Very friendly and Informative from start to finish. I have a very anxious rescue dog from my last groomer but he seemed more calm after the visit with Cassandra. When I walked in, another customer was picking up her doggo. She had such high reviews and it eased our worry with our doggo's first visit. 10/10 highly recommend (will update post with pictures soon)

We absolutely love Rachel, she is always so pleasant and professional! Peyton loves her so very much from the very first time they met, which is amazing for me because he is such a big dog that people get overwhelmed by his appearance but he is such a big baby! She meets expectations each and every time there is no complaints at all !

My groomer, Cassandra did a great job, as always on my dog Belle. She is very good with my dog, and you can tell that she enjoys her job. She did some extra trimming around my dog's neck, just as I had requested.

I’d give a 0 star review if I could. I took my dog here to get him a basic haircut and wash thinking it was gonna be $55. Rachelle asked if i wanted his nails trimmed and his teeth brushed. I told her no and that I just wanted him washed and get a fresh haircut. She went behind my back, cut his nails too short and brushed his teeth without my permission. On top of all that, Rachelle neglected to mention that there would be fees for the grooming and she also charged me for trimming his nails and brushing his teeth when I explicitly told her not to. Apparently she does this all the time because when the total came to $73, her co-worker saw the shock on my face and said she assumed that Rachelle did not tell me about the fees. If you know your co-worker is doing this why would you not report it to your manager? When I got home I checked my dog for anything and he had nicks all over his body. Never going back.

Tara is excellent with our dog. He's a little anxious and has a lot of fur. He always looks wonderful. She also LISTENS to our requests on how we want him to look. Wheaten's are not easy to groom. We have spent years with both our dogs going to groomers who just say they are too matted and we have to shave him. Tara takes the time with him to make him look like a Wheaten and still maintain his coat. She's the reason we keep coming back.

hair was cut uneven .was taking my dog in for his last haircut. he now has cancer and has to be put down on Tuesday. I"ve had my dog for 25 years and think he could of had a better haircut.

Winter is a Westie and they do an amazing job on her especially her face, she doesn't like the clippers around her face so they scissor cut her and she looks beautiful!
