Hopefully other people don't have as awful of an experience as what I have when trying to get their child's medication. Every issue always has an excuse, and the evening pharmacy staff have the slickest mouths. We have been waiting three weeks for my son's medication, and there is no sense of urgency. When asking about getting the script transferred to another pharmacy the woman on the phone for the pharmacy made it very clear that she has no such interest in doing so, and gave me such a hard time I had to hang up. They are definitely fully stocked up on audacity instead of children's medication. Will definitely avoid trying to use this location for any future scripts for my entire household.

I will never come to that Rite Aid again and get my prescription every time I come they are always on break. All 6 of y’all are 5 of Y’all are on break I understand, yall at least have two or one person at the cash register ringing people out for their prescriptions but no but at the end of the day I have a job that I gotta work every day I come and get my prescription twice and I couldn’t get it because y’all on break and y’all messed up on my prescription for me to come back and get it again and I still didn’t get it so I will never get my medicine from there again or my daughters I’m going to a different Rite Aid. Y’all suck.

NEVER AGAINwas told on a previous visit the card means nothing.. so I threw my card away that I used for years and had a gold standard at one point or another.. then they reset the cards which made me assume that they're worthless which someone at the register had told me and then I go in today and buy two drinks and it ran me up to $10 when I should have gotten two of them for 5 so never coming in there again. I blame it on the card system and now you have to go through a series of questions and prompts on a screen skip this skip that yes no do you want to donate never again never I'll stick with Amazon with everything

It's a great store!! Very clean and organized. Prices are high, but some of the sales are great. However, I'm not a big fan of this particular pharmacy.

This isn't a review towards the employees working here but their automated system. On multiple occasions the automated system has called to inform me that my prescription is ready for pick up. This has happened to me for three consecutive months refilling an ongoing prescription. However, after waiting in line either in the store or at the drive thru, I am informed that there is no prescription ready for pickup. The "convenience" of automation is extremely inconvenient and inconsistent, and even after informing management. As a result, I have switched to Express Scripts, and I will be using the closest pharmacy to the medical provider that I see in the future to fulfill prescriptions for acute conditions.

I was in this afternoon, my daughter needed medicine and the pharmacy was closed. I was on the brink of tears and grabbed some buns trying to hold it together. The cashier was so kind and personable. I was having the worst day and she was just kind and didnt beung up that i was upset. I forgot how much a simple kind word can impact someone's day. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, but she deserves a raise.

Don't shop or get your prescriptions here, seriously save yourself the trouble! This is honestly the worst store in our area. They have pharmacists that never show up to work, they also have extremely rude employees. Then, they say their opened until 10pm, but will literally forcibly close the door in your face while you're trying to get in 10-15 minutes before they close. Absolutely insane. Extremely unprofessional.

If I could give less stars, I would. They don’t deserve one. I literally had the same pharmacy for years and had to switch because my insurance was no longer compatible with Spartan pharmacy so I looked up one that would take my insurance and write it came up. The pharmacist literally slammed his mouse because I had so many prescriptions that need it filled and openly discuss my medication and which ones I needed and didn’t need right now and which ones could wait in front of other people in line. He had a horrible attitude.

This place is awful! 11 plus hours to get my sons medicine! I called 6pm last night. Came in to pick it up at 7. Said it wasn't ready yet. Fine, I will pick up tomorrow. Come 4pm and I call to confirm his medicine is ready, and they tell me no, it will he hours yet! Hours! They will not help you unless you are in their face and calling to remind them constantly I guess. I can do that!

I've read the various reviews and actually moved up into this area. I think I'll keep my prescriptions at the Rite Aid on Jane Street (not as convenient anymore, but I've done business with them for over 10 years, and they're apparently going to be more helpful. I must say, there are times when I've gone in to this pharmacy off Brownsville Rd. & Nobles Lane, and it seems to be short-staffed constantly in the front with long lines when you should expect at least two cashiers to be helping people. Note to businesses: Have cashiers between the hours of 5 pm and 7 pm when people are returning home from work. Duh.

Pharmacy prescriptions are never done when they're supposed to be they notify you that it should be ready by 3 p.m. you show up at 3 p.m. and there is no RX waiting for you and then they tell you you have to come back to get it. They don't even try to make up for their mistake they just tell you to come back terrible customer service

Have used this store off and on since it opened. Can't say I have ever had a bad experience although the lines are sometimes long and there seems to be frequent staff turnover. My experiences with the pharmacy have been positive but I usually drop off and come back later.

For the past 6 months everytime I order my pain meds they never have it. I called yesterday (which was a Sunday) they told me they would have it tomorrow. Now it's Monday and they say they won't have it till at least Wednesday. One month they actually sent me to the Mt Oliver pharmacy. And that was even 6 days after I called and ordered it. So what would happen if I had a surgery and was coming home from the hospital. I'd have to wait days till they get it in? So done with them after this one. I will be switching to Spartan.

Have read and reread some of the other reviews cause I couldn't believe what I was reading. Have never, not once, had a problem with this store or pharmacy. They have always been courteous, and friendly. The drive thru is super convenient, especially if you need to do some grocery shopping at the Shop n Save. I just drop my scripts off, got get my groceries, and then come pick up my meds...I wouldn't go anywhere else

This is the worst pharmacy they look at you while waiting then tell you be there in a second 20mins go by your still waiting for that second then they charge you for prescriptions you already paid for forget to give you one of the medications when you go back its all the sudden mia

This one I havent used their pharmacy but I never had any problems at the front check out But the one in the Carrick shopping ctr is ok they get a lil bitchy especuially the aast manager some older women with a scowl on her face and never has ANYTHING nice or even a smile!!

Sadly this pharmacy is highly understaffed. The employees are very stressed (as they should be).If there’s a line hopefully you have an hour to wait because they will not even acknowledge your existence.

I couldnt find my daughters meds anywhere I went to the store they didnt have them, but the lady spent 15 mniutes on the phone calling around until she located them and had them get it reafy for us before we arrived. I am so grateful for her and cant thank her enough!

Its ok I guess. I usually have to stand in a short line for what seems like an unreasonably long time. Never have I seen more than one cashier at a time, & seems to be someone in training every week. Otherwise a mediocre experience most visits.

Rude beyond belief. A, C note tone, of voice to a customer is never right, that woman should be fired. I spend average 20 a mounth non script items, will never use RX again. For any reason.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Twice now had a rx called in at 12:30. They said it would be ready at 2:30...I go at 4:00 and have to wait 15 min while I watch them hurry up and fill it. I'm done, never going there again

I returned an item...The cashier was in training the manager she called to help with a credit card return seemed bothered to help..... I didn't get a receipt for my return...The slip I was given said exchange when I didn't exchange anything..... Still no credit on my card.....Not sure I will go back

Staffs are very very rude looks like they wanna fight with the customers ,I went there for 3 times every time they were rude not only with me,they were rude with others at first I thought they were rude with me cause of my accent but no truth is different , so I switched to Giant Eagle pharmacy in Brentwood.
