3 out of 4 times, problems with refills, never ready when promised. Latest mistake, first told doctor hadn’t refilled, second excuse was it was picked up somewhere else, but didn’t know where. Staff’s awful. Grateful to have other choices in pharmacies.

pharmacists talk to me like i’m an idiot and had a cashier throw my stuff around on the counter and act extremely inconvenienced because i asked her to void an item after she messed up the transaction. im always nothing but nice and treated like an annoyance.

The pharmacy is fantastic. I'm epileptic and it seems like every month some medication is changed or added. They have been so patient and understanding. The sign before you go and delivery are amazing for people like me that can't drive.

I have been going here for years. For the most part the staff, and the pharmacists are very nice. I've only had a problem with one pharmacist that had been there for a long time. About 99.9% he is very rude to me on the phone when he realizes who I am, and also rude to me when I pick up my prescriptions. I understand that being a pharmacist can be very stressed at times, but all the other pharmacists there are extremely awesome!

Pharmacists are extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve never waited longer than ten minutes for a prescription to be filled here, at giant eagle it takes 45 min to an hour or longer with five times more employees. Hands down the greatest pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend.

This is the second time they sent back the prescription to my doctor and told me it was expired (it was sent that morning) my doctor had no record of them calling. Don't use this pharmacy.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years due to the facility being very close to my home. I have had many prescriptions filled there, which includes monthly medications. It is a very RARE occasion that I am treated well by workers behind the pharmacy counter. I am greeted each time with attitude, mean looks, and what feels like pure annoyance that I am there. Any time my prescriptions have an issue from the medical side, I am always treated poorly and made to feel that I am the problem or have done something wrong. I wish I knew his name but there is an older male pharmacist, who is ALWAYS rude to me each and every time. I always decline to be counseled by the pharmacist, because I am intimidated by him. I always dealt with it, but this let time, I was very sick and the way I was treated, was so inappropriate that I am going else where from now on. I can guarantee that I have always been polite and thankful, their attitude does not change. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Sadly.

I have changed my original review of this pharmacy. A few of the staff have gotten to know us. They've hired a few more people and the overall feel of the pharmacy has changed a bit. I have been pleased with this location over the past year.

I have been coming here for years, both for our household and my parents. Generally very pleased with the pharmacy. They need dog treats at the window, my guys are always broken hearted driving away with nothing to eat ;)
