Joan is the best groomer. Oreo has been there since she was a puppy, but in her old age doesn't like change. We used to just schedule with whoever was on when we had availability, but Oreo wasn't a fan of men as she got older we found out, and seemed more out of sorts after other groomers. We schedule with Joan and with she seems fine after she is done. And I'm sure she isn't the easiest because she is getting older. We will continue to go there as long as Joan is still there.

Took my dog here for the first time to get his nails trimmed and buffed. I have his shot records on my phone and she couldn’t find his rabies shot (it was listed as Defensor 1), and when I pulled up a more detailed list and apologized, she didn’t say anything. She cut his nails and called me back in, waving like a crazy person; I thought she had cut him or he had bitten her. Only to tell me he was “funny” when she tried to buff his nails and that I need to get him training. He’s a big puppy and his manners need a little work (he IS in training, doing well), but he’s never had a problem getting his nails trimmed or having his feet handled before. Not sure what the problem today was, but the unsolicited suggestion will keep me from ever taking him back to this location.

all staff was super friendly and helpful! I just recently moved to the area, the cashier gave me some great recommendations for things i can do locally and the groomer was so kind and understanding and handled both my dogs with great care and their nails look so much better!

Joan does a great job with my dog. She is the reason I go to Petco for my dog's grooming. You can tell she truly loves dogs and her job.

Carol noticed that Maggie needed extra attention to her toenails and back-end fur needed extra brushing which was taken care of. I received a call to pick Maggie up at the estimated time. Excellent job. I hope Carol stays at PetCo.
