They have a nice selection of dog and cat supplies, including silly Halloween stuff, as you can see in the pictures. However, their small pets and fish supplies are very limited, and overpriced. And they don't seem to know how to take good care of their fish. Not only I saw several dead fish in multiple tanks by just taking a quick look, but I also overheard a conversation between a staff member and a client that made clear how uneducated the former was. They really need to train their people better.

I guess it depends on who your groomer is. I booked 2 apps 1:30p & 2:30p. I forgot my mom's dogs vaccination papers and called her to ask her to screenshot it for me. 2 min later the groomer says "I don't mean to rush you but if I don't get the vaccination soon I can't cut your dog" I said his appt isn't until 2:30p. She responded that she moved the appt time up because the latest they can take pets is 2pm since they close at 5pm. I looked at her with confusion. She then said the online booking is messed up it shouldn't have let me book at 2:30p. While waiting on my mom to text the vaccination she asked another girl if she could groom my dog. Her coworker responded " I can't, I have an appt at 3:30p. There's no making up for this. I won't go back here or take my mom's dog.

Very good visit! We were helped by Nicole mainly but had another cashier that assisted (can't remember her name). Nicole was super patient with us at checkout and made great recommendations including the new pet book. Definitely made us more likely to go to petsmart than the competition!

the worst grooming salon in the world. very disrespectful and rude, told me my dog was aggressive and they can’t do her groom. i booked a full haircut and a TRIM look how they have my long hair german Shepard back to me. if i could rate 0 stars u would, NEVER GO HERE.

Good variety, great holiday deals on treats, and even free pictures with Santa! We were alsolooking for a sturdy cable leash for our dog and found a variety of different ones at a reasonable price.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. They recommended a harness that fell apart; but of course it was the most expensive available. They’re basically kicking you out 15 min before the store closes. Sorry that’s the only time I am available. At my place of work, we stay an extra 45 min if someone is late to pick up their dog.In addition, every Petsmart I’ve been to lies to me and says they’ve done my dog’s (a very calm black lab) teeth and ears. They obviously have not. Especially in 20 minutes. A good bath takes at least 35 minutes. I do them every day:At least tell me the truth. I paid $75 for it with a $25 tip. Found a new place, though. He actually was found to have a horrific ear infection with mites just days after his ears were “cleaned.” I’ve just never met a ruder staff around closing time. They need serious customer service training. I won’t be back.

They take great care of our baby. The ladies do a great job cutting his hair exactly the length that I ask. It's a little pricey but you can't beat the convenience.

I am in there almost EVERYDAY, for crickets and always have great customer service from the back to the cashier, today was totally different and unexpected I needed crickets of course 500 mealworms, purchase a fish tank and fish. They employee attending to the aquatic section of the store act as if it was a problem to stop doing what he was doing to assist me in my needs, every time I had a question he would answer then would just walk away, so I decided on the tank I wanted and asked does it need a glow light well he sighed as if him going to check was a problem. Once I decided on the tank I would purchase after lifting it to place in my cart as he watched and then of course walked away I began to look for rocks alone not knowing where they would be finally he appeared again, he never followed through with the entire set up of the aquarium I had to read and search on my own.

Took my dog for grooming and I was 2 mnts late. They refused to take my dog and didn’t even acknowledge that I was trying to explain the reason behind my delay. The person who was checking the dogs in was extremely rude and disrespectful. Definitely not taking my dog there again.

Pet smart, like any other big chain pet store, leaves a lot to be desired. The animals / reptiles / fish never look very well cared for. This store however seems to have it together a little bit more than the rest of the big chain ones Ive been too. It's pricey, but you are getting an in person experience to look at all of their items and decide in real time if it's something you are interested in. Employees here were very kind and helpful.

I asked the lady near the fish for information and suggestions for my roommates new beta fish. She was very willing to help, however our interaction was unpleasant because she was visibly getting amusement out of our lack of knowledge. Like we came here and asked for help for a reason. People get beta fish all the time and they die, at least we were being responsible. I had to walk away because I was about to lose my cool but my roommate said the fish lady was continuing to give her attitude so we both left annoyed without a filter-- which we were very willing to purchase if she dropped the snobbishness.

It's Petsmart. This is one of the better ones I've been to. The staff is ridiculously underpaid, so it is a miracle that the animals are taken care of. Luckily the animal care staff has enough special interest to keep the poor things alive. Do not buy a reptile from here if you are a first time reptile keeper, they won't let you interact with any of the reptiles before buying them and most of them will be aggressive at first because they are provided with no enrichment. On the positive side, they do have decent quality and priced on frozen rat and mice feeders.

This is my store for my pets. I have 6 fur babies , cats! Gilbert, Charlie, Ophelia, Fallon, Shelton, and Leonard! We also have two birds, sunshine and star, that we treat from the store!
