For the neighborhood, it's a nice little place to pick up most anything you'll need, especially all manner of food. It has ample parking space in the lot, and most of the time it's not too busy in the store to have to wait in line for more than 10-15 minutes.The aisles aren't as big as other larger chain grocery stores (and supermarkets,) so there's not as much variety of products, but they do still stock a good amount.It's kept fairly clean and faced (blocked, (items are kept orderly on shelves,)) and the workers are pretty friendly.It has a nice "local store" feel, and good for a short trip, or for weekly groceries.

You would do better to drive the extra couple miles to Walmart. This place has some decent prices on meat and cheese but deli foods are ridiculously over priced. Most items like chips, tea, coffee etc. are a little over priced. The cooking utensils and cleaning supplies are just garbage. There are some nice people that work here but often times there will be people standing around while you bag your own groceries. They also told me I can’t just fill up a bag with items and bring it to check out. I have to use a cart or basket. That would be fine if the carts could actually roll without getting stuck every few feet. I get that people will fill up bags and just walk out, but that’s why you have someone check receipts. I always put my cart back when I use one and I’ll even put a cart back if I didn’t use it. This place is just not a good place to shop. You would think that being a small store would make it feel more wholesome and inviting but that’s not the case.

Started working here as produce manager in August! Very good so far overall and we are always looking to improve this store on a daily basis! Stop in and check for our unadvertised specials, always something different from week to week!

I call it shop and steal all your money.I've had to make multiple trips purchasing foods that were over a year expired. I ended up taking it upon myself to pull out all the expired cake batters for the type I was purchasing, because their workers obviously weren't 😅 This was a yr ago but it rubs me the wrong way.

Wow. I've been stopping here more and more lately, and now it's now my main grocery store in the area.It's manageable, friendly and stocked with all different types of products, including big name and value brands. I'm gluten-free and it's often impossible to find a good selection of wheat-free flours, crackers, desserts, etc. Here you can find 10 types of GF flour plus 10 types of cheapo frozen meals. I even found Beyond Burgers here which I can't find anywhere else except a specialty grocer. Tons of sales on all things here too.It has a larger selection than Aldi while at the same prices. And it has better prices and better selection than Giant Eagle altogether.If you've avoided this place for whatever reason, stop and check it out. The only negative is that it can get crowded, and I wish the property it was in looked nicer and more inviting. (For what it's worth, I've also been to other Shop and Saves and they don't compare AT ALL.) Check it out.

Fresh deli meats & cheeses! They have delicious ready made food to go! Including soup. And the bakery has donuts available in singles or a dozen. Plenty of other deserts as well. They should get the hot coffee back I thought that was convenient.

Hey Shop n Save… thanks for the 6 months expired food I bought yesterday! This place is right next to my house and I’ll avoid like the plague.Like others have stated, their pricing is astronomical. Basically convenient store prices. Expired products. The parking lot is atrocious. It needs repaved and repainted before someone hits someone. I have been blocked in before because the spaces / rows are so tight and off center. Employees working in produce with extremely bad body odor. Like I want to buy produce that person is touching. I could go on..I’ll drive to Giant Eagle and Aldi rather than patronize this place again.

Cashier real rude. Ugly fat girl who dyes her hair red, blue, etc. That hair is NOT her friend. Also, disgusting produce. Never fresh. Actually smells like rotten veggies in their produce department.

It's super close that's why i go but they are over priced. The guy at the deli counter was nice but the cashier was rude. I will obviously go again just because of convenience but i would recommend somewhere else if there is an option.

They generally got what you need. The produce section has much improved! The staff is generally friendly. And they do cash checks and the like. Points for the coinstar machine.

Check your receipt before you leave the store. This location is notorious for ringing up produce items incorrectly. I would say that this happens every other time I visit the store that’s how often there are mistakes on the receipts with produce items. When you go to the courtesy counter they try to brush you away quickly and dismiss you about it. And they’re not overly apologetic either! If you pay with a credit card they throw the refund at you with cash. Not happy with the customer service here by any means! Especially when the error is always on the part of the store. And the problem is chronic. The courtesy counter makes you as the customer feel like you need to apologize for the error on their part which was fraudulently made to overcharge! So please beware of this location! I’m actually calling the corporate number to complain not with the franchise owner.

Family oriented store, busy, ample parking, usually less busy at night after 7pm.Great staff that been there for years upon years, down to earth good folks. Perfect grocery store for shopping when sales ad hits or just for a few items for dinner. Will save you a buck and a trip to Walmart or elsewhere further outta your way...

Good, very nice and helpful managers.Only issues, shelves not stocked with sale items at times.Today I bought thin sliced steaks, which wasn't cheap. Only 2 pieces were good. Pieces underneath were bad, dark brown/grey and faint sour smell. I should have brought it back, but wasn't feeling well and just threw $9 in the trash. This happened another time recently with ground meat.

My brother started working in the deli here while our mother was in the hospital a few weeks ago. Our mother unfortunately passed away, and they did give him a week off. However after his return to work he called off sick 1 day and they fired him. This was just a few days after the service for our mom. Absolutely zero human compassion.

The store feels crowded because of its size and layout. Fresh produce. Good deals. If you aren’t bothered by the claustrophobic feeling and aren’t afraid of being around a lot of people then this is a great store.

I hateeeeeeeebthis shop n save! The male manager that is there during early mornings ... rude! Lack of communication lacks knowledge of the store products. This store act as if me asking for bigger gluten free section was a bad idea. SMH. Ppl with food allergies exist! They have a total of 11 things. Which is pasta and crackers. Nothing labled!

I have shopped here for about 35 years , it's a well stocked and maintained store . The core of cashiers and office staff are all long term employees with great attitudes . The ONLY reason that there's no fifth star is that there's no "exotic" fruits,vegetables and spices .

What is this store?You have to not have a car in order to shop here I'm so confused.1. Selection is awful2. Employees look like they are ready to die3. Prepared foods are beyond disgusting, I DARE you to try the "popcorn chicken" DARE YOU4. Meat is literally going bad on the shelf5. Baked goods are burnt, like how do you make a cake that doesn't taste good?6. When I went there I already knew what I wanted, they had everything that I wanted and I didn't have to waste time trying to find the items that I wanted. The cashier was very polite and helpful when I asked questions about upcoming sales.
