Every time when I make western union payment I have to deal with their stupid representative. They asking pin while I have ho explain I’m sender and all they need is my phone number. Then manager comes and explain those stupid cashiers that instead of pin they need my number. And they pretend that they call manager. I have to call them, reminding them my right to talk to manager, I’m wasting time with these scumbags and only after this torture they accept my money. Haven’t seen a normal person on cash register. I think they hire most trashy people from all around Pittsburgh. I wish they all get exactly the same quality of service but as a customer.

I called this store on Thursday evening at approximately 810 PM on 9-29-2022. I spoke with the Pharmacist on duty. I cannot remember his name, but I will say he was outstanding. He was patient and answered all of my questions about an acid reducer for reflux. Great job. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Highway robbery here the kids bucks donation. I donate all the time knowingly. HERE its without my consent taking money is not appropriate at all. Then the worker wasn't any help with any explanation of why it was added without my consent. Just watch out here

This place is convenient for college students in Oakland. You can pick up a snack here and get your medication at the same time. Customer service is okay. Prices aren't cheap. I only go there when there's a sale or discount.

You may have shoplifters but I wasn’t one or being one and automatically get looked at or accused of like I was. I was looking around. Rude and rude looks given as I was leaving because I didn’t buy anything I felt targeted and bad customer service. NEVER AGAIN!

I've used this pharmacy for a decent amount of time and they take an extremely long time to fill prescriptions and close before they say they do.Twice this has happened to me. They're done with my business.

This is supposed to be a 24 hour pharmacy. I braved the extreme winds and snow to get a prescription filled and was told that the pharmacy closes in the evening. Visit the Rite Aid Pharmacy in Squirrel Hill for a 24 hour prescription counter.
