They are constantly rescheduling our order. We have been sitting without food for twenty-four hours, even eggs and milk have run out. We don't have the opportunity to buy the products ourselves, so we order. I am writing this comment in tears because I am very hungry. Target does not refund the money, does not deliver the order. Never mess with them.

It’s abnormal for me to write a review about a chain, but I just wanted to shoutout my great experience today. I was incredibly stressed about moving to my new place, but the cashier with the short hair and wolf shirt was so incredibly kind to me - it totally shifted my mood. Thank you for being such a thoughtful, genuine person, and for making my move a little easier! :)

I like going to this specific Target location because they have a huge parking lot covered. In raining and snowing days, that’s crucial when you need to walk to store and put groceries in your car. Other than that, I feel that this store has a good layout, and its staff does a great job at organizing items.

Always have a pleasant experience at Target. The sales associates and all employees are kind and helpful. I dont.go there often enough but plan on doing so!

This is a large standard Target department store, which is a step above Walmart. This Target has the added bonus of some food aisles plus a small section of produce. Main staff are basically helpful with some additional staff in black that were a bit blunt. Very corporate store with most of your household needs, electronics, clothing plus some food.

Same items, but more expensive than the trader Joe's right next to it. No use in buying groceries here. House items/clothes are good tho. Board games too.

I shop this store a lot no matter. Target overall has products I want at reasonable prices. The customer service is definitely lacking. I have found the staff to be unknowledgeable and frazzled easily. My most recent experience they were out of a product that their website said was in stock. I asked if they would give me the next one for the same price ($4 more) they said no. Then when I realized I had forgotten my target card, I immediately went to the app and placed the order. When I went to customer service to pick up the order the worker told me I'd have to wait 2 hours until they have time to go pull all the items that were sitting in my cart. He became frazzled and made such a scene, I just left. Again, it's a great target, just has a mediocre staff.

Bicycle parking racks here. There's also starburst. There are various things and even food here. The staff friendliness is random so it's depends. Aside from that this another option not counting Giant Eagle. I still prefer GE though.

Google is dead set on me reviewing this store even though I was only in the parking lot but I've been inside before so.It's a target, they're all mostly the same. Busy and overstimulating. Corporate and plasticky. The cheap seasonal stuff is good for a dopamine hit if you can stand the fluorescent lights and loudness and bright reflecting ads everywhere you look. (I cannot)I like the red balls in the parking lot though

Yes I was shopping for some clothes. I caught a real good sell. Lightweight sweaters and a blue jean suit. It has the flair jeans. There was a good selection of colors for the sweaters.

I often use the in store pick up service. I find it to be very convenient. The employees always pick up the correct product i'm looking 44 me. Also comma Tarhwt has wonderful customer service.

You can almost always find what you need at Target, but the experience to get it isn't always stellar. Have been approached many times by people in the parking lot asking for money which detracts from the experience. At times it also seems that this Target might be understaffed as there are sometimes employees too busy running around to help you find an item or answer a question. Despite all it's flaws, it's still a great place to go if you need some basic home items that you can't find without going on Amazon.

Phyllis (the African-American woman) who works as a cashier at this location is very horrible. She’s rude to customers unnecessarily and just an overall horrible person to be around. She scans things slowly and spills items all the time. I had to wait 20 minutes in line when only 2 people were ahead of me because that’s just how slow she is. Fire her.

One may find literally everything they need here! The prices are a little bit high, but it is reasonable since people can touch them, compare them to other alternatives and get what they want in no time. They also have their own line of products named up&up. They are reasonably priced and have a proper quality. I’d choose this brand over others if it was available.All in all, It is good to have them nearby!

This Target Store is always busy around 3pm. Long lines maybe a issues. However, the produces are fair priced and staff are minimal available in the aisles.

I like the food they have here, I recently came here and during my check out I looked at my bread and it had mold on it. Luckily I caught it before I got home and the employee told me I could get another one. I know it's not the stores fault, I would just be more cautious when you're getting bread or other food items. From what I see the self check out lines are pretty busy as are the regular check outs but when I get in line it usually gets to my turn at a good time frame.

I have ordered several times from my local Target. Today, after receiving my order, I decided to check the order for accuracy. I was shocked to find out that the quantities were incorrect and yet I was still charged for the missing items. This necessitated my having to lock the car and go in for a refund. This defeated the entire purpose of drive up since I was exposed to multiple people waiting in line. I would urge people using the service to check their orders for accuracy. To be fair, the order was delivered at a timely fashion and I was alerted in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, since the accuracy could not be counted on, this tarnishes, what would otherwise be a pleasant experience.

Severely understaffed. Clothes are understocked and scattered across the floor. Basic food items are unavailable. No staffed registers, only self checkout (what do you do if half your clothing items have loss prevention tags?)Hours are very bad for a target in the middle of a city.

Returning two items that were purchased online. Went to the East liberty target to return these items. There was a line already formed. We waited and waited a long time. Some people complained and asked for a manager poor poor service.

Happy that this store is located here! As far as targets go, this one is frequently out of stock of essential items but that seems to be the case at every target lately. The cashier was nice enough once I greeted her and she stopped reading her magazine. I slightly felt like I was interrupting her but at least she wasn’t rude about it.

So cool! Lots of unique things about it that I haven't seen in other stores, including underground parking, a carts escalator, and a laser game of ping pong. So fun!

Always clean and usually has what I’m looking for, and the free parking garage is a bonus. Just steer clear of the blonde employee (Sherry, I think?) if you need help, unless you want to catch serious attitude for daring to ask for help finding something. The customer service has been fine every other time I’ve been here, but yikes.

This target always has empty aisles and is always so overpacked. Lines are long as well. It is the only target in this area though and easy parking

I love the location and convenience of this target and the parking garage is nice. But no matter what time of day you come there are not enough cashiers working. I spend more time waiting in line than shopping. They really need to get more registers open.
