We absolutely love the tool rental department at the Ross Township Home Depot! The crew there is amazing and treats us with the out most respect! We rent chippers and stump grinders there frequently, and we highly recommend this particular Home Depot! Thank you for always being so kind to us! Also, we have been to other Home Depot’s where their equipment is out of date and does not work as well!

Good stock of items, sub par customer service. Went looking for new doors to my shed and was told to just go online. Also bought a fridge online since they couldn't help in store. Delivery couldn't install because I have copper pipes. Photos of how they left the fridge.

My recent experience at Home Depot was overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of one of their cashiers. I observed a heavier-set man with a neck tattoo demonstrating blatant disrespect and intimidation towards customers during checkout. His rude demeanor and menacing attitude were unacceptable. It was evident that there is a lack of strong management and oversight into the training experience at this location. Such behavior reflects poorly on the company and creates an unwelcoming atmosphere for customers. Management should address this issue promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience for all patrons.

Lovely store! Grateful that they have a rental department! I didn't realize that the rental department closed before the store. That made my return in a 4 hour time span from pick up at 6:41 impossible and it wasn't made clear to me before I left, however, that's on me and I should've made sure I understood and looked over the contract more before I drove all the way back from Beaver Falls (44 mins, right, Ohio Twp didn't have the tool I needed, I do know it's closer) to return my drain snake. Needless to say, I'll never forget that all equipment must always be returned BY 7:30 P.M. Ted was very nice and helpful and he deserves a lot of credit!

It would greatly benefit Home Depot to reduce the number of self-checkouts and increase the presence of workers at the front to assist with customer checkouts.While it may seem like society is becoming less inclined to work, Home Depot could consider offering discounts to customers who choose to scan their own items. However, it is crucial to address the issue of scanner malfunctions promptly, as waiting for assistance can be time-consuming and frustrating.Implementing a system similar to grocery stores, where workers scan the items for customers, would simplify the process and improve efficiency. Although technology continues to advance rapidly, it is important to strike a balance between automation and human assistance.While workers are undoubtedly helpful, it would be fair to give self-checkouts a two-star rating.

The Home Depot by Ross Park Mall is well stocked with home improvement equipment and supplies. The store is well organized and the staff are always helpful if you need something.

The Home Depot is fine but whatever you do, do not get the extended warranty from squaretrade(Allstate), I have no clue why Home Depot even does business with them, they are terrible to deal with and are all people you cannot understand, they told me that I can’t wait for a part or get a new stove and that I have to get reimbursed for it but they don’t reimburse you the warranty, in March 2023 they just had a civil action lawsuit for the same reasons and not fully reimbursing people. Now I’m stuck figuring it out myself.

Now I can understand and accept that racism is a very big issue in this country for no reason . I am an immigrant who is working hard, paying taxes and doing all good stuff that everyone can benefit including me and my family. I’ve been shopping from this store for about 3 years now and bought a lot of tools, materials and etc. to renovate a abandoned buildings and improving the overall quality of life in this city and I am sure there is millions of immigrants and Americans doing the same thing and I am proud to say I am one of them! But why do we need that negativity and hate to each other…??? Why managers are not educating their staff members to be kind and equal to everyone? Why do I have to make sure to teach my kids to not forget where are they from and where their parents came from …?! Why others don’t try to do the same thing ?Is there someone to answer my questions? Or do I have to call corporate office like you all have been told to do to get answers to my questions? Please advise. I am not gonna let someone to ruin my day every time!!!

Horrible customer service skills with the garden cashier outside. Just a complete horrible attitude when dealing with me. And a supervisor tonight was no better. I would much rather spend more money elsewhere then deal with employees like that. It's truly a shame because I've worked at home Depot years ago and I remember them being so much better, truly caring about customer service. The person working the register on the outside guard in the apartment was a black female from about 6pm to 630pm Wednesday August 9th. The manager or supervisor that came over to assist was a white female.I was asking for assistance with a military discount after already spending over 500 dollars on small retaining wall block and needed 58 more to finish my project. They stated there was nothing they could do tonight to help me. The manager told me she could sit down with me and help register my account online. I needed to get home and finish my project not wait 20 minutes for someone to offer no help. She told me I couldn't get my military discount tonight and would have to take my receipt to the customer service desk to have them apply the discount at a later date.This is the first time I ever had an experience like this and would love for some one to reach out to me.Not about the money it's about the principal and how nasty the cashier was. Gladly spend more elsewhere.

I suppose my experience with the Home Depot Rental department should be filled under renter beware file. I rented an small Kabota tractor with a backhoe to dig a drainage ditch and some other small tasks around the house for the weekend. I wanted to rent it for 2 days over the weekend. But when I called Home Depot they said they don't take reservations as their equipment is first come first serve. This forced me to pick the unit up Friday at noon to make sure I got it for the weekend. The caveat with this is your rental starts the moment you sign the paper! The folks who I picked it up from were very nice but did not explain how the billing was done. So even though I took the unit back Sunday afternoon I went 7 hours over the 48-hour period and was charged for 3 days!The piece of equipment function fine and I had no issues with it. But their rental policy was not explained to me when I picked it up which is pretty unacceptable in my opinion! I'm sure if I would have read the fine print on their contract I would have known this so I guess ultimately this is my fault. I didn't feel like arguing with the clerk who I returned equipment with so I called back the next day and was told that's their policy and I would not get a refund for the extra day!

I feel like they can be more staffed but they are not. I only go there if I need soil or check the garden center once a while for discounted pots, I found really cheap and nice ceramic pots for quite a few times (like under $10 for originally $89 pieces).

Employees have no idea where things in the store, not helpful at all and the 1 employee who worked in plumbing-we had to more than 20 minutes for him to be able to help us, gave us unneeded information about using a part that we did not ask him for so we ended up walking up & down the rows finding our part on our own...THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY USELESS

I use this store,, the new manager Nathaniel is doing a great job,, they always ask,, can we help you find something, great staff, everyone seems to be happy and joyful,, the store is net and clean, I have had great interaction with all the employees, if I have an issue they fix it. You can’t ask for better customer services,I give them a 5 STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ross Township Home Depot has been a great Home Depot to work with. We had 2 things happen and Ross has quickly fixed both.1. Another Home Depot delivered a large load of drywall unwrapped and it was going to rain the next day. One of the managers from Ross Home Depot personally came over and wrapped it for us.2. We ordered 8 doors online from Home Depot to be delivered a certain day. The online Home Depot just arbitrarily changed the delivery day to 3 days later on the morning the doors were to be delivered. Alex the manager at Ross Home Depot was quickly able to fix it and get the doors delivered the day they were supposed to be delivered.

DO NOT BUY A KITCHEN HERE.Designed and purchased the second largest kitchen the store has ever sold in Thomasville cabinets.The kitchen had multiple design flaws that made installation a real problem, I had thousands of dollars in extra labor to correct these mistakesThis is my third Thomasville kitchen so I was very comfortable with my decision to use them, But after this experience I will never buy another Thomasville cabinet ever again we had approximately six broken cabinets one of which was repaired and then shipped out all of which had an inspection sticker on them Which was hilarious because none of this damage happened in transport.As far as getting help from the Home Depot goes don’t hold your breath once they got my money they couldn’t have cared less I’ve asked multiple times to talk to the Thomasville rep with no luck.For whatever reason they will not fedex or use any domestic carrier to ship these cabinets they have to come LTL freight which is a joke because no one knows how long it’s gonna take or when it’s going to show up we are racing trying to get this kitchen done for Christmas and had all of these mistakes not been made my kitchen would have been done weeks agoDon’t plan a kitchen here and don’t buy Thomasville cabinets. The mistakes made by the store and Thomasville have cost me at least $6000 in overages.In all of the kitchens I’ve installed I’ve never seen worse craftsmanship than I have on this Thomasville order, We had to adjust every single drawer and door, I’ve also never shot so many finishing nails in a brand new kitchen just to hold it together..... and I bought a hardwood Thomasville kitchen! Paid more for better craftsmanship! LOLOh almost forgot all the paint and hardware they sent me that didn’t even belong to my kitchen lol, I have 3 different sets of hardware I didn’t order or pay for but my names on it. This store and thomasville are a total CLUSTER**** and no one cares!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service. They charged my credit card, have double proof of completed transaction even have my bank representative confirm transaction. After their computer had an error they said they did not get paid and refused to give me the stuff I paid for. I missed work and still have not got my money back. The customer service talk to you like it is their store and their stuff, and made me leave all on their error. I asked to speak with the someone higher up and they refused.
