This place is just the best! My girl is getting a little too big and shedding too much for bathing at home, and this place is a quick and convenient alternative. She also loves the unique and inexpensive treats they offer. I'd highly recommend for anyone who wants to groom their own pet but doesn't have the space or resources to do it neatly at home.

Hate that it goes off of size! I do not need 1.5 hours to wash my larger dog? And to self wash a larger dog cost just as much as the groomers I take him to costs, barking beauties has $30 any size dog baths, comes with nail trims, ear cleaning, scent spray, bandanna all included in $30 and if I wash my own 130 pound dog its done in 20 minutes throughly at my house and barking beauties does it in 20 minutes as well for $30 with all the extras included in that time frame, they do walk ins as well, so if this was a better deal then a professional wash and didn’t size discriminate it would be better, also I’m not sure who takes hours to wash a dog that’s being properly cared for

This place is great if your dog gets anxious around other dogs. You get the whole wash room to yourself without any distractions! Minus half star for parking - street parking in Millvale is ok, just sometimes tricky.

I took my dog Duke here for the first time today and they were great! Super friendly staff, very clean, and a private room helps because my dog is nervous - so this was great that we weren’t sharing space. They have pet accessories for sale as well and we got a chew hoof (they partner with a local business) for Duke to enjoy later this evening. We will definitely be coming back for his next wash! Highly recommend!

Wish this place was here years ago. I love it ! Washed my German Shepherds and my back did hurt doing it. Place is nice and clean and kind of reminds me of a self car wash. Lol the girl was great showing me everything being my first time there. She was professional and kind. The lil store part is cute.

We recently moved to the area and weren't sure how we were going to bath our large, heavy shedding dog as we've always done so outside with a hose, but we no longer have that option. Thankfully we found Shedquarters! We were provided with a clean, private room and all the supplies needed to wash and dry our dog, including deshedding shampoo and conditioner options at no extra cost. Scheduling online was easy and the lady working when we got there was friendly and gave a simple explanation of how to use the equipment. Our dog doesn't need baths often but we will definitely be returning when he needs his next one!(:

I took my dog, Ringo, here for the first time today. The staff was so kind and accommodating. I told them Ringo was an anxious dog and they went out of their way to make sure he felt safe. The washing stations are easy to use and the facility is clean. You get your own private room and the staff shows you how to use the equipment. Highly recommend for anxious dogs and/or dogs that don’t get along well with other dogs. We will definitely be back.

Looks like a nice place but we came during open hours and there was a sign that said "be back for 15 minutes". We walked our dog for 20 min but no one was back yet. I wish the time back would've been more accurate.

Extremely friendly and informative staff! The bath/blow-dry set up is professional and easy to use. They also have a great storefront selection-- lots of single-ingredient treats for great prices. They also sell Snoop balls which are the best-- they know their stuff.Great price and location for DIY baths, especially for shy dogs. This is the best DIY bath spot in Pittsburgh!

My dog no longer minds her "spa" days. She used to quake and run away when I'd bathe her in the shower at home or take her to another dog wash. Having warm water and being able to control the flow makes all the difference.Besides, Shedquarters is clean, provides 2 choices of shampoos and conditioners, towels and natural treats. The owner is very friendly.

My pup and I love going here! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the bath area is always spotless and easy to use. They also sell a variety of healthy treats which my pup really enjoys!

We rescued a Golden Retriever and this was the first time I have ever been to a self pet wash and I was immensely impressed.The girl working the desk was super helpful, friendly and kind to River. She explained everything and left us to it. Very clean and the pet store was very well stocked. If I hadn't already bought about a million dollars worth of treats and toys, I would have browsed their natural treat selection. Next time River, next time, you will get treats from there, because we will definately be coming back! Thank you!

I'm so very pleased with Shedquarters! It was an excellent experience for both me and my senior dog. The walk in self wash bath is perfect and my dog was so comfortable that she laid down while being washed, something she never does! Given plenty of time, more than we needed since I prefer to towel dry (4 clean towels to use, provided in price). Plan to recommend to my many dog-owning friends!

Great place. They have a large raised wash station and your pup stays secure with the harness they loan you. They also have a floor wash station if your dog can’t get into the raised station.You can choose from several soaps or you can bring your own. Towels are provided for drying and then they have a rolling stool you can sit on and a large blow dryer to get your furbaby dry. Staff is very helpful and it’s a single wash room so you are always in a private setting. Would recommend to anyone that needs an easier way to wash the dog without using a groomer.

This place is awesome! The woman that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was very clean and the time provided was more than adequate. I will definitely visit shedquarters whenever either of my dogs needs a bath from now on!

Good amenities, workable shower. They offer shampoo/plastic leashes and aprons, as well as water with good pressure and temperature, big private space, big tub and decent blow dryer. Courteous and helpful front desk attendant. Can’t think of anything they could have done better! A fully deserved 5/5

This place is a joke. I have been twice as a walk in and both times they have not been open. Don’t post your hours online if you aren’t going to be open for customers.
