Rachael did an amazing job on our Cavapoo. She listened to exactly what we wanted, and made sure it was perfect. Our dog came home looking and smelling amazing with a cute handkerchief around his neck. Her place was also very clean and she handled our dog with patience and affection. He immediately loved her! You can tell she loves what she does! We will definitely go back again!!

We are new to the area and needed a groomer for our two dogs Henry and Peggy. Both are long hair and needed full cuts/trims, along with general maintenance. Rachel did a great job! She was so sweet, communicative, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Her space is very clean and professional. We will 100% be scheduling with her again for future grooming appointments.

I've been to Rachel twice now and she does a fantastic job of grooming, she's very experienced and displays the compassion, tenderness and patience you would want your groomer to handle your dog(s) with. She is very accomodating of my elderly dogs and does a great job of grooming and de-shedding them. Her facility is clean and in a great location in Plum, and there aren't any other dogs there barking and going crazy like at most groomers, she books one customer at a time, which is very important to me.She has a great attitude and takes the extra time with your animals if need be, and she adds a little personal touch at the ends that your dogs will just LOVE (bows, bandanas, etc). Give her a try you won't be disappointed!!

Rachael is fantastic! She is very good with my doodles and for the first time ever they run to the door to see her. They come home with even cuts, smelling great and so beautiful. Both are therapy dogs and I am very particular about how they look before going in visits. Rachael’s shop is clean and she makes sure to ask if there are any special requests before getting started.She was also able to cut my daughter’s dog that has had some issues and she was so patient and kind with the pup too.

Our first experience was fantastic! I was looking for a local groomer, the one we had seen was in Irwin and quite the hike. Racheal took the time to listen to my concerns with my dog, give good feedback on her opinions, and was so gentle and understanding with my previously abused rescue puppy. Really recommend! We’ll go back for sure.

I took my mini labradoodle, Gracie, to be groomed by Rachael today. She made sure to go over everything with me in advance and I felt comfortable leaving Gracie there. Gracie looks so great now and has a very even cut. I really appreciated how quickly she was able to get me in for an appointment. I’ll definitely be going back!

Rachel did a great job with Luka! He is still a puppy which can be difficult when they have not had a lot of experience with grooming but she had no problem! He is a sheepadoodle and she knew the perfect amount to take off to make him comfortable in the summer. He looked so cute when she was done!

I was referred to Rachael by another groomer who is retiring soon. The groomer said Rachael specializes in Doodles and said she was comfortable passing Rachael's information on. My Milo is a Goldendoodle and absolutely loves her! Rachael goes the extra mile to ensure I'm pleased with his cut. I especially like that Rachael treats Milo as if he were her own. I'm pleased with her work, his cut, and most importantly Milo likes going to her for his grooming. I've referred her to friends and they are also pleased with the services they received from her.
