cookie.

I couldn’t be more disappointed with this place. They did a very poor job on my dog’s cut and then got an attitude when i brought it to their attention. We’ll NOT be going back. And if that wasn’t bad enough, i actually had to bathe my dog when we got home, due to the unpleasant odor they returned her with. 0/10!!!!!

They did a great cut on our very fuzzy poodle. She doesn't reek of shampoo and perfume, which is lovely. She's a very shy pup, and she seemed pretty comfortable and happy when we picked her up. Navi will definitely be back soon!

I live nearby and walk by often with the pup. When we go in the store is always welcoming, theres water outside for pups to drink, the employees are always very friendly and you can tell they love dogs. 10/10 grooming experience and your pup will love the treats. They have a decent loyalty rewards program as well

Fabulous! Everyone there makes your pet and you a priority when you walk in the door. The treat offerings are awesome, the grooming is great and the staff feel like old friends. I can’t recommend Woof Gang highly enough!

I brought my doodle here for a groom twice and had a great experience. The style came out exactly the way I had requested using a photo. The employees were all kind, professional, and showed lots of attention to the dogs.

What a great pet store!! My dog loves the bacon and cheese meatballs and the liver hearts!! She’s very picky so I was pleasantly surprised when she ate them up!! They also have grooming services that I also will be trying out!! They have gourmet bones beautifully decorated!! Definitely check this place out!!

Love this place! Cute and quaint. My Bella went insane over the treats and they have toys that won't be destroyed for days! Highly recommend.My previous review still stands in regards to the actual store. Since then, I've taken Bella for two grooming appointments. The actual groomer was fine the first time, I didn't see her the second. Both times it was mentioned that Bella may have a uti. The second time, the front person stated, "I work with dogs all day everyday and none pees as much as she does." That day we were running errands for two hours and not once did she go in the car. The front person looked away while saying, "well I guess since she only does it with us she must be fine." I was completenly insulted by her first remark. If she really knows dogs, she could have assumed, Bella was nervous with me leaving her. We went to the vet just the week before, I stayed and she had NO accidents. I've decided to cancel her appointment and I'm not sure I will be patronizing the store at all anymore.

Would give a 0 star rating if I could. My dog was groomed by Stephanie and this is the single worst grooming he’s every had. Nothing is even and she cut his ears when we asked her not to. We even brought a reference photo and she still cut him too short. The hair is choppy and uneven, I could have done a better job myself. He has gotten better grooms at Pet Smart. She also nicked him when cutting his nails. Overall horrible experience and it’s honestly hard to look at my dog as he looks so awful.

Brought my dog in to Stephanie and he came back w blood on his ear and a nicked nail. I brought in a picture of what he should look like after grooming. Instead He looks like a monster. And honestly that’s an insult to monsters. It’s so upsetting.
