If I could give zero stars I would. Drove 45 minutes to get my dog groomed, brought everything my girlfriend and I were told to bring. Upon arrival we were told our vaccine papers needed to have an expiration date on them, despite being given to him month ago and also not providing that information while booking the appointment.

Made appt. For wash and bath. NO trace of appt. In system. Check your phone log they suggest. Well, it shows Icalled you. CRICKETS! Sucks to be me I guess.
