People are friendly & helpful. This store is clean & in order. The pharmacist is very helpful.Lol I call the pharmacy today and I was on hold collectively (I hung up & called) for over an hour. I ended up hanging up without getting someone to answer a question. It was a young lady that kept answering & putting me right on hold.

Don't expect to ever be able to reach the pharmacy by phone, they consistently don't follow up on prescriptions or have any kind of communication, then when you call to ask they will NEVER pick up. Completely useless as a pharmacy.

Pharmacy sucks they post store hours online but NEVER are open always have some handwritten note saying they are closed TERRIBLE! And when they are open the prescription is never ready when you arrive! Very much GHETTO!

This carrick shopping center pharmacy was closed this Saturday and Sunday and I can't pick up my important prescription until they are open again and who knows when that will be. I never saw a rite aid pharmacy close on the weekend. When I asked the guy stocking shelves there he said none of the pharmacy members wanted to work. In other words the are lazy. I saw them have 5 or 6 people back there in the past. Do you mean to tell me every one of them are too lazy to work on the weekend? Every time I go there it's a problem with something. I am getting my prescriptions transferred to spartan pharmacy in Brentwood first thing in the morning. Rite aid pharmacy is horrible

I am disappointed with this rite aid pharmacy I requested my prescription couple times I went in person and requested to refill my medication they told me to wait couple of hours so after couple of hours I went they told me to come tomorrow again I went again they asked me to wait couple of hours and I told I will come back I went Saturday I found pharmacy was closed on weekends and I went on Monday again they told me to wait for couple hours and I found prescription was not ready so how to survive with out medication is there any way??? Pharmacy is doing careless for proscription medication this is really bad for medication taking person 😞😞

The first time I went there I got rasicaly profiled by an employee that's no longer there. And now it's never an good experience going in. If you're just getting one thing and coming out, I suggest you do that because you will be greeted at the door with nothing but attitude. They change employees alot and stick the new ones on register to fin for themselves and then when called up they take there sweet time coming with again an attitude. There is an African American lady that's always at register that rolls her eyes and give people the nasty experience there. The pharmacy is always is always changing times and close early, so at this point there is an rite aid way nicer one right down the street. If you have time go there, because since being here in Pittsburgh it's only getting worse at this location. Oh and if you need anything dealing with western union please don't go!

By far the worst rite aid in the area . Racist workers and the pharmacists are terrible!! Especially the middle aged blonde haired lady !! Shes awful. Kindness can go a long way and trust me .. they dont have it. Get new management because clearly they aren’t hiring the correct people . Disgrace to the “Rite Aid” company!

I like this Rite Aid. It’s convenient and easy to get too. It’s has all the products I need, plus my medication. Always haves items on sale. Plus I’m in the rewards program. That helps a lot. You convert your points into cash which is awesome sauce!!. The staff is always friendly

The actual store is fine, but the pharmacy is inadequate. Under staffed, and long wait lines. Prescriptions are unavailable a lot of times with days of waiting for prescription to be refilled. Plus… I just found out pharmacy is closed on weekends. Time to switch!

I've been using rite aid pharmacies for 30 years and over the last decade there service has become horribly unreliable. As a most recent example a prescription transfer. There is no reason my new pharmacys request for transfer went unanswered three times and ignored by me personally with the new pharmacys contact information. In general rite aid has become a failure to their community. A failure from store level to corporate.

I’ve been with this RX for years. The past few months my scripts are NEVER on time. It’s always a LONG, DELAYED wait. Half the time nothing is in stock. I hate switching but I’m def going to go some where, where they make a better effort to take care of their customers! And don’t lie to me (for the second time) telling me a prescription isn’t covered when In fact I call my insurance to double check and it is!Not to mention, they NEVER answer their phone!

This pharmacy has become an absolute tragedy. The people who work there are MISERABLE and have ZERO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a customer since 2013 I am appalled at the lack of empathy or willingness to take responsibility for their poor service. Ever since the amazing woman who used to work there left last year, it's been steeply downhill. Good luck getting your phone call answered, and have fun watching the disrespectful cashier incompetently wander about while you stand there waiting to be acknowledged. An absolute shame.

Been waiting a week on my medications. Phone line keeps dropping. Went in and they told me that it was ready but not anymore. I told them I got no call, text, email, or anything to let me know. They gave no comment. Just asked for my phone number, which I thought they had, and messaged me a half hour later to tell me my meds are out of stock. Needs new management. No excuse for this nonsense. Had a lady in front of me in line be told the same thing.

My main Rite Aid was closed. But this one actually helped me fill my prescription! They were really nice and the one pharmacist who checked me out at the register with the Pitt jacket was nice and cute ☺️

The pharmacy here is terrible. Nobody answers the phone, how are people supposed to know if their prescription is ready if nobody answers the phone? Thank god for Pay N Go. Most of the prescriptions are not in stock so I have to go to a different rite aid. Just terrible overall

Worst pharmacist you'll ever see in your life..they close between 130 and 2..ok fine.. I was standing in line well before they close and they tell me they can't wait on me...pathetic...these people are in the Healthcare feild? This is what happens when you have ghetto incopetent workers...straight incopetent incopetent pharmicist...Your ghetto rude cashier saw me standing in line well before your "break"..you should not be a pharmacist...stay away from this place..they are lazy,rude and incopetent..especially the actually pharmacist..she should be ashamed to be a pharmacist after this..

I went to switch and to this pharmacy, and for over a year I personally had to call to make sure that my script was filled. My script was on an automatic refill and for 12 months I was told the same thing "we will call and restart it". I did let them know that I had been going through every month. I finally removed myself from Rite Aid and my new pharmacy has my scripts cheaper. I know other people who had problems with Rita Aid from refusing for fill script (that had been filled previously) and not filling scripts according (sending information back to Dr to sign).

I've been waiting 3 weeks for my prescription. I called 2 days ago I got out of the hospital on 8/29/19 I put in my prescriptions called the next day to check my status.. (nothing) I called back a week later and the pharmacist same person stated they were waiting for authorization. I called my Dr. Office and he stated that with workers comp I dont need authorization as I thought. That woman never called me back. Week 4 without my meds. Smh I'm calling their corporate number tomorrow.

Everytime I enter the Rite Aid at the shopping center I am greeted with a friendly smile and sometimes by name. The front casheirs are always friendly and attentive to their customers.

I called before going to the store and asked if they do passport pictures. I was told yes. I was at the store within the next 45 minutes. I was then told that their camera has been broke for the past 3 months. When I mentioned I called none of the reps confessed to giving out the wrong information.

Trying to rush in to get my girlfriend her prescription before the pharmacy closed, reached the counter at 5:57 when they close at 6. Was met with the sight of the pharmacists walking out the back door. Of all the professions, pharmacists should probably be the last people to leave early. People need their medicine.

It's a love to store the people are carrying loving and happy and greet you when you come into the store every single time they know their products the and the were they are you get and you get out and it's nice and clean most of all and yes they do have a public bathroom
