The rug doctor washer was effective, though the refilling process could be more streamlined. For its efficiency and quality offerings, this service deserves a four-star rating.

Went to purchase a grill for my dad. Bought him $150 in gift cards as well to use. Went to buy the grill for him and the customer service people were extremely rude and unhelpful. No one wanted to help do the purchase. It was gift cards and a credit card for the rest. Asked to speak with a manager and she was even worse. Not friendly and made me feel like she wanted nothing to do with me. Was going to buy a $700 grill and now I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Never had a worse experience from a store in my life.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Home Depot tool rental section today. The salesman I encountered was not only dismissive but outright belligerent. From the moment I started asking questions, his demeanor was rude and condescending, treating me with utter disrespect. It’s appalling to receive such treatment in a store where you’d expect professional guidance and support, especially in a specialized section like tool rental. His attitude was not just unhelpful but made me feel judged and unwelcome.I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking tool rental services due to the poor customer service I experienced. It’s crucial that a store fosters a welcoming environment for all customers, providing assistance and expertise rather than judgment and disdain. Unless you’re willing to be disrespected and poorly treated by the sales associates, I would suggest looking elsewhere for your tool rental needs. There are plenty of other places that value customer service and respect for individuals.

I bought all new all new appliances from this store, not the fault of this store but my order got delayed twice, took a month longer to deliver and was multiple deliveries but a month after it arrived one piece of equipment does not work, I was told it could not be returned but rather I had to go through Samsung, it has been over a month and the service team cancelled on my repair 6 times! Thankfully the manager is going to order me a new microwave and send the old one back but this is not a typical scenario he explained!

I had a terrible plumbing issue over the holiday weekend. The store employee working at Home Depot that evening was unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and wonderful with taking his time to ensure we had everything we needed to solve our problem and install a new shower valve using the shark bites. I believe his name was Walt, I do hope I got that correct because he deserves recognition. He was an older gentleman, and apparently the only employee with plumbing knowledge.

We found the sliding door we needed and it came in 3 individual parts that you had to purchase, all of the individual pieces that we were needing were on clearance, however, when the manager, Andy, came over and scanned the one piece that we needed, he said it was $477 (when the clearance tag said $238). This is false advertisement and refused to honor that. So we walked away not buying anything at all from the North Fayette Home Depot. We didn’t even want to buy the other items that we needed after this experience. Andy just lost Home Depot a $6k+ sale (because we had other items that needed purchased as well). We went to Lowe’s instead.

Went in for Bondo with the green label but they were out. Ended up getting a can of red label which doesn't work as well. I was disappointed to say the least.

Went to get some keys made and the service was excellent.No waiting and check out was quick as well.Very impressed with this Home Depot.I enjoy looking at their Halloween decorations and will be back to purchase a few.

Stopped by to get some indoor trash bins. Employees were very helpful finding them for me (there really hidden). Selection was quite sparse and price came up differently at checkout (thought they were $15 a piece and turned out to be $20). Would recommend stopping by though as they have a really good garden center at this location!

It’s your typical Home Depot. Will have most of what you need. My last 3 times in here I asked for assistance, the person I asked apparently didn’t work in the department and went to grab someone for me and I heard the person say they will come out in 5-10 minutes, when they feel like it, or when their break is over. I agree with the break part, but did suck that they had nobody covering the section. Not the worst thing to happen, but gave me enough time to look up the item I had a question about online and order it based on the reviews. Probably my last time going in the store if I’m not doing a home project and need supplies now.

I used the curbside pickup option for the first time at Home Depot and it went over really well! My order was ready the same day that I placed the order. I had a hard time finding my confirmation number but a quick call to the extremely kind and patient customer service guy in the store straighten the whole thing out. The website was easy to navigate. The item I ordered was in stock for a great price!

Love this store and the customer service. I only wish that they would honor the price on THEIR ONLINE SITE, and they do not. A real shame. You shouldn't offer a certain price for items online and when you walk in to the store and speak to the manager they say they cant match their online site. Not like I was asking them the match Lowes, but they would have.

Mark went above and beyond to help me with my purchase today. I am very appreciative that they have knowledgeable staff. Most of the store employees are knowledgeable but I have also met some inexperienced lads that just buff you away, but Mark went the opposite direction which reminded me of how a home depot store used to be. He was determined to help me. I am very quite pleased. I hope that there would be more employees like Mark to make the visit smoother.

One door unfortunately wasn't working, which was inconvenient, but one of the young ladies was working hard on fixing it as quickly as possible. Good to see deduction in a place of employment like this.

I was looking for an item and ask an employee if he know where it was. We looked in the location where he thought it would be, but we could not find the item. I said I was not on a hurry and will browse the store. He suggested another location, the hardware section and offer to go with me but I said it was not necessay since I was causally browsing store. 15 minutes later this same employee came over to the the hardware section looking for me saying he might have found the item I was looking for and took me to it. Exactly what I was looking for. Great employee!

They literally commit theft by taking your order for expensive appliances and then NEVER delivering them. Every excuse in the world from "the truck broke down" to "the driver walked off the job". We will be reporting them for fraud to our credit card company.

Phoned North Fayette store late morning today. Needed help on the correct way to take down blinds to clean without bresking anything.Called the store and luckily Alex, a great girl helped me. She went back to blind dept and found the ones i have. Alex figured it out! My Hero! Thank you so much Alex! Very much appreciate YOU!

Well it's always busy around lunch so if ya gotta get in and get out fast shoot for before 11am if you can , they are usually always stocked up, and parts are in there spots where they are supposed to be, staff is always nice but are usually on the lookout for theft I noticed, good spot for a home Depot, traffic isn't too bad .

The manager was Mean. I am a senior citizen woman and had to return Large merchandise that was damaged. I asked if they could open boxes until I found one that wasn't damaged so I didn't have to return again. They told me absolutely not we wont be able to sell them then. I said your going to sell damaged merchandise? He told me to leave the store they did not want me there that I was there to just cause trouble. ETC.. I was shocked!! I went to the checkout to buy a different product and told the employees what happened. I felt like crying. They asked was it John Prentice? I said yes they all said he is so awful with customers. We all hate him! He should not be a manager! Please call and report him, here is his card. Such a shame he is still working there. Even the employee's are suffering. Needless to say I will not be shopping there again.

Update 25Nov2023YET AGAIN...a shipment from Home Depot came damaged to the extent of being ruined due to improper shipping packaging. This is not due to shipping damage. It is due to the fluorescent tube lights being packed in a box that was approximately 1" shorter than the tubes themselves.I took pictures to show the bent, broken contacts as well as their indentations on the box. I also took pictures showing that the box is way shorter than the tubes.This is at least the second time this has happened from the North Fayette (a.k.a. Home Drive) Home Depot. Two times means it's time for a negative review.It really is inexcusable...especially considering how delicate light bulbs are.BTW: there wasn't any packaging material in the box either. I suppose it's because the packer knw the bulbs would not shift around since they were jammed in the box.Home depot offers no method of return, and no text messaging with a human, and no phone calls with a human.So, here we are.--------It's a typical Home Depot. Good luck finding a worker who knows how to find anything, so it's a typical PA Home Depot

We ordered a new steel front door and set up installation thru Home Depot.The contractor arrive to install the door. He removed our screen door and installed the new door then would not put our screen door back on.One of the hinges were broken and he said he did not feel comfortable putting it back up. All I asked is to reinstall it in the condition it was when he took it off.He would not and left it on my front porch and he left.It was working just fine when he took it down then refused to put it back the way he found it.I went to the store and told the employee who sold us the door and all he said was "sorry about that ".Due to missing hardware from when he took off our screendoor we ended up having to purchase a new screendoor and install it ourselves.Not a happy customer

I got into Home Depots and Lowes a few times a week as I am renovating two properties. There is never anyone to help with questions at Home Depot and when I flag down someone, they are rude or cannot be bothered. One old guy even told me he answered my one question and had to go as I asked the one question and that was it. At the register, the personnel are too aggressive. I don't need them to scan my items at the self check out. If I want interaction, I will stand in a regular check out line, but it is of no use to me to have someone scan items when I will do it faster. Also no help and causes more problems when they insist on narrating what I do next. I know how to put my debit card in and enter my pin, yet this seems to count as "working" and "customer service" at Home Depot. I was boycotting this store, but had to go out of need, but I will stay away. No help and rude workers is a toxic combination.

I USED TO ENJOY shopping at the Robinson Township Home Depot. That has changed now. I was there yesterday to purchase 15 bags of cement 80 pound bags, fence panels and posts and I had to load ALL of it on my truck. There were 2 HD employees that walked right by me. They should of helped.This is not the first time this has happened. This store needs help!! Also I want to bring up this issue with the Military discount. I served for 16 years but did not retire from the military and feel that a veteran who served regardless of retiring from the military should be treated the same. Home Depot should do a better job serving ALL VETERANS NOT JUST RETIRED VETERANS!!! I think that this is discrimination.. I won’t shop there ever againAlso while checking out, I was harassed by the woman cashier in the Pro contractor check out. I will be reporting her.
