This Walmart is absolutely one of the cleanest formal service in the front room of the bathroom. The staff is nice. Management is doing their job wonderfully and easy to find things. Besides, there is a theft problem, however, everything seems to be under control while I was visiting from nearby Philadelphia this past week

I find it absolutely disgusting why the manager and employees allow pets to come in specifically dogs that clearly aren’t service animals tho the policy of Walmart clearly states no animals.I don’t want to see a pet sitting in a cart where my food goes. As well it’s a health violation hence why animals aren’t allowed in stores. DOGS DONT BELONG IN CARTS.

For the 100 time my online order has been delayed with no estimated time. Why do I keep utilizing this service? More often than not, I run into some sort of issue. Whether it is delayed, items are missing, or perhaps it is just a leaky gallon of milk in my car. Do yourself a favor. Don't be lazy. Do your own shopping. In the long run it is more convenient than waiting 2 hours!!

All Walmarts are disgusting, this location sets expectations to a new high. Employees are gross, bathrooms suck, never have items where they are supposed to be, and it’s always a cluttered wreck.Fast forward to this past weekend, I was stopped for using a reusable bag and told I couldn’t use self checkout. Well, I most certainly did while two employees hung over my shoulder to see me scan my Lufa and sand paper. A whopping $10.97 total! Anyways, after this debacle, I was stopped again upfront to wait for security. We can end and say I didn’t wait for “security” and they got an ear full. I’ll never return to this location.

I always shop here, they have almost everything you need for a reasonable price. This Walmart is big! Plus, they are remodeling the store and changing things around the inside the store also. The self checkout service is also a decent size. It’s not crowded. It’s a lot of room. Mostly all the workers are friendly. They stay packed every time we come here.

Bought a compound hunting bow and it was defective, so I went to return it the very next day and you cannot return weapons so I totally got ripped off. It was an Easter present. Totally unsatisfied

My wife lost her phone there yesterday. I went to the customer service desk and asked if they had had any phones turned in and the guy spent about two seconds looking around the desk area before saying no. Over the next hour we hunted all over the store, retracing our steps, looking all over. Several times I went up to the customer service desk and asked the same half-wit if anyone had turned one in. I also asked if he could do anything to help, maybe ask other workers through their radios to look around their area real quick, something ,anything. He just mumbled about his manager being busy. Finally after an hour of this when I asked him again he walked the ten feet over to the manager's office and found the phone which had been SITTING THERE THE ENTIRE TIME. All this genius had to do was walk that ten feet. He tried to excuse his stupidity/laziness by saying his manager wasn't in the office but that's an excuse and a poor one because he knew I was looking for this phone and once his manager got back to the office he could have... y'know... put one foot in front of the other a dozen times and then turned his head to the right and seen the phone sitting there next to his manager's computer.This guy lived up to everything you'd expect from a Walmart employee. Which is too bad because there's a lot of good workers there but this kind of thing is why they have a bad reputation. He could have done lots of things to help but instead just stood there with a blank expression on his face and did the absolute minimum possible.

The worst Walmart around. A bunch of the customers and even a staff member that barely speaks English. Absolute madness there. Rude instacart folks who dont speak english that just walk right in front of you and bang their cart off of your cart. Illegal immigrants that need to use a translator program on their phone holding lines up. Super long lines for everything. Then I finally made it to the register and they don't take Google pay. None of the employees are willing to help point you in the right direction, standing around with their thumbs up their rear ends. Absolute garbage, I'll never go there again. Them not taking Google pay almost sent me over the edge after spending over an hour trying to navigate through the zoo that is Walmart. This clown show is getting out of control.

I don’t recommend ordering for pickup here. It’s a hot mess, there’s no direction on where to park, nobody knows where to go. There’s just random cars all over the place. I waited over half an hour for my groceries.

Everything is locked up & no one ever has a key. Grocery delivery is always missing stuff or delayed 2 hours. Employees are rude. Worth the trip to moon.

There’s never any store employees around to give you any sort of assistance, and now they make you go through self check out because they’re too cheap to pay people to run registers. The people that own Walmart are out of touch with the regular basic every day, hard-working Americans.

My roommate came back and she told me how upset she was at Walmart. First of all, she has a service dog. She is a disabled veteran, and is going to school to be a nurse. She walked into Walmart, the first thing the workers did was ask her “Why do you have a dog?” And they would rudely ask her and tell her that “You don’t look disabled.” Like, how rude can people be?! I highly do not recommend this Walmart at all because they are absolutely the rudest people. Just go to Weirton instead.

Pretty typical Walmart big box. It seemed a little faster to get through checkout than usual, but it could've just been timing.In-store food options included Sha's Halal Food, which was nice to see.

It's an okay store, especially if you don't need much assistance. The floor space is (unsurprisingly) huge so it could take some time getting everything you need. Grocery selections are decent but the fresh produce section lacks variety. Self-checkout was speedy and convenient, and parking spots are plentiful.

This walmart is the most useless store I have EVER been to in my entire life I will NEVER return to this walmart after the absolutely horrible experiences I have had every single time I’ve ever tried to come here, If you like to pick up your groceries DO NOT DO IT HERE I can 100% promise you you will wait over two hours any time if the day any day of the week, they wait until the lines to the back of the store and then bring out one order at a time while taking 10-15 minute breaks between bring them out, and it’s not like they’re short staffed there are enough employees to bring out each row at a time rather than one car at a time, today I came and waited for about an hour before having my order entirely cancelled, I didn’t get a phone call or a notification, absolutely nothing and it’s not like you can call before wasting your time and driving here to make sure they’re actually gonna do their jobs that do because they can’t even pick up the phone I have never gotten an answer calling them. If i have any advice for the managers of this department it’s to fire every single employee currently working there and then do everyone a favor and resign. I’ve watched so many people just pull out of line and give up because it’s just purely out of laziness I have never had any issues even close to this bad at and other walmart I’ve ever been to.

From the minute we come in and out the staff is so helpfully and friendly. My d a ughter self serviced and was escorted from security to review purchases. They apologized claim people steal. We wont go near that again being treated like criminals. Hire more people and search the ones that really steal.SHAME ON YOU!!

Don't ever buy harts brand tool from here, they won't work out of the box and the store refuses to refund your money because the serial number on outside of the package hart puts on box does not match the product serial number. Even hart won't help you.

They are the worst with helping. When you ask for help they will give you the attitude and don’t even want to talk with you. I was a Spark driver and I wanted to make my order there, but unfortunately the lady with red hair who was working in the deli section was in the bad mood that day and showed her anger issues and rude attitude towards me. If you can’t handle your job please don’t work!!

Very poor service at the locked Pediatric Nutrition locked cabinet. Pressed provided button. No response for over 20 minutes. Stopped two associates and they couldn’t help me. Had to go to Service Counter in front of store and ask for a manager. Another delay to find a manager.

The inside of the store is fine, I’ve never had any issues. I decided to try the online order and pick-up…and have been sitting in line in my car for an HOUR. 10/10 do not recommend.

If you are a delivery driver or like to order groceries online DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART oh my goddddd i have been here three times and spent over an hour in line to get my items every time I have a lot of regrets in life but going to this walmart is the biggest one. Multiple cars pulled out of line everytime, I couldn’t imagine ordering groceries and deciding it’s just not worth it. There were a few people bringing orders out one at a time, you will never see more than one person doing their job at a time and they must take a break between each order because there were a few times I saw no one for over 10 minutes with a line clear to the back of the store in each row. You can call them all you want but they will absolutely NOT answer the phone i’ve had to call them on multiple occasions and decided it wasn’t worth it because they refuse to answer, I’ve even called different departments asking to be transferred or asking if they could get someone in this department to pick up and got absolutely nowhere. Why have a pickup option if it’s entirely useless.

So much missing from shelves. Either poor job ordering or poor management restocking shelves. Only self checkout was available when I went and when I needed help the person was really rude. I asked for help and the reply was a discourteous "WHAT". I won't be back. No need to shop in that environment.

1. NOT ENOUGH HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES! (Go take a look at the Target store in Robinson - Handicapped spaces galore!)2. Get RID of the two spaces you have marked for Police Cars: whats the deal with those because when a police car comes to Walmart - they ALWAYS park right in front, parallel to the sidewalk. They don't utilize those spaces! I've NEVER seen a Police Car parked there.

Had an 8:00 am appointment for an oil change this past Thursday. The auto service people never showed up for work. I tried to call the main number for the store and no one ever answered the phone. Did get out of the store till 10:15. Thanks Walmart.

So the wife decided to do a run to the Walmart supercenter at 8:30 PM, the place is buzzing with shelf filling, so no difficulty in finding help if you need it, unless you need someone with keys to open a locked case. That being said, busy staff are only to pleased to help, the place is clean, for once a pleasurable trip to the 'Mart

Wonderful place to explore and great excercise. It's a bit of a hike back up from the bottom and not something to undertake right before you start work like we did. We got a full on workout running back to the car to make it to work on time :)

Garbage customer service, purposely puts the bare minimum of human hands possible at the cash register to inconvenience customers. Took me 30 minutes to check out. Customers were visibly angry while in line and remarking about the super long lines out the door. Walmart had plenty of employees stocking and organizing shelves tho at this time.
