Just got a new puppy for Christmas & wanted to take her to her 1st appointment. They were super accommodating and I can tell they put a lot of care into her haircut. I will definitely be coming back!

Been coming here for 3 years now they always take wonderful care of my cats. Always give them the attention and care they need leaving you always satisfied. Prices are amazing and allow you not to break the bank. This place will be forever groomer. Please dont allow the negative reviews scare you. The owner is a great person and would never harm your pet. Communication is key! So please give thos place a try.

Petsburgh Grooming did a wonderful job cutting our rescue cat - Smokey - nails. Lucia the groomer was very sweet and gentle - cut Smokey’s nails perfectly. Completely butchered our dogs to the point that we had to go to the vet. I would never bring my dogs back here again.Additionally, one of our dogs nail was bleeding the whole way home in the car.Even if they were matted, you don’t cut that close to the skin. Completely unacceptable to put our dogs through that pain.

I recently took in two neglected dogs with overgrown nails. I sent them a text this morning and they were able to take me asap. The photo attached is before I came in when I left the nails were very short with no bleeding! Everyone that worked there was very very nice as well!

Super nice people. Very accommodating with time. My pup always come out fresh. Also if you only need nail clipping it take like 10 minutes. Also love the festive a bandanas.

Petsburgh always does an amazing job with our Aussie/Pyr mix! He is a rescue and requires some extra patience (very shy and doesn't like his back end being touched), but they are so kind and understanding with him! They clean up his double coat to make him more comfortable and give him a nice shape. He always looks so beautiful and smells great when he's done! I highly recommend Petsburgh and their wonderful groomers.

Our long haired boy was in need of a shave in order to beat the summer heat so we brought him to the shop and decided this young boy needed a lion cut....how appropriate! Not to mention how handsome he turned out. What a wonderful job they did with him and for his first time getting groomed apparently he didn't do too bad. We would recommend this place to anybody and we will be making an appt for our other cat. Wonderful customer service and wonderful grooming!

BEST groom Ollie has had in a long time! I've struggled to find a groomer I like in Pittsburgh, but THIS is the place! They were patient, kind, and did a wonderfully perfect job with this crazy pup. Communication is easy through call or text and grooming was very fast. Normally I have to plan my morning for a 4-6 hour grooming day, but he was in and out in 2.5 hours. Very affordable as well for the great job they did all around. Thank you so much to the entire team!

We had been a regular customer prior to their brief closure in April 2016. We were always satisfied and enjoyed our experience with them. Everyone was always so friendly, reasonably priced, close to home and it was easy to get an appointment.We had heard they reopened and decided to go back. We were disappointed that the groomer we previously saw was no longer with them, so we started seeing their most experienced groomer on staff.Most recently, that groomer called off, so we were rescheduled to a different day and unknowingly to us, a different groomer. Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience during our last appointment and will not be returning.My dog required emergency medical attention after her grooming appointment. She needed treatment for a laceration that resembled a wound commonly caused by clippers. The business owner has denied responsibility. I am extremely disappointed in how they have chosen to handle the situation. I feel that their response has been inappropriate, unprofessional and insensitive.

This place is terrible, my friend and I took her cats to get groomed. And the groomer severely damaged their nails by cutting them too short. Now they need to go to the vet because their bleeding. The worst part is the groomer said absolutely nothing and charged full price. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY CAT OWNERS!!

I took my 1 1/2 year old corgi to them earlier this week for some basic grooming and was thrilled with the results. Several of the neighbors have also commented how dapper he looks after his trim as well. I definitely intend to use their services again in the future

Don't know what you used on Ryder today to make him so soft but I love it! Great staff that really cares about their customers. They took Ryder for a walk to pee after his bath. Great people will be coming back for years to come.

I highly recommend Petsburgh! They are super professional, affordable and really take their time with your fur baby. I have a 110lbs Great Dane/Boxer mix who gets a little crazy especially when he’s getting his nails trimmed, but they handle him so well and do such a great job. I trust them with my boy and know he’s in good hands. 10/10 go see them for all your grooming needs! 🐶 💓 They’re super responsive and answer text right away.

Petsburgh grooming is excellent! We took our golden doodle here on rather short notice. I showed up a few minutes late and they were still happy to take us. Our pup looks excellent! They removed any matted hair, gave her a gorgeous pup cut, and clearly took fantastic care of her. We will be back!

I took my ginormous 100 lb puppy brother here to get his nails cut. They were awesome- they text, were welcoming, able to lift his gigantic behind onto the table, and gentle. Price was on point too!

I had a great experience. They’re very caring towards their furry clients. I adopted a kitty my friend rescued a few months ago. She was in rough shape when he found her. She’s at least 10 years old and just needed a loving home. She was clearly a house pet before but I didn’t know if she had ever been groomed. Petsburgh welcomed her and took good care of my new baby. She had to be shaved because of the mats in her fur but she still loved me when we got home so they must have been good to her.

*They cut my cat and refused to pay the medical bill*While grooming my cat Petsburgh Grooming cut my cat's foot. When picking her up they said they put blood stopper on it to stop the bleeding. The cut was so severe I had to take my cat to an animal hospital to get stitches. Petsburgh Grooming refused to pay for the stitches and I am left with a $600 medical bill.

I have been bringing my dogs to Petsburgh for a few years now. I rescued a Morkie that had major issues with grooming. They were so great with him that it wasn't long before he was excited to always go and see them. I moved from Baldwin Borough to North Versailles and I still drive my dogs to them for grooming. They are worth the drive!

Taking my dog to this groomer is a hit or miss. But today was the worst haircut they gave my shitzu Murphy. He had the best looking fluffy tail and they shaved it all off. And he's had other bad haircuts like they missed the back of his head and it was cut crooked. I'm not taking him here anymore.

This was our first time visiting this groomer, and we will be back.They were terrific! Only 45 dollars for a bath, haircut, nail trim AND ear cleaning!! That’s unbelievable! The staff were very kind and patient with my very talkative Mother. Her little Shih Tzu was in dire need of a haircut after a long COVID quarantine, and turned out cute as a button! I recommend, and they groom cats as well. :)
