My experience at Rite Aid was great. This store serves as a small store that sells food, drinks, beauty products, deodorants, lotions, and miscellaneous items (garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, etc). All Rite Aid stores include a pharmacy so customers can order and pickup prescriptions.

Pharmacy always so good. Never too busy, quick to get covid and flu shots. Just book online ahead of time then there's no wait. Staff are really nice in store too. This is my favorite rite aid. It's slightly tucked away in Bloomfield which I like, a bit of a hidden gem!

This RA is seriously my fav of all time. The pharmacy staff are all so kind and efficient. The staff up front are all pleasant and really nice to talk to. Place is always in good shape and the vibes are on point.

if you like that hometown drugstore vibe with a modern look then look no further. The Rite Aid in Bloomfield is very good at what they do. They always recognize me. Even on the street they say hi. The pharmacy department is top notch in customer service. The front end staff is always pleasant too. Some reviewers have commented that it is a little slow. Sometimes it is but most the time it is not. But when it is it is because they give good service. The person holding the line up may just need a little extra attention and the employees will give that extra attention if needed. A pharmacy or drug store is also kind of a medical place. So you should have patients when going to a place like that. Because they offer services that deal with your health. That sometimes takes a minute. I am happy Rite Aid is in Bloomfield. They are good for this area and they have great service and a really clean store.....Oh and the manger is always friendly. He really picks great people to hire and the vibe of the store is nice....It all comes down to the manager for things like that. This manager does a great job. In my opinion this is a A++ Rite Aid.

The pharmacist was rude an asked me if i sent the prescription in myself!!! I'm assuming because it was a controlled substance and im sure he came to that assumption because of how I look, call the phone number and said he could not get a hold of anyone, which time I dialed the same phone number got in contact with someone and they told me if there's an issue have the pharmacist call at which time I relayed the information after speaking with whomever on the phone he simply said okay we're working on it.we all make mistakes but what separates me from him,is im man enough to admit an apologize when i do.

Miss Joyce is the sweetest cashier. She greets everybody that a grandmother loving smile. She is very compassionate about her work.Whenever I am having a bad day, I often stop in the store to just say hello to her. My purchase may be just a candy BBC at or mints, but just seeing her lovely smiled helps me.The manager Dan ( or Dave) is always extremely helpful whether he is at the cashier or working on the floor.

Even after repeated conversations, I cannot get the pharmacists to place my wife's medication on automatic refill although they claim they will do so. Her medication is not in stock so it must be ordered when she runs out. The quickest way to get the medicine is for the refill to be triggered with an automatic refill in their system.My wife takes a medication that can cause severe health problems if you just stop taking it cold turkey. Yet, they continue to allow her to run out of her meds for a day or two by not putting it on automatic refill. Every time I call they assure that they'll fix it but then it's the same old nonsense when her medicine is due for a refill. I wish there was a way to get those pharmacists to act like human beings and have some empathy.

1:15pm on 2/5/22 not a single person waiting in the pharmacy area and I was told I couldn’t do a walk in for a COVID shot but I could sit in a empty waiting room and wait 45 minutes when the walk ins start at 2pm. COVID shots literally take less then a minute smh
