I basically live here. My go-to pharmacy, never had a problem with customer service, I read the other reviews and never had a bad experience here and I’ve been filling my prescriptions here for over 10 years. Lol.I’m here probably once a week picking up milk, groceries, snacks.Great store, staff is friendly. Never terribly busy.

Definitely my favorite drug store. I work nearby and visit several times a week. Staff is always kind and products I need are always available. I've been disappointed that the freezer section has not been functioning for quite awhile and have essentially given up waiting for it to be repaired.

The pharmacy here is terrible-- it took a year and a half and six tries to finally be unsubscribed from the automated refill program, which I never signed up for in the first place, and today my prescription delivery was canceled (without letting me know) because of a technical problem on their end, and I won't be able to receive my medication (for which I'll have to undergo this whole delivery arrangement process again) until Tuesday (today is Friday). This is, unfortunately, not an isolated incident. Go literally anywhere else.

Absolutely the worst experience they either make mistakes with people's meds or don't tell you a person needs an ID to pick up meds, And it doesn't matter who the meds are for. Take my advice and goes where it's safe.

The pharmacists are wonderful. Always nice and go out of their way to answer any questions. Give them 5 stars. On the other hand, there is a lady that has the worst customer service skills. She is extremely rude and seems like it's a huge bother when she waits on you. Try to pick up my prescriptions when she's not there.

Walk in ask for flu shot. Five people standing around doing nothing say I need to book appointment online so I start and select appointment time for ten minutes from now. I couldn't tap "confirm" button. I ask the five people standing doing nothing why and they say someone else took that time and I have to pick another time. Nothing available until evening.Such horrible laziness.

The pharmacist and entire pharmacy staff at this location were helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I did not have to go another day without my medication. Even though there are many hoops they have to jump through (as my medication is scheduled and also in shortage), they did not say "It's not my problem". They worked with me, did what was in their control (legally), and did not treat me poorly even though a stigma exists surrounding this medication. Despite having to deal with clients blaming them daily for the strict controls, shortage, and imperfect health plan system they did not create, they were professional and patient with me. I wish I caught their names, however I was too frazzled and focused on myself to notice. Anyways, the pharmacy staff on Butler St. is Grade A and the only way I can think of to show my appreciation is to leave a review (which I never do). They all deserve a raise or at least a bonus!

I work at a business for several doctors… I called and asked to talk to the pharmacist… I was trying to phone in a prescription for a client… This person was the most rude obnoxious person I’ve come into contact with in the pharmacy industry. I’ve been in this business for over 30 years and I don’t think I have ever talked to a pharmacist as rude. When I talk to my client and told her that I could not even finish speaking to this person she told me that she had often been rude to her also. There is no excuse ever to speak to people like this. I’m tired of hearing everybody’s overworked and stressed out because of the pandemic. This person was rude starting at the beginning of the phone call I hung up on her I called my client and we decided to phone it into another pharmacy a pharmacy where people are much kinder. Another strike against Rite Aid pharmacies. We will no longer use them. This incident took place Friday April 22 2022 at 230 pm

Deliveries are always cancelled with no notice or explanation as to why. There’s a woman working the phone and counter who lacks any sort of customer service and is rude when you speak to her. Considering changing pharmacies.

This used to be a great store and pharmacy years ago. I went there from the mid-90’s to approximately 2016/2017. I switched because the pharmacy never had my medications in stock and I was constantly being told that they needed to order it. The employees are usually nice when I do go there to buy an occasional item or two. But I don’t use the pharmacy anymore. Not only are they constantly out of my medications but they also throw away lists for people waiting for vaccinations. Why I don’t know. But someone there thought it was a good idea to pitch a list of god knows how many names and phones numbers. So if you are still brave enough (or unlucky enough) to still use them for your medical needs I wish you luck. Sadly, you’re probably gonna need it.Beware of putting your faith into this Rite Aid store! They should just convert this building into some more gaudy, overpriced housing for Lawrenceville because they’re just as useless to the older community as the ugly monstrosities that now tower in this neighborhood.

The first place I go to in this store is the back right hand corner. This is where the clearance sale items are located. Saved $30 dollars on an item today. Need more of those types of savings especially with our American inflation situation under Pres. Biden. Friendly staff in the front part of the store. There isn’t a long wait for the pharmacy department either. They run a tight quick ship at this location.

I stopped to get my daughter some Claritin and I asked the Pharmacist if she could help me and she pointed but would not help me then when I asked her if there was a junior Claritin she didn't know. But she's the pharmacist? This isn't the first time I had a bad experience here. Its everytime I go here. Young white girl, miserable and seems like she hates life. 🤬🤬🤬

We love the pharmacy manager Karlee. She is always so helpful and remembers your name, which is above and beyond most pharmacists. They are definitely under staffed so always busy, but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been dealing with this location for about 4 years now and love it. However, the blonde female pharmacist is very rude every time I have to deal with her. If she makes a mistake, which she has with my order, she doesn't even care enough to apologize and makes you feel as though it was your fault. She is NEVER happy, always has a frown on her face; very poor customer service. The one male pharmacist is wonderful! Wish I would have him everytime I go. This place would get full rating from me should it not be for her.

Horrible service! Called to get my fathers prescription refilled the girl told me to give them about 20 minutes....I've been waiting for close to 2 hours now! Most of the workers are so rude and don't ever wanna help you. Most definitely looking for a new pharmacy!

Ever since dennis left ,this pharmacy went downhill. They messup my prescriptions so many times .and yes the pharmacist is very miserable and wont listen to people when u try to tell them whats wrong with ur prescriptions.i have been getting lantus for a couple of years .every 30 days when needed.now all of a sudden she says its a 80 day prescription.its always been a 30 day script.so as usual i have to make 2 or 3 trips to get my script.cant wait for the cvs to open on 39th st.its really annoying to deal with this place
