When Eckerd and Rite Aid merged, I had a bunch of Rite Aids near my home.A year or so ago, my Rite Aid was closed and I moved to one of the other close Rite Aids. This one is a stand alone with a drive through.The personalization just isn't there. They make the same mistakes with my name and even when I call, they don't see it. This doesn't include the pharmacist who has post it notes about the issue all over, but it still happens.

How about the boomers writing these bad reviews. Had to call in my prescription and no one answered? The RX refill line is AUTOMATED! Don't be a dinosaur and blame Rite Aid for your ineptitude. They closed 15 minutes early and that's worth a 1-star review? Blame your elected leaders for high gas prices, not the hardworking Rite Aid employees. This location is awesome. Pharmacists are great, other employees are great, nice clean restrooms and store floor. Quit being selfish because your own life sucks, all of you that are leaving 1 star reviews....

Nice little store that is very convenient for picking up a few everyday items. The staff are friendly and helpful which makes your shopping trip here a little better. I recommend a visit if you happen to be in the neighborhood.

I've been using this pharmacy for more than seven years and have had nothing but exceptional experiences. Every pharmacist has been kind, friendly, and highly professional. There have been a few instances in which my prescription had no refills left but I didn't notice until I arrived at their counter. Each time they've given me an "emergency" allotment to last me until my new prescription was ready. I don't have much to say about the store as a whole, but the pharmacy is outstanding.

Posted hours are Monday-Saturday 8:00AM - 10:00PM. I went last night, arrived at 9:45, and they were already closed. This is now the second time that I've gone there within there posted hours of business only to find them to be closed. I even called, and the recording verified the above hours for which I mentioned. There wasn't any note posted or anything that indicated any reason for being closed early. Especially given the price of gas, I do not appreciate wasting both my time and fuel. Rite Aid needs to do better, or find someone that can and will.

I have been using this pharmacy for about 8 years. I have had many health issues during these years and the pharmacists Megan and Kate and the tech Alyssa have been the most amazing team taking care of my pharmacy needs. They are so caring, they go out of their way to help with whatever they possibly can, they treat me and my husband who has to pick up a lot of my prescriptions for me when I’m not feeling well, with such respect and kindness. I have referred many people to “my pharmacy” just because of this amazing pharmacy team. I feel so lucky to have them. I hope they never leave. Lol.

Pharmacists Meghan and Alyssa at bower hill rite aid are 2 of the most professional and kind people I’ve met in any service or retail business,I’ve used in the last several years. Especially pharmacies. Market district especially.They stand out by far in every category. I’ve asked both of them, on more than one occasion, to please rush my order so I’ll have it by this time or that time. It’s always done with a smile. Most of all they do it with out acting in a way that makes you feel like you are bothering them. Even when they are clearly, as always, being pulled in several different directions.Wish others would pay more attention to the amount of character these 2 young girls show. Constantly. Rite aid needs more like them.

I have been trying for 3 days now to call in my prescriptions, but no one answers the phone. I don't have my prescription numbers, what do I do? I will tell you what I do....I order my prescriptions from a pharmacy that actually cares about the health and well being of its customers....one that actually answers their pharmacy phone. My doctor prescribed me 50 pills of a certain medication, and the pharmacist only would give me 30. When I called him he ran around in circles telling me he didn't want to break up the boxes they came in. I asked how I was supposed to get my other 20 pills for the month and he said to ask my doctor. I was extremely frustrated he made a dispensing decision based on how many boxes the medicine came in and his desire to not break open boxes...When I called him to question why I only received 30 pills he laughed at me and told me I was being rude. I have used this pharmacy for the last three months to receive my prescription and I will not be using it again. A pharmacist shouldn't be deciding how many pills to give me, my doctor should.
