Very good store with lot of stuff for the whole family which includes food items, fresh vegetables and groceries, dresses and retails, kitchen and lawn items etc., Good quality itemsIn each section with varieties of selections at a reasonable price..It’s located inside south hills mall which is an advantage to finish your need tot end shopping and have some food as well on the food court

Target sells EBT Eligible Items and has their system make it non EBT eligible and they can't take it off the order or tell you the product it it after you go to pay. Major Ripoff. Walmart, Pharmacies and Grocery Stores all sell the same product with it being EBT ELIGIBLE. Complete waste of time and money.

This particular Target is my least liked of all the Target stores in the area. They are often out of stock on items and that's been going on since they opened years ago. Drive up or in store pick up is usually slow. I've waited 20 plus minutes for pick up. I dread asking for help if I need it. Yes, it's a large store but I still prefer going to other Target locations. Parking is horrible because of the tight spaces.

I was there on a busy Saturday morning. The staff was great. I was surprised that one of the staff members who was stocking shelves stopped to ask me about the weather, wished me a good day, etc. My cashier appeared to be on the younger side. He was polite, friendly and efficient. The store was clean, and the snack bar looked busy in a good way- as if people were happy and busy. I felt safe at this location.

Store was very clean, well stocked, and the employees were very friendly. Only in the store for a couple of minutes to pick up one thing and was greeted by an employee asking if I needed help finding anything.

This is a very nice Target. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not sure why some people post bad reviews since I’ve always had a positive experience here from the welcoming door greeters to cashiers at the checkout. Lots of options and fair prices.

I think the clothing is lacking in style and is over priced. Carts are way too big and cause a movement problem in the aisles. The Pizza Hut in the store was not open at lunch time. I left without a single purchase.

Long story short I called in to find out if there was any trading cards (Pokemon cards) left. I was told none left and the young female would not go look even when I asked if she can politely. She kept on telling me her device saids nothing & she couldn’t tell me when they were receiving more. So instead I drove in and looked for myself and this is what I come across just in 1 section.......This is very disappointing as I am a regular customer and it just shows me some of the employees are Lazy.

I was in this store on Saturday, late afternoon, between 4 and 6 pm. There was a group of 6 boys, 14 or 15 year olds, who were walking around the aisles taking things from the shelves, stuffed animals, snow shovels, and the were just throwing them around, leaving them lay where they fell. Unfortunately, as I let a worker know the situation, she shook her head and did nothing. What will it take to stop groups of young people from roaming through stores causing uneasiness. Maybe South Hills village should consider a few employees actually watching the cameras we all know that they have and enforcing respect for shoppers

Although, I no longer work here, I'd just like to say what an amazing company Target is!! As an former employee, the company always took such good care of us, which in turn, made us feel confident about our jobs and what we did! It boosted our morale!! Most of us went above n beyond to help our guests. We took pride in our work, and did it to the best of our ability! I should speak for myself, but really as a whole, we ALL kept things clean, sanitized, stocked, neat and tidy. Our main goal was YOU!...not just the customer, but our GUEST! I know for me, I wanted each person to enjoy their shopping experience! And when it came to checkout, or even Guest Services, that was a crucial step in the process, and we all wanted to make sure YOU were happy!!!... Service with not only a smile, but personal interaction to close the sale. We always wanted you be excited about your purchase, or no hassled returns! We wanted you to come back for repeat business,.... because you loved your experience here; you wanted to tell your friends and family about us!.!We all strived for one thing....Our Guests! I know at times,the lines are long, and even a little out of control, but, believe me when I say, they do EVERYTHING they can to keep the lines moving as fast as they can!! I loved the people I worked with...we were like a family! I will always love Target, ...the people, and their products....like clothes, shoes, accessories, etc. Such a fun store with reasonable prices and a family friendly environment! I hold this particular store very close to my heart! I Miss my job, I miss all of you, ❤️

I enjoy having the target so close, the staff are friendly and helpful and the place is always clean. My only issue with the place is that the prices on everything are $1-2 more than the other closest Target's.

There is never anything in stock NEVER. The store is a mess on Saturday nights. Overcrowded small,disorganized and bad. This store is way too hectic all the time. I suggest you visit elsewhere.

Just came to get a few things. Margie was an ANGEL. She gave my daughter stickers, helped load all my groceries back in the cart as I clearly had my hands full. It felt like I was leaving grandmas house walking out. Love this target!

It was near closing time and I received fast efficient service both in the electronic section and then for a small grocery purchase. Both cashiers were very pleasant and helpful and I was able to find exactly what I needed.

So easy and Very efficient. Ordered from my couch. My order was ready in less than two hours. Store associate was at my car less than 2 minutes after I parked. I was in and out of the Target parking lot in less than 5 minutes. Would highly recommend. I only wish I could shop the whole store this way.

Consistently out of items and their curbside pick up consistently takes more than 20 minutes, even when not during a peak time...basically the point of curbside pick up is to save time but you can get your shopping done faster than the wait time

There's always something fun to buy at Target! I feel like Target can read my mind sometimes.During our last holiday shopping trip I knew it would be busy at our local Target. It was very busy, and I could see the line for check-out growing quickly. However, because it was Target, I knew I could count on a speedy check out anyhow, so I didn't worry about it. When we got up front finally, there were associates communicating with the cashiers so that they could assign shoppers to check out lanes as they became available. Fastest moving line ever. I love Target.

Nice store. The shelves are almost always organized and well stocked. If you take your time, you can find decent clearance items. Employees are mostly nice. Only thing I don't like is the parking, which is always packed.

Had a horrible customer service experience. I made a corporate complaint and no surprise after 2 weeks never heard from a single person about my complaint. Glad to see upper management and corporate office cares less for their customers then the store. Another company that has the mentality of we will find new customers rather than take care of the ones we have.

Al right as far as Targets go. Pretty much what you’d expect. I’ve noticed with this particular store a trend of older items being in the back so when you make your purchase, sometimes you get stuff that is much closer to being expired compared to other packages of the same item. I have also purchased a small amount of goods that were already expired. Be mindful of expiration dates.

I had a horrendous and embarrassing experience today 1/20/2022.A horrible and RUDE cashier was working register 11 on 1/20/2022 at 130-2pm. (Middle aged 50s, short women with shoulder length frizzy curly brown hair-snooty). I waited in line for her register and begun putting my stuff on the belt. She finished ringing out the person in front of me turned around looked at me and turned her light off in my face and said IM CLOSED! I had stuff on my belt and waited roughly 10mins for her to finish the transaction in front of me. At no point during this time did she mention closing to me or the people in line behind. I was so appalled even the person behind me commented about how rude it was. She immediately walked away. I was left in a sea of lines of at least 20 other people and carts that I now had to go to the back of the line for and wait again. She WALKED over to another register started laughing to the male cashier there and then came effing back to her register 11 and started checking people out again!!! Are you serious?!?! You made me load my stuff off the belt for you to walk away for 2minutes and return??Not to mention she was INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!I have also called corporate and filled a grievance as well. Horrible person.

I am always super impressed with this store and primarily use it for grocery shopping. Their "Good & Gather" brand of groceries are amazing and competitively priced. I can always find something new and healthy which is much appreciated. Thank you.

I ordered something online only to have an email after driving to store to say item is unavailable. The young gentleman at the pickup counter was so nice. Definitely went above and beyond to help me find the item at another nearby location... trying to contact the other store to hold the item since I couldn’t get my phone to cooperate. I tried to look at his name tag but could only see trainer.

Upper St Clair store is a mess. Dirty, shelves are a mess, out of stock on so many things, so many items in the wrong places on shelves and also many items on shelves with no prices.
