We received a call from Sierra after inquiring about a puppy. When my family and I came in to meet the puppy, Carrie greeted us kindly at the register and told us that Sierra would be helping us. Sierra assisted us very well! She was professional, kind and resourceful! She had so much knowledge about the puppy we were seeing! The entire experience was so pleasant we purchased the puppy the same day! We even got to meet the owner, Bill, who was phenomenal with our daughter showing her hamsters! We HIGHLY recommend Petland in Robinson for any and every pet and pet product purchases!

We recently adopted a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from Petland in Robinson and had a wonderful experience. Pet Counselor Carrie, thoroughly went over the details and process of adopting our puppy. Several other Pet Counselors at the store answered questions we had as well. Our puppy is learning fast, already visited our Vet, is starting puppy classes and is scheduled for his first grooming. We previously had a mixed Cavalier King Charles and were already familiar with the breed. We had also been looking for quite some time for our new furry family member. Regret we didn't visit Petland sooner. The staff members were all pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. There were several happy puppies waiting for their forever new families to come in, fall in love and adopt them. And there were 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies there when we visited. Both as sweet and happy as can be.

We went to Petland 2 weeks ago just to look at pups. We checked out a beautiful French bulldog. We were interested in him so we have them run a credit check for us. I was approved but we decided to pass on the puppy at this time. A week later I am finding out that getting the credit check ran, opened 3 different credit cards in my name all for different amounts other than what they said I was approved for. Keep an eye out people this place is shady and doesn’t tell you that’s what’s going to happen. Check your credit reports!!! Petland will never get my business because of this.

My son and I just recently bought a golden retriever puppy on Dec.5,2023. This is the third dog we got from Robinson location in the past 3 years. Maltese, sales associate sold all our wonderful puppies to us. He was so knowledgeable, polite and patient through the sales process, answering all of our questions. I highly recommend Petland at Robinson and Maltese as your sales associate . He’s such a kind, polite young man. All of our dogs are so wonderful. We love our babies!!!

It is so sad to see the store be rated so low. There is one sales associate Maltese that is super helpful, bubbly, and kind. I have yet to see him treat anyone badly. I come in almost every week with my client I work with. They love dogs and Maltese understands the value of how dogs can bring joy to someone with a disability and is always happy to help her out and never is one to tell us No. Unless the dog is unavailable, sick, or been out to much and needs rest. I appreciate the honesty. He has also helped me find items for my dog at home to better care for her. So if you are looking for a dog or items your animals. Please go see Maltese.

Went in just to look around and witnessed 3 puppies in a tank together; 2 of them absolutely attacking the third to the point it was wailing and squealing for a solid 4 minutes. I yelled for an associate multiple times as there were 2 people on the floor but they were focused on someone wanting to pet a doodle. By the time they decided to acknowledge me yelling for help, they came over and smiled while saying “haha yeah they like to bark at each other”. I told them every mannerism these puppies just displayed was most certainly not playful, that puppy was squealing and trying to get away while getting its a$$ handed to him. Neither associate could be bothered to separate them, they just went and stood behind the counter while staring at me. Until the whole store cleared out. Absolutely enraging to watch how these associates handle potentially deadly situations.

We added a corgi puppy to our family from this location. From the beginning my little boy never really ate and had to be enticed to do so. I switched his diet thinking maybe it was the food. He was peeing constantly but I didn’t think anything of it. He’s a puppy, was my thought. He was throwing up a lot and was never truly healthy. Turns out, he was born with underdeveloped kidneys. Which is a genetic disorder called renal disease. I’ve been in and out of the vet and emergency rooms. I’ve contacted the claims department as soon as I was told something was wrong. I’ve been getting the run around for almost 2 months and now my phone calls are not being answered. I don’t know if they contacted the breeder or his Litter mates as they were told to do. Absolutely nothing has been done to do anything to make the situation better. Fix it. As many other reviewers wrote the unknowingly charge you $500 for a puppy kit. Do you think I’m rich? I grew up with almost nothing and worked very hard for what I have. I bought a dog for my mental health. You are scam artists and horrible business with terrible ethics. You also have awful bbb reviews and this company will get what’s coming to them. Please if you have had issues with this company continue to report them to the bbb. They are letting dogs with genetic disorders continue to be bred. And Jennifer from claims and warranty should be ashamed for working for this horrendous company. Jennifer you know how bad this company is and you can stop it.

We bought out beautiful beagle there on 9/22. She was sold to us with active kennel cough. I am always up-to-date on my other dogs vaccinations, so we were lucky they were barely affected by it. September 25th She had an appointment with my regular vet to address the kennel cough. She had such a severe case that She’s still on antibiotics to kick it. Keep in mind she was in a crate with three other dogs! We paid almost $4000 to not be told her full health history. After calling the store hitting option 2 for questions/concerns/complaints No answer, shocker! Hit another option and of course it was answered. Put in contact with claims dept and have yet to hear anything back from talking to her on 10/2!! We love our girl but will never buy from here again! Sick dogs and will avoid you when they are held accountable!

I had called and reserved my dachshund puppy when I went to checkout I assumed the total was just for the dog but AFTER checking out they bring out a crate, 3 varying food containers, bone broth, an expensive bone that has a mother dogs heartbeat for the puppy, and million other things. I was in a hurry and with the high of my new puppy it never hit me the scam that occured. I found other reasons not to go here after. Great dog.

This place was dam near empty and wasn't like any other pet stores I've been to. The poor animals that are kept there in the glass enclosures looked so unhappy and was panting heavily and was stressed out. We all felt really bad for those poor dogs and all the other animals in that store. Also was very empty hardly had anything in this store. And it was dirty. I will never ever go back there ever again. The one dog looked sick and when we said something to the employee all we was told was is " OH HE IS JUST VERY TIRED AND READY FOR BED". Then I said no he looks sick ya might want to have a vet look at that poor pup. Then we was told " WE CLOSE IN TEN MINUTES MA'AM.) So we all just walked out and went to another pet store. One that was clean and the animals were looking good healthy and fed. Again we will NEVER EVER AGAIN GOT TO THIS PET STORE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone needs to go and check on all the animals in that store.... A CERTIFIED VETERINARIAN

Got a beautiful English bulldog back at the end of September. They ask you to rate 5 stars to get you a $30 discount on your next in store purchase. Which, their prices are ridiculous. As far as health goes, our baby got a clean bill of health, but she suddenly got a cherry eye one day (in her paperwork, she had a cherry eye removal. Doesn't say which eye either, so you would assume both??) and when we have tried to reach out and contact about our warranty to get her fixed back up. We have done everything necessary to get this resolved, but for some reason, they are not getting back to us. Paid $7,400+ for her. I understand cherry eyes can reoccur, but when it's in our warranty and we want to resolve it for her asap, you would think they'd actually get back to us. I have sent them the required forms and documents TWICE just in case it was overlooked, but this is ridiculous. I'll be calling again later today and may even have to stop in because they haven't been answering my calls.

Your Breaders are not reputable, your store smells, and the crates you people use are not sanitary nor are they safe for the animals you are selling at a ridiculous price. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nobody should be breeding when there are so many shelter animals in need. Shame on the breeders and the buyers that perpetuate this problem. I will never support this store and I will make the drive to Petland East Liberty which is an ethical and unaffiliated business that adopts rescue dogs. Shame, shame, shame!

They are VERY RUDE AND have poor manners. I showed up to purchase some items, the employee who opened the door started speaking to me and asked if purchased my dog there. I said I did not. And I spent 25% of the price they asked for. and my dog is akc certified. most of theirs are not. as I had been in there months before looking for a puppy but almost all of their dogs are apri not AKC. AND WAY OVER PRICED. The manager then came up and interjected herself into our conversation stating that their pups are akc, I said apri is not the same as akc. She got upset and asked me to leave. they charge four times as much for a dog from a breeder. they are not akc certified. if you dont care if your dog is akc certifies you are better off going to a rescue and paying a couple $100 dollars. over $6000 or more that you will pay here. a quick Google search will help you find rescues and shelters for the breed of your choice. I found a breeder who had akc certified pups with show winners in their background. for a 1/4 of the price. after the way I was treated. I will never go into any Petland ever again. remember, I didnt speak to anyone. they started a conversation with me. and because they didn't like my answers I was asked to leave. PETSMART is less than a mile away, and I have never been mistreated there. if you value, courtesy, honesty, and common decency or manners do not go to petland. they only want people who they can trick into buying fake akc, overpriced pups. And apparently are not ok with anyone that has a mind of their own.

I was very impressed by the care and attention given to the animals. As a health care professional, I saw a very clean and well run facility. The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Took her for her first and second checkups. Vet very impressed with the animals that are sold at Petland Robinson.Very happy with my purchase of Miniature Schnauzer
