This was a great location before some recent changes. The final straw for me was them removing the pick up option for most grocery items. It's probably not a coincidence that Target launched a $100/year delivery service the exact same week they started limiting order pick up items.Other locations still offer pick up for grocery items so this seems like a location specific choice, or a trial run before other locations follow suit. I used to shop here multiple times a week, so this is very disappointing. I will not be returning until this decision is reversed.

Loved the service. The barista named Alyson was so nice. Would have been 5 stars but they don't have anywhere to sit and drink anymore. It used to be a frequent spot to relax with coffee but now I have to find somewhere else as I sat on the floor today.

Shout out to the Target employees for being the most helpful people anywhere! Always kind and gracious, if you cannot find something, they will walk you to the exact spot! And smile while doing so! They are the absolute best.

Bought a book shelf, was missing screws. Came back and just wanted to exchange for the same item which we did. Opened the box in store, still missing the same screws. Went to return the item again but they wouldn't offer cash only a target card. I wanted to use the money towards a book shelf, not random stuff in target.

Always a great shopping experience at Target. They offer better quality products including groceries unlike other nearby “super center” retail stores. Checkouts were adequately staffed as well.

Twice-TWICE in one week they messed up two separate orders. First one, I came in after waiting all day for notification it was ready-only to be told “they didn’t have item”…interesting because I went directly to the department BEFORE I went to order pick up-and found FIVE of said item. Second one is a doozy-I ordered two sets of Twin Sheets-picked them up-everything appeared fine until we got them home-one twin set and one queen set. But I can deal with an honest mistake but what I can’t deal with is a service/pickup desk that won’t answer the phone after several calls-the night I picked up order AND the next morning! Pick up the phone! This could have been easily resolved-I’m a very understanding and forgiving person but when you cannot even answer the darn phone AT ALL…there’s a problem. Shame on management. This is a nice store but there’s no excuse for not picking up the phone!

Went to return a headset that didn’t work and checked the inventory before going, seen TWO being in stock. The workers instantly said “we just put everything out” that can’t be true.Settled for a trash headset only to go to the EXCHANGES & RETURNS to EXCHANGE the headset that didn’t work for the other only to be told “ I can return it” TF? What’s the god damn point of the area being called EXCHANGES & RETURNS?!? Stupid place! Overpriced place truly.

It's a good store there. There are lots of nice things for your home, good clothes, and accessories. But not a lot of food.You can’t use gift card they sell in-store. Ex. In the Ulta Beauty shop 👎

Lost business because you couldn’t look up my credit card. Recommend updating your POS system to be able to do card look up like your competitors in the region. I hope this is helpful to your business.

I love coming to Target! The store is always kept clean and content. The staff is always very nice and helpful. I come here to get away from the pure chaos that is Wal-Mart... The prices may be slightly more expensive at Target, but I feel that you're paying for much better quality!

Easy to navigate the store and find what we were interested in quickly. Friendly staff and atmosphere! The store and lot were very clean, even with the outside construction going on. We used self-checkout and it was a simple and fast process.

Target cashier provided great customer service. Helped me SAVE MONEYby helping me get into and use the Target app. Saved $12. The manager helped me with another problem one other visit with using a gift card at the pharmacy. Great costumer service.

The team member who helped us at the self checkout was very nice. I was curious how to use Target Circle when we shop & checkout and she showed us how it works along with the Target Red Card & "Discover" offers.

Store is currently under construction so things are a little out of wack but still an easy shopping experience. Isle were clear. Items just moved to new locations in some cases. But construction means lots of clearance items, so go get some good deals.

Robinson Target is always clean and organized. I love their dollar isle. Starbucks inside is a plus. Some organic veggies and fruits but not much. Marshmallow whipped cream is the best! When it gets busy, the store team members quickly organize the lines and open check outs.

This Target had a good selection of household products. Prices were moderate. The cashier was nice, and he performed his job well. I am knocking one star off of my review because I struggled to locate some products that I needed. Perhaps the layout of the store could be organized a bit better.

They are trying to expand and it is a mess! They have employees everywhere but only a handful know what they are doing. No announcements letting you know closing time is coming. No pricing on laundry items. And, the parking lot an utter mess!Stay away!

I'm really disappointed with the quality of the Target store in North Fayette, Pennsylvania. The clothing and accessories sections are so disorganized I don't even want to bother to look at them. And for the second time I brought an entire cart of expired cheese up to the manager because Target employees do not rotate their food stock. The only cheese that wasn't expired was on the front of the peg and everything behind it had a date on it from November. It should not be the responsibility of the customer to check the expiration dates on all of their food before they purchase it. Target used to be a much more upscale shopping experience then going to Walmart, but unfortunately now they're pretty much the same.

I went to your store on Friday the 1st of July 2022, to look for a dress for my sons wedding. I hadn't been here in quite awhile, it was a surprise in there. I don't know who is running the store now but there were clothes, hangars, shoes all over the floor. It was like David bridals was having a$99.00 sale. I was disappointed. The rest of the store was cool. I wasn't looking for a formal dress at all, the dress selection was not good at all. Sizes to big or too small. No in between. I'm not a complainer usually but I wanted to make you aware of my experience. I have family members that shop there also and they have said it has really gone down hill.. I probably won't be back for awhile till its cleaned up and more organized.

The North Fayette Pittsburgh location is awesome. The curbside pickup is spot on and you never have to wait long. If you do go into the store, I hope you get to interact with Brennan. He was very helpful and kind. He delivers customer service that is above and beyond what’s expected. Thank you, Target, for a consistently good shopping experience!

I went to this target today in kind of a bad mood and then one of my products wouldn’t ring up so I had to get help and the thing that wouldn’t ring up was a little embarrassing……. The employee Joe who was working on the registers was just absolutely incredible. He really helped me out today. Joe if you see this, never change! Certainly an experience I will never forget and it was just a target run lol. Gives me hope for the world!
