After our furnace broke and another company came out and gave us nothing short of a ridiculous quote for a new furnace, a neighbor suggested Woodruff and Smith. The salesman, Jason, was at our house within 2 hours and walked us through 4 different REASONABLY PRICED options, explaining the pros and cons of each. We made our choice and it was installed within a week. The installers contacted me 30 minutes before they arrived, were on time and replaced the furnace within a few hours. They let the work area spotless. A week later the owner even called to be sure that we were happy with the work that was done and our experience in general. We couldn't be happier. Go with these guys. They are great.

Jarrad from Woodruff and Smith completed a maintenance check on my heating system today He was very thorough and professional providing me tips to use in the future to better insure the "health and performance" of my furnace. In addition to the complete check of the furnace, he completed a Carbon Monoxide test of the entire house. As of recently, I have neglected getting things fixed because of inadequate, unprofessional service that I have received -not just from repair companies, but also contractors. Because I have a disability, it appears that it gives some people a written greenlight to take financial advantage of me. or just to do subservient work!!(I have PTSD from multiple head injuries due to domestic violence.) but at WOODRUFF AND SMITH This is not the case !!! When Jared came to my home -of 40 years- this past week and fixed our AC condensation pump- It was a delightful and unexpected experience! - and one that I will not forget!! When there is an issue with my heating or cooling system-or to get maintenance to prevent future problems-, they are the company I will call!!!Thief prices are MORE than fair !And like you get used to your own PCP and request them at an appointment I can request Jared !! Jarrad’s conduct was a breath of fresh air.!. After I placed my call at after 9 PM, they promptly returned my call before 9 AM the next morning!!! The young technician- Jarrad-was quick and knowledgeable!! His conduct was highly professional. After I explained my disability to him -he was so courteous!! kindly asking if my daughter would like to be in the room that we might review the issue and how he would fix it!!! W&S service technician, Jarred, came to investigate a lack of warm air blowing from our 20-year-old second furnace. He quickly assessed the issue and had the unit back up and running with no new parts needed. Jarred then suggested and performed some minor maintenance, all for a total cost only $90.
