Never assume your pizza is baked fresh. This is the pizza I got from the deli after waiting 20 minutes for a freshly baked pizza. It looks like the slices were left overs from other boxes. The pie had holes in between and different sizes for each slice.

I was especially happy with my shopping experience yesterday. Alli was my cashier she packed all my groceries in my cart for me and was very nice. At the end I had paid with cash and she accidentally closed her register for my change back…in turn we waited patiently for one of the supervisors to come… she had been currently behind us dealing with a customer who seemed very upset as we waited I listened to Savanna who was dealing with her issues. I was very impressed by her patience and ability to handle the situation. She then came to help us and immediately apologized for the wait. At that time she opened the register so Alli could get my change! Savanna had asked me why I wasn’t a plus member…I told her I used to be but we had an issue I went through all the details as she listened to me asked for my sams card and to my surprise she had upgraded me to a plus member on her!!! I totally thanked her for being so supportive and kind she is definitely 💯 A+++ super star ⭐️ At the end of the day my take away from this whole situation was their are people that still care!!!! Thanks Savanna!!

Good deals nice staff excellent bakery cakes. Good samples. Very organized. I usually use the scan and go app so I don’t have to wait in line. I avoid those cell phone people at all costs. They are so pushy and kinda ruin my sams club shopping trip!!!! They need to chill.

Definitely one of my fave stores in Pittsburgh. I grab Celcius by the case and get right to work. They also make the only dog treats my dogs like. Get the scan and go app to beat the lines!

Good place to shop, especially when you want to buy stuff in bulk. However,The lines can get pretty long at Sam’s.PRO TIP I: (Make sure you have your membership and have an online Sam’s account) download the Sam’s app, shop at your favorite Sam’s club location, skip the line by scanning your items using the app.PRO TIP II: keep the app on continuous scanning, this will let you scan everything in your cart without the app going back to the virtual cart each time.Show your online receipt(QR CODE) to an exit attendant. You are done. Save that queue time!Happy shopping & stay safe!

The Associates at Customer Service desk at this location are incapable to do a simple return! They waste 45 min of my time for 1 item! I just wanted to ask them ,are you trained to do your job or you'r doing on purpose ?Prices are up every time i shop here 😒

Thank you to Greg for ordering the large quantity of Hershey's bars we needed for this year! Not only having the ones we needed but making sure he got the extra boxes we were short. When we picked up the bars, Savanna was extremely helpful in getting us checked out and Jeff loaded us up which was a huge help!!! This is why Sam's Club is the only place we go for this kind of stuff!

On this visit, there were more floor workers as well as sample tables open. Very good items they had for sampling.Prices have gone down on certain items which is always a plus.Produce was really fresh and service great!Gas prices are also the best I have seen.

Please stop the marketing of other companies in your warehouses. I cannot ever shop in peace in Sam's. I'm continually being targeted by the people trying to sell me something. Let me assure you that literally no one wants to be hassled while trying to grocery shop. I've been avoiding Sam's lately for this exact reason. I'd rather pay a little more and be left alone!

Watched customer service holler at an elderly customer who simply needed their help because the Sam’s Club App was not working properly. I ended up helping him and it was an app issue and not a user issue. By the end of it, we both decided we would not support this kind of company.

While we were leaving near close on Saturday, i saw an employee helping a customer load a FULL PALLET of Pokemon cards into a UHaul. These are a MAJOR scalping item right now, and its a shame that Sams Club is letting this scumbag take a product that could and should go to a large number of mainly children, and instead make a quick buck online.I'd love to get in contact with a member of the company to get this investigated, i honestly am curious if there was some kind of understocking/inventory mismanagement involved that enabled this behavior.

I have been using curbside delivery since the pandemic. The personal shopper does a great job at completing my orders and the people that bring the order to my car are efficient and friendly. My only issue with Sam's is items I order frequently are not always in stock.

Just bought chicken pot pie on Friday an had a long piece of hair in it. Gross! Garbage it went. Barely any vegetable or chicken. Will never buy one again

Although I enjoy Sams, the employees at the customer service area are usually in a terrible mood. The sales people trying to push the AT&T and “free gift card” is annoying, you pay a membership to get away from these types of sales people.Otherwise we enjoy the experience and always quality product and well stocked! The scan and go feature is awesome!

Great place for bulk purchase with a good value. Definitely a time saver for us with 3 kids in school and packing lunches daily. Well worth the cost of membership in my opinion, Full disclosure I did receive a discount on membership fees through work but even if I had to pay full price the value is still there.

Management... holy smokes... u should be proud. Was there Wednesday around 10:30... I am bad with names. Clean also... I have close to 40yrs in food service and know what it's like nowadays. I go to the Sam's club in Robinson, and they usually have just about everything on my list. Of course, since they sell in bulk there are some things they aren't going to carry. The thing I like best is they open at 7:00 AM for business shoppers. I shop for my church, so I can be in and out by 9:30 in the morning, and that's when I take my time and look around! I appreciate that I can get my shopping done early so I don't feel like I'm wasting my day. They do tend to lean toward more high-end furniture and brand names so don't look for cheap! Look for superior merchandise at lower prices than you can imagine. No complaints here.Update: I continue to shop here, though not for my church anymore, so can no longer get in at 7. They still carry most of what I want, although since the pandemic, I can no longer find their 4-or 5-bean salad, which I lived on during the summers when it was too hot to eat something else hot. They also no longer carry bread flour, which I also bought all the time. Other than that, pretty much the same as always.

I visit the Sam’s Club in Robinson a minimum of once per week, and the shelves are usually stocked and organized. I love to purchase the fruit and meats from the club as it is generally fresh. It is rare the store is out of stock when I am there to purchase. The hardest item to find in stock is the Lactose Free Milk (Members Mark Brand). It is usually out of stock at least 3 out of 4 visits. However, by the time I am low on my current stock, I usually find it in stock again. The Scan & Go feature is by far the best feature as far as checking out. The lines are usually long during rush hour, and the Scan & Go feature allows a person to bypass the lines and walk straight to the team member at the exit door. The food stand in the front of the store is a great spot to order a meal for a cheap bargain. The Brownie Sunday is really good for those into frozen sweets, and the pizza and hot dogs are also good. I would definitely recommend this location.
