The stylist was very kind and knowledgeable. Since my dogs skin is so dry she recommended a different treatment and I was very happy with the outcome. She was great and did a wonderful job.

Both groomers were very friendly and helpful. The services themselves were exactly what I expected and the staff listened to what I wanted and even helped me with getting the dogs to my car following the appointments. The price was much more where I thought it should be than the previous groomers I have tried.

Excellent cut for a mixed breed dog. The groomer took care with all the details and made our dog look perfect. This is his best cut yet! ( I've been to private groomers and they didn't compare to the groomers detail). Would definitely go back

I have been bringing my Lab/Pit here for over a year. Her nails are a challenge for me to trim and this is the place to come. Leigh and the other groomers have a great way to calm my dog down and get the perfect job done. They are always friendly and while I wait, the other dogs being groomed are in sight and appear happy. Thank you to Leigh and groomer 14 and to Thomas the person at the register for jobs well done.

We were able to get in sooner than we would have been had we gone elsewhere. The girls that work there are nice to us and our dog. I was told about how long the appt. would take and the time was accurate. Our dog was matted. The groomer told us what would need to be done. Our dog looked great after.

The folks working were great. Our dogs ears were not trimmed as short as we had hoped so we called the next day and took her back and they trimmed them up immediately. Great service!!

Our pup came home smelling amazing and fluffy and soft and the customer service was so good! Staff was very friendly and listened to my needs and then made suggestions and went over pricing and coupons I could use to get service within my desired price range.

We took molly there a few weeks back and they cut one of her nails extremely short. Molly yelped and I heard her from in the store. Took that as maby they messed up. we took bella there yesterday and again they cut her front nail half off and dident even attempt to stop the bleeding. We found it walking threw the store by seeing blood on the floor. It actually hurts her bad enough she is limping on it. Very unhappy with the pple you have cutting nails there. Something as simple as that and they managed to hurt both our animals. Wouldent be acceptable if it was children but our dogs are part of our family so they are like our children.

My dogs have white and black nails, and a lot of technicians don't cut them short enough out of fear. This technician had no fear, and did a great job!
