Lame worker. Went there to get 3 tiny little gold fish and and got a temporary 20 gallon tank. the employee that was getting them for me tried to lecture me and was very clear that he didn’t want to give me the fish (stank face, rolling eyes, side talking with other employees and angry) after I specified that it would be a temporary tank till I got a big one online. The fish are about half an inch and I am aware that it’s 20gallon per goldfish, but they’re so small and able to stay in this one for rn. Very unprofessional and rude.

I placed an order for curbside and of course because of the holidays it ended up going to the wrong store. Luckily I live between the cranberry and Ross location so it wasn't far out of my way in the wrong direction. I called the store to ask if it would be possible to pick up my 3 dog toy ropes in 15 minutes explaining what had happened. The girl was told me that there was no way it could be done as they were extremely busy. (It was said with a major attitude) I asked if it would be ok if I could just come it and get the 3 things that I paid for myself. She said yes but I would have to go thru the line and show them that I paid for it. So I drive over to the store go in and get the 3 items that I had purchased online pretty quickly as they were all hanging next to each other. I went through the check out like I was told and when I explained everything to the gentleman he went behind his register. What do you know he turned around with my order all packed up and ready to go. When I asked him why I couldn't use the sale on the website that they were advertising as buy 3 toys get 2 free he didn't seem to know why but was willing to return my order and re ring it up so I could get 2 more toys. As busy as they were I really appreciated how kind and patience the gentleman was after how rude the young women was on the phone. I just wish she would have told me to come inside and ask for it first to see if it was ready and that would have saved everyone a lot of time.

The store was a little underwhelming for the size of the location. I was expecting there to be more items for cats. I was there using a $5 off coupon and they didn't have much of anything. Pretty bummed about that. I'm used to going to the one in East Liberty. Which is very small. I'm sure they have whatever people need if they're still open.

All the prices I've seen at this PetSmart are higher than the ones at the nearby Petco. On top of that and more important, is the fact that the folks that work at Petco are so much more friendlier than the people at this location of petsmart. I was very disappointed. Not sure if I'll ever get back to this location. I think for now I'll just keep ordering my dog food online.

They have the most wonderful staff, kind and very helpful. I took my bird to see Santa, they had never had a bird come to see Santa before and my bird believes in Santa and it was a dream come true to him and it made his Christmas. He took the time to listen to him quietly peep and coo as if he was telling him what he wanted for Christmas. My birds is usually scared of the color red, hats, gloves and beards, but not this time, all the staff even helped me take extra photos and videos of my bird giving Santa's gloves kisses and making content noises it even looks like he's smiling in the picture they had taken. It was the most memorable and wonderful experience at PetSmart I have ever experienced in all the years I've been going there. And plan to do this every year for my birds. Also the products they have right now are so outstanding and wonderful, so if you are out in Ross township definitely stop by. And everyone going to visit Santa with their pets will have a wonderful experience!

I love that this location has so much to offer. They have Banfield Pet Hospital inside as well as a grooming facility. The staff is always friendly, kind, and quick to assist their guests. Their are discounts and sales on items that are worthwhile while which I can appreciate since I like a good deal. It's is also conveniently located next to a Marshalls which is also dog friendly!

Very clean store and very friendly! I never have used PetSmart for orders or supplies and always used chewy. I was in a pinch and needed a certain brand food for my sick dog. I went online ordered the prescription diet food, called the online support to get it approved quicker with my vet and then called the store to see if they can get it ready for pick up. Everything went smooth and my boy had his food that day! Very happy with how they work and make things happen. Great store and great employees!

The sales associates—2 on the floor (males)—and the person at the register were welcoming and asked if they could help. The cashier was delightful and supportive of my acquiring a new puppy as well as helping me checkout! So appreciated!

Friendly and knowledgeable employees. It's a smaller store than what it was before the mall got a remodel, but they do carry supplies for almost all types of pets. I prefer to buy my reptile supplies and food here than anywhere else and they always seem to have crickets in stock. If there is a lower price on their app on an item, they will do a price match.

Amazing staff and great return policy! Staff is always so welcoming. My go-to store for my three kitties :) this is the only place that carries my cat’s prescription dry food within 50 mile radius

Great place to shop for your dog food. I would give them a 5 but there always out of their dog food for dogs with sensitive stomachs. It usually comes in three kinds (turkey which the dog loves, salmon,and chicken). I was forced to get the purina can for dogs with sensitive stomachs which looks horrible but the dog ate it all up. I guess beauty or good food is in the eyes of the beholder.

Love taking my dog here to get groomed. It's hard dropping your dog off to someone you don't know, especially with all the horror stories you hear.. Renee is amazing.. my dog loves her. He always leaves with a huge smile just happy as can be.. I drive 30 minutes to get him groomed at this location specifically because of her.

Good store, nice staff, get everything I need here including insulin for my dog along with his prescription food for diabetics. Glycobalance. It’s pricey but that’s not PetSmarts doing. I’ve checked everywhere and it’s priced the same. I get in on auto ship now along with insulin so it’s easy. We also have cats and Bearded Dragon so it’s a one stop deal here. Very nice store

Grooming at Petsmart is great. The prices are fair, the services customizable.Michon grooms my Havanese. She always does a perfect job on him. And she treats him.with affection and gentleness. She's an excellent groomer.

Not real happy with this store.Looked online for dog asprin on this stores site today. Their site stated that prices ranged from 11.99 to 18.99 depending on size and the product was in stock at that price - no disclaimers. Went to the store, found the product in the quantity I wanted for 11.99 priced on the shelf.Took it to the register and told my total was 20 and change when I questioned the cashier her statement was that that price was for "members" and when IGave her my number, it let her know I wasn't a "member".I declined the purchase without comment and left.On the drive home decided to call and speak to the store manager - Rob or Ron - couldn't tell because there was constant background noise that I guess was more important than my call.Obviously he had no interest inlistening to me. He was absolutely no help and extremely disinterested.I will be filing a deceptive advertising complaint with the proper agency's.This place sucks.l

GROOMING: Randomly canceled an appointment I made in the middle of the night via text. Did not call me to tell me why or make it right. When I called them they offered no quick solution. I had taken off work and worked around my schedule for those appointments. This was not the first time I was randomly canceled on. They’ve lost my service. Love that leaving reviews for grooming is next to impossible as well.

Called an hour ago to check availability for only a nail trim, was told availability is wide open during the day, said I'll be in shortly. Showed up an hour later, was told I must wait a half hour before they can take him back, I said I don't have the time to wait that long & that's why I called first, they said sorry. I'm growing a bit weary of places like petco & petsmart. They make these simple things so incredibly inconvenient. Especially when you consider it involves driving around Pittsburgh & the McKnight road area, to be turned away for walk-in services or told there is a long wait for it is truly ridiculous. Nails generally don't take more than ten minutes to do but they don't want to do them when they can make triple and quadruple the money for the services they perform on dogs with appointments.

Our dog was groomed here and has been several times over the past few years without incident. The groomer, Lauren, who bathed, brushed out fur on, filed down our dog's nails and brushed his teeth did a wonderful job.But, while we were waiting to have him groomed, we couldn't help but notice another groomer who was working with another dog, clipping her nails. Apparently, by the way she was talking to (or maybe I should say "at") this dog, it was her (the dog's) first time being groomed. The dog seemed to be handling it okay (from where we stood at the front of the grooming area) other than some whining at having her nails clipped by this woman who it seemed may have been also training another person at the same time.But the groomer was being impatient with this poor first time dog, which I found off-putting. The groomer was a bit older than the others in the salon, so it would seem since she was also training another person, more experienced. But, my friend and I had decided as we watched this for about 3-5 minutes (as these two women also tried to coax us to walk our dog around the store until someone was ready for us, we declined) that if she was going to groom our older guy, we would be taking him home instead.I'm hoping this woman was just having on off day, but somehow, I'm doubting it. As I said, we haven't had anything to complain about with having our pooch groomed here. He always leaves happy and clean. Just be observant when you go in.
