The employee (I forget their name, I am sorry!) I dealt with at the T-Mobile in Banksville was extremely helpful, personable, and efficient! I got done what I needed to do, with a full explanation and understanding. But nonetheless, any staff there I engaged in conversation with were friendly and helpful!!

I went to this location T-mobile today, and it was amazing!!! The manager Elia was unbelievable and fabulous!!! He is the best! He helped me to get a SIM card without any problems and questions. Also he try to find me a good option and he was so kind. I was so happy to see that service and him as well!

I have stopped in this location several times and have always been greeted and treated well! In particular, yesterday I went to this store and Hunter helped me get an Iwatch. I was rather clueless and he was helpful, kind, and patient. He knew his stuff and upgraded my plan, which was more than I expected! I was really grateful!

I went there and added my family to my plan and I ported 4 numbers we wanted free phones but the supposedly only had 2 in stock so I got them now I’m 2 phones short, so Adam said the pixels are 100 a piece but if I don’t have the money I can pay 4$ x2 a month for them so I got them as well, Adam said one line was free and the other 3 lines would cost me 15$ x3 a month so I left the store under the assumption that my bill will be no more than 220 a month and I was not told about extra charges or anything, so my bill arrived at 483.00 and I flipped out! They charged me more than agreed on for the pixels and more than agreed on for the 3 lines that were not free so I called T-Mobile and they told me to go back to the store and have them call T-Mobile to fix it but all of sudden Adam got promoted and went to another store and hunter basically told me he would try to fix it but can’t promise me anything and they won’t give me the store info where Adam went! Stay away from this store they tell you anything to close the deal then play dumb when you find out they screwed you! As of right now I got one more payment left on my iPhone once I pay it off I’m returning the other phones and going to at@t or Verizon because T-Mobile and the people they trust to promote their business to are deceptive and dishonest! To the owner please don’t apologize and hit me with the automated response because it don’t mean anything how about you fix the lie Adam told me fix my bill and I’ll give you a better review

I am very disappointed in the poor performance of the sales people in T Mobile on Banksville Road. I have been losing calls, and not getting calls, and missing very important voicemails.I was told by an associate at T Mobile that they couldn’t do anything for me, that I was to go to the Apple Store. I did go, and basically two people at the Apple Store ran diagnostics on the phone and said it was nothing they could do, to take it back to T Mobile as they are responsible for a new phone, because I bought it there.I was told by Hunter, the second time, after looking at it, did nothing. To see how it goes.I returned to the store today, and was asked to leave. You can certainly understand my frustration running back and forth to the mall and T Mobile several times and getting the run around. I believe his name was Lou, who treated me with disrespect and disdain.I’m filing a formal complaint against the store.I should also add that the regional manager was aware of the situation because Hunter was texting her. She too did nothing to rectify the situation.Do not do business with T Mobile. You will regret it.Thank you,Janet Lee

I was in the store on Thursday night...I had to get a new phone...the old phone was damaged...and on life support...Anthony and Ryan both were helping me...and went way out of the way to salvage my contacts...and pics...over 3000 contacts..btw...They spent over a half hour...with a mouse hooked up the old phone to make it happen...These guys are awesome...and would highly recommend going to this store...they are super knowledgable...and instead of telling me...sorry...there is nothing we can do...they exceeded my hopeless expectations...and got it done!!...

I signed up for T Mobile in September 2022 and was told I could have a $12 per month auto pay discount while using my Marcus card which provides me with excellent cell phone insurance coverage. Otherwise, I would have NEVER signed up for T Mobile's plan in this way. Apart from the brags of coverage, which are overly gratuitous, this was a reason for me to sign up. But the coverage was NOT in reality or actuality as good as they show on paper and on maps, and then they started disallowing auto pay discounts when you don't use a debit card or checking account. Bait and switch. Whether it's part of the contract or not, leading a customer to believe they receive a certain discount with the payment method in which they signed up, and then taking that discount away, is BAD BUSINESS and has left a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth in addition to one of the main towers by my house being down for MONTHS after I signed up. Hold times of 20+ minutes to talk to a representative show a lack of respect for the customer as well. Business and respect are EARNED, and T-Mobile has *failed* at this. Do you really think I'm going to stay with you or switch back to Verizon after that way I've been treated and with your lackluster coverage? After 45 minutes+ on the phone, the supervisor couldn't reach a resolution.

Hunter is the man! Adam was incredibly helpful, honest and generous too. As was all the staff there today. I was there upgrading phones and phone lines today for my company Wishbone's Pet Care. So happy to see so much true and genuine customer service today. 5 stars, no doubt. Thanks, Hunter and Team! Really needed that today. We appreciate it.

The absolute best T-Mobile around. Jack, Hunter, and David are very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely happy to help. I am not tech savvy, so I prefer as much assistance as possible when getting a new phone, transferring things from the old one (and reconnecting my accessories!), or learning features of the new one. Hunter was very patient with me, and even took care of the phone transfer while I was at an appointment next door. Amazing customer service; and I highly recommend visiting this location for all your cell phone needs. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I went into upgrading my phone a bit jaded from my last experience years ago where a salesperson was pushy and I ended up having a bill with hidden fees. But this time, I was PLEASANTLY surprised. Hunter was the employee who took care of me. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the new iPhone, and respected my boundaries when I told him I just wanted the upgrade on the phone. He walked me through all the new updates and even showed me some videos of the new capabilities while we were waiting for my phone to transfer data. He was an absolute delight to talk to and made me feel so comfortable! I find most people only take the time to review when they have had a bad experience. I wanted to stop in and add a little positivity! Thanks again Hunter!

Karen and Alex were very helpful as we purchased our new phones as first time Sprint customers. They answered all our questions, demonstrated our new phones very well for us, and gave us the best plan for us, we feel. The store is neat, toasty warm, well lit and the music is not obnoxious. (Just wish there was a customer bathroom. But Starbucks is 2 doors down). I’d recommend shopping here. Jimmy and Sarah helped us on our initial visit and were also great. Helpful staff!

So, I tried to return 2 phones, and they couldn’t do it. I get it, rules. Miscommunication happens, and there’s nothing anyone can do about it but apologize. On another note, the guy helping me was super nice, however another employee decided it was cool to get attitude for their company telling me that I could return the phones in store and not through a return kit. I’m super polite, I was going to leave and just figure it out because it wasn’t their fault, but that really turned my experience sour. No thank you.

The staff at this place have truly been wonderful every time I've had to go in for help or with questions. When my phone, out of no where and after only 7 months, started RESTARTING over and over again, I went in to talk to someone. They reset my phone and changed the sim-card to a TMobile card and spent about 35-40 minutes just messing with my phone to try to get it working right again. Staff have been pleasant and patient with me every time I'm there so if you have to go to a TMobile store I would definitely say this is a really good option.3/2022 - once again, staff were very helpful 👍🏻 got upgrades for 2 out of 4 lines.

Sprint Sales Associate - Alex S. provided me with world class customer service to power-up my new Galaxy S - 20 + phone yesterday. Alex took the care and the initiative to ensure that all of my apps were transitioned from my old Galaxy S - 9. I purchased my new cellphone directly from Sprint and brought it in to this Sprint store where Alex executed a flawless start-up. Alex transferred my SD card, helped me to purchase a solid grip case for protection of my new phone; as well as recommended Glass Shield Liquid Screen Protector to better safeguard my new phone. I highly recommend this authorized Sprint retailer and Alex S. as a high quality Sales Associate without reservation.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SPRINT STORE!Upon arrival, the staff here was extremely friendly which was a great sign at first... I purchased my Fiancée and I two apples watches, iPhone XS Max’s, cases, screen protectors, and pop sockets, totaling $1000 dollars. We were led on by the store Manager Sara that our bill would be roughly 170 total for Unlimited with the discounts she were to provided.Within 2 days I received an email from Sprint stating my bill for the month would be $267.51... nearly $100 more then what we were led on to believe.While my fiancée and I were out shopping we decided to stop at a different Sprint store to see why exactly our bill was no where near what we were promised.He proceeded to print me out an itemized bill and explain that the store manager mislead us, signing us up for the highest unlimited plan available that includes things like Hulu, Spotify, and Tidal. He then mention that they receive quite a few of their customers in their store complaining and it seems as if they only care about commission.(When discussing the phone plans with Sara originally, the Banksville Sprint Store Manager, we mentioned that we had all of these included services and that we weren’t looking to pay for services we already have.)After finishing our conversation with a different Sprint Store Manager we decided to head back to the Banksville Sprint Store to see if our bill could be fixed. Keep in mind that this is 3 days after purchasing the phones and watches. We were told that our two phones that we traded in we’re just shipped to Sprint and that we haven’t received our discounts for them yet. This clearly makes no sense given that the itemized bill had stated that we already receive a discount for the two phones we traded in. The Manager was fairly rude about explaining this and since I was in a rush to get to my second job, I decided to let it go for now and come back another day when I had more time.I returned the following day with the itemized bill. The Manager seemed fairly unhappy to see me. When I explained to her everything that should be deducted when switching our plan to the basic unlimited that we originally asked for she had a snarky comment for each and everything I had to say. I mentioned that we would save $20 per line and $5 per watch, totaling $50 dollars on this version of their unlimited plan. I gave her the itemized bill and told her that their were notes from a different store manager that shows what should be deducted.While over looking the itemized bill she proceeds to tell me that once I pay $267.51 for 3 months my bill will be lowered to roughly $170. ANOTHER LIE! If I were to pay $267.51 for 3 Months that would total $802.53 which is absolutely ridiculous. She then tells me that I will have to pay the $267.51 for this month and that she will change my plan first thing the following day and will follow up with me after via call/text.2 Days go by and I haven’t heard from Sara. I return to the store where she is sitting comfortably on her phone with no customers in the store at all. She again doesn’t look happy to see me. She explains that she has been slammed and will change the plan soon. That I will receive a text as soon as it’s changed from Sprint.To sum things up, after making a $1000 dollar purchase which should of been far less, given she billed me for the first month upon receiving the phones and accessories. (Would have saved $100 if I was given the right plan) I now have to pay another extra $100 when my bill is due. I’ve wasted multiple trips to the store to have this corrected just to be met with an attitude and false information.Clearly, this store and it’s Manager only care about commission, after your initial purchase you can kick rocks.If I could leave them 0 stars I would, 1 star is being generous given the fact that after spending $1000 dollars I can’t even be given DECENT customer service.Do NOT go to this store. If they weren’t the only people who could fix my bill I’d of never returned after my initial purchase.

Salesman was very friendly but o.m.g. are phones getting expensive!!!!! Sprint has treated us well over the last few years. We have had Verizon, T-mobile, Cricket and even One-call. Sprint may not be the cheapest but for overall satisfaction, they have been the best for us.

We had an absolutely terrible experience walking into the Sprint store on Library Road in Bethel Park (by the new Sheetz). The man working the counter did everything to push us out of the store. This person had no desire to sell his products or services. We almost didnt use Sprint because of him.We decided to try another store and came across Banksville Rd. Well we found a goldmine of employees that just wanted us to leave happy. It had turned out, due to the holiday, that we didnt have enough money to get our new family plan that day and would potentially have to come ba k the next day. Well, the store manager there took personal care of our transition to Sprint, that day, and it couldnt have gone better. We received great deals on our phones and accessories to fit all of our phones. This experience is by far a 10 even in relation to good stores not bad ones. Go there, they will put a more personal touch on your experience before you leave. Great folks!12 out of 10

I called this location 1st to see if they had any deals going on with the new Samsung Galaxy S10+ because I had the worst phone I have ever owned in my life & the plan wasn't that great either & the camera broke. (The phone I had was the Motorola Moto G4. I THINK) When I bought the Motorola phone through Walmart, I got the extra warranty 4 $100 more! When I called to file the claim they kept giving me the run around saying ALL kinds of stuff as to why they couldn't give me a new phone or pay me what the phone was worth, which was exactly what the warranty stated SO, I was so mad at this point that I6 told them to cancel my account & that I would not be paying them another penny for any reason. That's what led me to this Sprint store. I didn't have alot of time to do the research that I needed to do to find the best deal, best phone & best plan I could get. I was just going in the store to get information & I came out with the best phone I've ever had in my life & I couldn't possibly be happier! The guys who helped me were so nice, easy to talk to, very informative & they literally found every single way for me to save $ on my bill! As of today, I have NO complaints or anything even close to it about the service or the phone!!

Regarding the comment below that is not how that situation went down at all at its balent slander. The employees here pride themselves on customer service and making it a warm and friendly atmosphere and experience. This gentleman was greeted by 3 separate employees and was being stand offish. Finally he choose to talk to one employee and asked if he could hold the phone but it’s encaged in security clamps and can not be removed. This was professionally explained to the customers by the representative 3 times. Some stores do not keep inventory of demo phones and we happen to be one. This gentleman was looking for a argument as soon as he walked in and did so with 2 separate representatives. I promise you that this is slander and the Banksville Sprint Store sets out everyday to bring the best attitude and customer service to its customers.

In a jam i needed a phone replaced... years overdue for an upgrade should have been a quick trip, however the ‘system’ was down, the young sales person working with me was incredibly unhelpful and was browsing social media while i was being waited on and wasn’t wearing a name tag... no solution, left empty handed. Went downtown the next morning and was in and out in 30 mins... their system never went ‘down’ the day before. Come to find out banksville location is independently owned and grossly mismanaged and apparently has a different, insufficient support network (from my personal experience) been a sprint customer for 15 years and this place couldn’t fire up a phone for me! Offered to discount a case for me the next day! FOH! Given this company near 30k in my lifetime, and they’re going to discount a case for me whenever they get back online... been a long time since i was that insulted. Fair warning, go downtown for quality customer service with your account. Don’t go to banksville for anything other than a headache.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Store Manager says they dont need your business. Extremely rude staff, everything is locked to the table so you cant even turn the phones over to look at the back. After the terrible service i got, I asked the branch manager (who had been there watching his employees goof off and be rude) if he even cared about my business(i was ready to buy the new s10+) he said "no, we dont need customers, so long".
