Great experience today!!I needed to get prescription food for my cat but the medcard was expired and Banfield was closed so I couldn't renew the card. Ollie was super helpful and told me that I could still purchase the food after filling out a form. He was also super patient with waiting for all of the details to got through as well as with me finding the necessary information to fill out the form. My cat would not have the necessary food today if not for Ollie's help, I cannot thank him enough!!

I went in to get the same food I get every month from either Chewy or PetSmart. Both places were out of it and my kitty was running very low. Two employees from PetSmart came over and helped me troubleshoot what options I possibly had. I can't just get any food because what I needed was Purina H/A which you have to have a prescription to get. In the end they recommended I talk with my vet (always a good suggestion) but that Purina is probably having some supply chain issues and the Hills Z/D is the same thing just a different brand and that is probably what the vet will recommend. Well, they were spot on with all of it. I was very grateful for their help and their knowledge and the time they took to try and get my kitty the food she needs!

One day I went there this was 7 months ago just to do window shopping I was not looking for a pet even though I have one in mind for later on in the future but I ended up getting a cat I was very happy with the young lady that helped me and explain to me about the adoption and how it goes and what I need to do to obtain it overall I was very pleased and happy about this place I am looking forward to go there again to see if I could get a kitten soon. Overall I am very happy and pleased with my pet her name is baby girl

My dog Sadie got groomed by Autumn and she did wonderful! Made sure I was completely satisfied with how she turned out! My other dog Maycee saw Mickey and she also did wonderful! When I’d bring my dogs back to get groomed I’d feel perfectly fine with either of these groomers grooming my dogs. Thank you so much!!

We took our puppy in for bath and grooming (it was her first time there as well). Nevaeh was fantastic with our puppy. She showed her a lot of love and attention. Oakley was done right on time and she was cute as can be. We also had help picking a harness out for our puppy. The entire staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and we will definitely be back.

We go to the Banfield pet hospital for all our dogs needs. They have a great staff there and instead of getting scared to go he is actually excited to see them! Been going since he was a puppy and never thought to go to anywhere else

We adopted a handsome man whom was named Maverick which after getting to know his personality we decided to name him Sparky because he has so much energy we thought Sparky (The Green Mile) electric chair. Lol he loves to jump and play which I'm glad he fit right into our homebody selves because he keeps us on our toes so much as when he finally calms down he sleeps in our bedroom window so we have to go check on him to make sure he isn't getting into something lol. We fell in love with him the minute I walked up to his cage and saw his beauty, we had to wait nearly a hour until the adopter came in from lunch and Sparky was well worth the wait

Don't trust their estimations... I called to make sure they would have reptile wood in the correct size I needed, they said it was two feet. I brought a tape measure just to be sure everything would fit. They were all less than a foot long. Waste of gas. They didn't even say sorry when I explained my situation when I asked to be sure I wasn't just missing it.

The only reason for the extra star is because this is a nice store. The problem is the employees. I spend HUNDREDS of dollars in this store every single month only to be given the worst time anytime I return anything. My dogs are such picky eaters that I often buy new food for them to try in multiples. If they don’t like it, I return the rest, unopened I might add. The first two times a younger female employee (the same employee both times) gave me the hardest time. I always buy everything online and she straight up couldn’t tell me how to get my money because I used Afterpay. After 20 mins, she called over a manager, who was just as clueless and she was, and finally I got the money put back on my debit card.Today though, was the topper on the cake. The cashiers name was Amy that waited on me. The first thing she said to me when I got to the register was “the lady in the other line was first.” I was completely taken back because it was only me and the other lady customer in the two lines and if Amy would have looked over she would have seen that the cashier was already waiting on her (yes I do have manners Amy believe it or not). Then she asks me for an “official receipt” to which I then explained to her I bought everything online and gave her my itemized receipt on my phone. She took one look and said “this isn’t the right receipt”. Didn’t scroll down or care to take an extra second out of her busy day to actually look at it. As soon as she said this I took my phone back and physically showed her it was an itemized receipt to which she said “oh.” After an additional 5 mins of her writing down the prices for each food item returned, she finally gave me the store credit and I left… what another horrible and awkward experience with unprofessional and untrained staff. I won’t spend another dime at this store.

PetSmart is a great place for all your animal needs. Great selection of fish. Had had great success with the fish I've picked up here. They even carry things for horses. The staff is kind and helpful.

I love all the cool cat costumes and toys. They have really neat stuff. It's also very clean and people take their dogs in. I'll go anywhere I can pet a dog 🐶

i went in. i had a list. i have a dog. i checked every item on my list except one. i put an order in the Chipotle app while i looked at weird dog toothbrushes that i knew in my heart wouldn’t work, esp on my puppy.but no time for critical thought, i had to act quick or else my Chipotle flower would wilt on the pickup shelf (in hindsight- my efficiency didn’t preserve the integrity of my food,but that’s a different review). not-so-long-story short, the manager told me where to find the eye wipes i needed. then during checkout, he asked me what kind of dog i have. which doesn’t matter, but somehow it made all the difference.

We just adopted a puppy recovering from a rough start in life and I worried about taking him out in public because he looks a little worse for wear. All the the employees we encountered went above and beyond to be nice to him and made such a fuss over him. It was heartwarming to see how many people approached us with advice and recommendations. Thank you all for being so kind and making little Archie feel loved.

Do NOT adopt anything from this place I adopted two kittens the one kittens eyes were crusted I was told warm it was from them sleeping NOT true he has a full eye infection when I called the store I was told to call a vet or the shelter they came from there's nothing they can do . They take adoption fees in cash only so who knows where my money went I'll never buy anything from this company
