This location was designed well. It has a very large parking lot making it easy to navigate. The inside is roomy with everything you expect from Sheetz. There is also a car wash if you need it. There is also a couple ducks roaming around for some reason.

This is long overdue, but the employees here are amazing! I order from this Sheetz often and they move super fast making everyone’s orders. About a week ago, I made a mistake and accidentally ordered from the wrong Sheetz location on the app. I showed the ladies in the kitchen and they were so nice and made my food and didn’t charge me a 2nd time. I was so grateful for their kindness! I was having a stressful morning and was grateful for all their help! I was looking for a survey in my email, but didn’t receive one. They definitely deserve 10/10 extremely satisfied though!

I went to the drive thru and I talked in the intercom to get something not on the drive menu and no one answered. So I pulled up and I waited 5 minutes at the window and they didn’t see me. So I went around and ordered something and came back to the window to also get the item that wasn’t on the menu . None of the 2 people up front had head sets on for the drive thru.

I stopped in here a few times whenever I am traveling through the area and need a beverage or snack etc. I have never had a problem with an order here. The staff have all been very kind and friendly. I mean, it's a Sheetz! You're either a Sheetz Freak or your not.

Absolutely love the Store Manager and Employees at this location. They’re always working hard and moving fast. Never once have we had poor customer service AND the food is always fresh and delicious when we go. Thank you, team Harmarville! Keep up the GREAT work.

I go in Sheetz at least once a day. I live very close to it. I'm always pleased with whatever I buy at Sheetz. The workers all know me. By first name. I highly recommend this place to shop. Keep up the Great Work. Happy Shopping everyone.

Went in to get food and ordered 4 hotdogs with a pretzel or potato roll for the 4 hotdogs,and all I got was the regular bun and also ordered normal ammount of ketchup,and got light ketchup on all of them like how hard was it to put regular ketchup instead of light ketchup on the bun and have the right bun for them as well.

I had went to this Sheetz location on 11/29 around 10:40am.Very long story short. A man was standing at the stall door while I was in there, looking through the crack with his hand on the door. I screamed 3x for him to get out. He did finally leave. No manager entered the bathroom to check on the situation, nor did anyone call police. This man was also accompanied by a female who was in the handicap bathroom stating she was having a miscarriage. She told me she was “bleeding everywhere” and was lactating. She didn’t know how far long she was. (Currently pregnant… lactating starts around 35 weeks)… she didn’t have a bump.Please be vigilant when going to this location. Considering the uncertainty of people.

Changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I come here daily to twice daily for six months now. Or I did. I spent $15 to $30 spent daily.They made a bad caramel latte and I didn't notice it until later when I was getting my brakes changed. The latte was completely white as though it was just milk and syrup. I came through their drive-thru to let them know. I didn't ask for a replacement, but regardless, the employee got the manager.The manager, Lamara, asked if I had called. I said I did not. I was coming here in person to address the issue. I told her I come here daily. She behaved as though I was lying about a latte. She told me she couldn't replace it and I never asked.I'm done with all Sheetz. They need to learn to keep customers by spending a dollar to make 15 to 30 per day. Ridiculous.

Nice store.  The convenient location and large lot size makes fueling and shopping very convenient and easy.  Its well maintained landscape and clean store are not only inviting but a refreshing change over other locations. The only drawbacks are that some employees display bad attitudes and the slower than usual checkout times. I recommend a visit the next time you're driving past.

I wanted to share with Sheetz about a specific employee. Her name is Debbie and I can't say enough about what a beautiful lady she is. Her demeanor makes me feel at home...in a convenience store. The conversations we have amaze me. She is wise beyond her years and yet young at heart. I hope that she is recognized as a valued employee by Sheetz. I appreciate seeing her smile in the mornings (when I need it most) and always hope she's working when I come in. I can't say enough. She is 100% the reason I come into this store. Thank you for always making my mornings Debbie! You are a gem! ♥️

I could hear the women in the kitchen complaining about my order and commenting on getting mayo and margarine ("you're getting one or the other" she tells her coworker). I was really surprised at this because when I put my order in she said, "oh I know this order, I get it all the time." So they knew I was in there regularly. They may not have meant it, but they publicly shamed my order, and I was so uncomfortable. I'll never go back.

Got a $8 sampler and a absolute disaster they are terrible 2 tots 3 cheese sticks and 4 pickle sticks and a handful of old fries I didn't want ill be going to get go from here on out I'm ashamed for them I remember that they were good once

Workers are nice. But doesn’t make up for the fact that EVERY time I come here it takes AT LEAST 30+ minutes to get food. I only go here because it’s the closest and only one near my house. But honestly I could drive to the other sheets a couple miles away and get all the way there and back before I could get service at this location.

I sat and waited for 40 minutes for some cheese sticks. Wasted my entire lunch break, didn’t even end up getting my food and had to leave. You guys really need to figure out your staffing and every sheets i go to is understaffed. It’s absolutely ridiculous and this much strain and pressure should not be put on these low paid employees.

I’ve been to sheets everywhere across Pennsylvania and Ohio I’ve never had a problem for a cashier to look at my ID in ring in my car number‘s if it doesn’t swipe but for some reason the manager on Freeport Road decides to have a problem with I guess customer service and won’t let her cashiers just simply enter a card number when I was the only one in line I could see if they were busy that’s a different story but I was the only one in the store getting gas and there was not a single Saul at the register so explanation I would love to hear I think you need better customers service in a new employees and new managers because I don’t like your store I know obviously with the reviews you have not to many other people do either so maybe you should really look into that I will not be back tonight

Their staff is very helpful and on top of everything. The general manager is very helpful and patient. The store is very clean and their food is pretty good aswell.

Customers are not required to wear masks. Multiple Sheetz locations across PA have had employees contract the virus and still no policy is in place. Profits are being prioritized over customer safety.Would you let a customer in to your store who wasn't wearing pants? No. So apply the same logic to saving lives.I will never patronize this or any other Sheetz location ever again.

Great store typically. However, do not use the mobile app to order food. Ordered food for pickup about 20 min. later. When I picked up food, it was lukewarm at best and appeared to have been made when the order was placed, not when it was to be picked up.

I got food poisoning from this location. Last Tuesday (yes I’m still sick a week later), I ordered a turkey sub from this Sheetz and have been horribly sick ever since. I can 100% trace it to that sandwich.

This sheetz is very unprofessional ! DO NOT EVER GO THROUGH THEIR DRIVE THRU AND ORDER FOOD every single time I've been here my order has been wrong ! They make your food so sloppy it's ridiculous and you better make sure all your food is in the bag cause 9 times outta 10 it won't be ! I advise everyone to go in and watch them make your food and just get it inside

Piece of paper on the door says "face covering required" so I went in with my shirt over my mouth and nose and got an attitude by the cashier and was told if I had to have a mask next time or I couldn't come in. So I guess they need to change their sign or be more specific on what kind of face covering or supply them for us.
