Self checkout is closed by 8pm. Then they only have two lanes open with 40 people in line, i love target but if you’re going to close self checkout at least have more than two lanes open. It’s been 15 minutes of standing in line

Target has a nice selection, but is a pretty stressful shopping environment. It feels like there's an employee with a walkie talkie going off at the end of every aisle. The layout is a bit confusing, especially the hair and makeup products. So many bright lights. I genuinely can't say anything about employees, other than the fact that they seem hard at work. They do not talk very much, and they seem bothered if you ask a question. The leftmost red concrete ball outside the entrance, his name is Percy.

Normal Love Target - today’s visit - i learned the self checkout was now a 10 item limit express only! 🤬. There has never been enough employees at the registers - takes Much Longer than it should to check out! Very Disappointing. Also 2 items i wanted were no longer being carried.

We were returning a tv this morning and thought we had all the paperwork, but they needed some code that we didn’t have. Did not get their names but the 2 women working there went above and beyond to find the number. They were excellent. One was working at customer service and called her supervisor to help. Best customer service we’ve received.

Toy section is a disaster. Lots of empty pegs. Toys just strewn all over the shelves. Doesn’t seem like anyone organizes the area often. Seems that they dump out the box of new stock and walk away.

DeeAnn shouldn't be a manager as she let a situation escalate to the point where the customers felt like they were being racially profiled and targeted. My fiancé called today to see if they could maybe hash out the situation. DeeAnn was extremely unapologetic for her and her employees actions and took no accountability. I Will not spend another dime of my money or a second of my time after spending thousands at Target in the past year alone!!! Treat your customers with respect. Don't surround someone trying to make a return acting as though they stole something they didnt!!!! Never again! If I could give a negative star review I would! She has video documentation and good luck to your store!

Had a wonderful experience at Harmer Target today. I was picking up my online order and had the pleasure of interacting with two outstanding employees. Chandler at the Service was efficient and kind to a customer in front of me who didn’t have the proper receipt for her return. I have been in the same situation and understand her predicament. He was able to do the return with the card she made the her purchase. Caitlyn brought me my frozen products and patiently answered all my questions, even double checking for me. This is an example of two outstanding employees that my my trip to Target a wonderful experience.

I went Christmas Shopping at the "TARGET" Store located on FREEPORT Road in Harmarville w/ My Daughter. We were Very Impressed w/ the selection of Gift Ideas & their everyday prices were Great. The Store itself was CLEAN & their EMPLOYEES were Very HELPFUL & POLITE.

I exchanged a pair of shoes with no problems at all.the staff is friendly and helpful.when i checked out my few items there was only 1 person in front of me.sales associates asked me if I needed help as I drove the store scooter through the store.

Return policy is a little ridiculous. I kept the receipts for all of the diapers I purchased for my son on purpose so that I can exchange them or return them for store credit to purchase the ones he needs. Well fast forward and apparently that’s not allowed past 90 days and you can only do $100 on your ID. I get it, you have a policy. But your customer service lady at the time (older, long white hair) didn’t have to be a complete jerk about it or act annoyed for trying to save money when diapers are already extremely expensive. Do better target. (Let me point out I bought them ALL at this store and the target brand bought 9 months ago was not a problem) I myself work in customer service and am very understanding, but don’t be an annoyed jerk as the customer service representative.

i had a great experience here, im not from around here so i got a little turned around in this target but one of the workers, dan , was incredibly helpful in kind, and it was easy to find the things i was looking for once i got dans help. great staff, i really appreciated it

I generally go to this Target for the CVS but the few times I have shopped here, the staff are always helpful and friendly and it is usually stocked well.

I tried the new Ulta Beauty at the Harmarville Target and was very pleased with my experience. Adrienne was more than willing to take the time needed to help find exactly what I was looking for. She's a wealth of information and a lovely person to work with. If you have questions about cosmetics, I'd highly recommend seeking her out.

On October 18, 2022 in the later parts of the evening I stopped at this location to grab a couple of essentials seeing as I’m an owner operator of a tractor trailer, and of course I’m not one to walk into a store without grabbing things that you didn’t walk into lol.I go to many Targets, Walmarts,Kohls & shopping centers and this one was pretty unique, from the way the parking lot was set up through the inside of the store from cleanliness to comfortableness to The extra friendly associates working at this location..

I visited this store during the late afternoon on a Tuesday. As people got off work, it became more busy, but was never crowded. I noticed that the floors were clean, the entire place was well kept. The restroom was clean. They had a very good selection of products, including, to my surprise, a decent grocery section. The dairy dept. was down on items, due to not being stocked properly. I wanted Fair Life Milk, but the shelf was empty. An employee told me that the dairy people had already went home. Overall, it was a good experience.

Let’s be real. We expect to run in to Target and grab what we need- what our kids want- and what we want. We will spend at least 50 bucks. The Target in Harmar is the best one to do this. The store is ALWAYS clean. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. I’m always happy to run in to this store. I’ve done others (Monroeville and East Liberty, mostly). They are awful. Too small. Too crowded. Too messy. Harmar is great. Drive the extra few minutes. It’s worth it! Even during their construction, this Target is head and shoulders above the rest.
