This Target is great! I recently just had a couple of great experiences down though. When we returned something recently, Laura was just so nice to us! The return process at Target is easy especially when you interact with someone who was as nice as she was!Another time I had was when Shania rang me out. She was so nice to us and so fast! I was out of there in no time!They made our experience even better by their great customer service! I go to this Target every week!

This Target recently remodeled, and it took a while to get used to, but I like the setup. It loses two stars but it seems like they are never stocked enough as compared to other Target stores. They have a ton of cashiers but they seem to need more stock people.

This is my favorite Target to shop at! The employees here are all so nice from the cashiers to the ones doing stock on the floor and even customer service! Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful time after time. I choose to drive further to shop at this Target for that reason!

This target location refuses to price products on the shelf properly and won’t honor their own policy on the price guarantee. Might be something worth legal action. In case anyone doesn’t know, targets policy says they price everything correctly on the shelf and if it isn’t they give you the price listed on the shelf. Refusal to do that is against policy and a legal issue called false advertising. I hope this store manager reaches out to correct the issue.

Honestly, I think it’s one of the best Targets I ever shopped in the Pittsburgh area. It is not crowded and not empty. Plenty of room to circulate and check out items. I have used the curbside pickup a few times and never had an issue. Staff is friendly and nice.

I went to Target on McKnight Road today. John was phenomenal in self checkout. He made a very frustrating experience, manageable. He was decked out for the holidays and extremely helpful! I wish all people had his work ethic and personality! John thank you so much for your help!

Other than longer than usual wait times.Target needs to start calling tow trucks to move these cars out of the no parking zones.If this is your toyota, you should stop driving and give up your license.

The workers literally have the worst attitude ever they never have a smile also giving you a stank face. Also the Security guards have Staring issues. Went to get a Xbox controller and asked a worker if they can open the case cause it was locked and they said”I don’t work in this department find someone else “

This Target store is conveniently located in the North Hills Village shopping center. I have shopped at this store probably dozens of times. I most often purchase products for cleaning, hygiene, beauty, health, and pets. I think that this store also offers a good selection of clothes, shoes, accessories, home decor, office supplies, electronics, toys, and snack foods. The prices are low to moderate. The cashiers say hello and thank you to me, and they correctly ring up my purchases. I prefer to shop on Target’s website, but this store is useful when I do not want to wait on shipping and delivery.

this is one of the best targets, no doubt!! Rylie is the best for customer service/returns! I will only go to this target now even though I am much closer to east liberty target. Thank you Rylie for being so delightful to talk to and having the best personality! You are the reason I look forward to walking into target and leaving just excited to come back :)

It’s a decent target they just don’t FIFO their products and they don’t have much produce which is at any target and I don’t like that. Their secret shoppers in asset protection follows you around the store. I have a job I don’t need to steal.

I had visited this store a couple days ago & I was greeted with respect & had my question answered at ease. I found exactly what I was looking for & had no problem deciding on what I wanted due to the help I received from the employee.

Went in to look at shoes. I needed a black pair of casual shoes and a brown pair. I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked into the department! I couldn't make heads or tails of anything. I don't usually take pictures when I shop but I just had to this time because it was so unbelievable! Walked out without anything...

This location seems to consistently understaff cashiers. Multiple times I've been there with a single register opened and a long line. It seems that's by design because the cashier doesn't seem to be able to call someone else up to open another register and deal with long lines.Not the place to go if you want to buy something frozen. It may be thawed by the time you get to your car.

I am generally pleased with each shopping experience at Target. The cleanliness of the stores, the helpfulness of the employees and the quality of the brands they carry all make shopping there a pleasant experience. I am not pleased with the shift towards self checkout. It would be helpful if there was an equal number of checkout employees and self checkout stations. Other than that I have no other complaints about Target.

Target is refusing to honor many valid manufactures coupons, especially those that are for larger dollar amounts. You do not find this out until you are at the register and ready to check out and they scan your coupons and they are denied. You are either stuck paying full price for the items or having the cashier remove them from your order. There is nothing wrong with these coupons. I have taken them to others stores where they have been accepted without issue. There is absolutely no question they are real coupons due to the paper they are made from. Target needs to display their coupon policy prominently near the entrance so that customers are completely aware that there is a very good chance that their coupon won’t be accepted so that they can decide if they would rather shop elsewhere for the savings.

Started going to this Target after I moved from Homestead area to the North Hills, every time I try to give this store another chance, I’m disappointed. Workers have a horrible attitude, especially in Order Pickup. Tonight was the final straw. I came for a grocery pickup order & the man working insisted that I ordered for Drive Up. After I showed him my screen & tried to explain that I actually did select Pickup, he doubled down, didn’t apologize & made me uncomfortable.The Target at the Waterfront is a million times better: everything is neatly stocked, the store is clean & those workers are extremely nice every single time. I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes than get treated like that…

Customer service is good most off the time. Recently, I returned an item at the return/online pickup counter. I grabbed 2 candy bars to purchase & was told I could not pay for them there & had to go to the checkout lines.... Okay so why have a candy rack across the whole front of the counter, if you can't buy it there. It's really stupid. Not sure if it is management or the employee just didn't want to do it.

John was extremely helpful when I had a pricing issue at the self-service register during a very busy day at the Ross store. He was efficient, friendly and pleasant! My issue was resolved in a matter of seconds and he was off to help another customer. John is an asset!

Teach associates how to bag groceries and chemicals properly and never together in the sane bag. Teach to not over fill a bag or smash bread by placing bread on top of an egg carton. Its simple. Often your associates at check outs seem to lazy to bag items correctly. Separating cleaning items from food items , its easy .Food is expensive, items are expensive so pack a bag according. Clean you carts out from. Dirty nasty straws and cups, food papers. Some shoppers are to trifling to throw their own trash away . Fix the problem, target.

Today wasn’t a good experience. I had the items I needed that I had a coupon for each of them and that was the main reason for this target trip. The cashier rings in my card everything was going great. I check out and none of the discounts are applied to my almost $300.00 dollar bill. At this point they can’t reverse what has already been done and tell me to contact customer service. I did as they said and explained what happened, and the response I was expecting is the $26.00 will be credited back to your card. Instead they offered me a target E-gift card that would showUp in my junk mail and to keep an eye for it. All of this could have been handled much easier and all of the confusion. I’m not even sure if the refund that is being sent is accurate. I will return to target, but I hope something like this doesn’t happen again.
