Alicia is great. She was able to cut my Kitty's nails without much difficulty. Kitty does not like his nails trimmed and needs to be muzzled. She was kind and patient. I would recommend her!!!

We've had two great experiences at our new forever grooming salon. The Pup Pup and Away ladies are great. They are kind, friendly, and do an excellent job with our little old girl, Mabel. She is a senior doggie and very nervous. The big box grooming facility was too hard on her nerves. The smaller, easier situation at PP&A is charming and makes Mabel much happier on her spa day.

Pup pup and away is a much better value than the other shops we have tried around the area. The staff is always so kind and caring for my little (giant) furry golden doodle. Scheduling here is more convenient than other shops and, of course, my girl always comes leaves picture perfect! Big fan, don't want to take my dog anywhere else.

Horrific experience with groomer Alicia. Jagged uneven cuts of a hack job on my timid but friendly Yorkshire Terrier Puppy, EVEN After we stressed that we DID NOT WANT HER CUT ALL OVER, which Alicia BLATANTLY IGNORED, because she said that she felt that she had to show that she did something to my puppy, not just washing her, cutting her nails, & fanny area as we requested. She charged $40.00 Plus Tax Cash Only. Severely hurt my puppy that she had to go to hospital. Alicia did NOT state & was NOT honest when we went to pick my puppy up, it wasn't until we left carrying her to the car, & saw her calapse over, went back in to Alicia to question her, did she then told the story of how she did NOT have my puppy secured onto the grooming table, blamed my puppy for moving away from her as to all the jagged uneven hacking cuts, that she was NEVER asked to do anyway, she cut my puppy, dropped her, etc. Alicia NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED TO US NEITHER, NOR TRIED TO OFFER MONEY OFF OR JUST NOT CHARGE A THING! We we're all traumatized ESPECIALLY MY PUPPY, AS it was her first time there!! NEVER AGAIN, & NEVER WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE THEIR LOVED FOUR LEGGED OR LESS FAMILY MEMBERS TO ALICIA. Also Alicia was the only one that we saw there, even when we went to the back grooming area to get my puppy, that day there was a good 10 dogs piled up in the back, plus a couple in the tiny waiting area being blown dry. She had way to many for one person, stressed, but claimed she knew what she was doing, but not on my puppy, nor on my daughter's puppy, who went at the same Appt time slot as my puppy. Neither puppy did she do what she was asked & supposed to. Neither puppy’s nails were cut & buffed, as part of the grooming or bathing or cutting pricing you pay for as Alicia told us both.

Im was so happy , it's been a wrought year for me and my Girl Shyeanne. And I wasn't feeling well nor my Baby girl , when i picked her up not only was she happy she was acting like a young pup , on Feb 25 she is 11 yrs old , Thank you so much for making her feel young again you are the Best she feel better and so do I again Thank you Pup Pup and Away for a great day
