Its bring your own bag time at Robinson Petco. If you're purchasing anything, bring a bag. They did away with their plastic bags, which i understand, but..With their prices, they should be able to afford paper bags! Come on !

Very helpful finding a harness for my tuxedo cat Shady. The lady even helped me fit one on him and showed me how to adjust it so it was snug enough for him. Then while walking up to check out he was like a celebrity in the store. All 3 people working kept wanting to pet him and we were all able to talk for a couple minutes without it seeming like I was interfering with their day. Very nice experience.From--Stephanie

I went to take my dog to a grooming appointment this morning. When I arrived the groomer told me my dog could not be groomed because I gave him his daily Prozac which he takes for separation anxiety. He is a rescue dog and suffers from high anxiety. Last time he was groomed at this location it was not an issue. He was also groomed by the same person who told me today he could not be medicated prior to the appointment. No where did it say I could not medicate my pet with his daily SSRI which is not even a sedative prior to his grooming appointment. I was told he should not take his meds for 24 hours prior to grooming after I arrived to the appointment. She made me feel like my dog and I were a burden for even showing up to the appointment. She seemed less than thrilled when we walked through the door. I called the north hills location after and they booked my dog for the next day. They told me it is not an issue and it will only be helpful for them and my dog. The woman was pleasant on the phone and was happy to have another customer. The staff member also knew that Prozac is not a sedative. If no medication prior to grooming was a policy, why is this not the same with all Petco locations? Maybe staff should be educated what medications are actually sedatives and have training in customer service. I will not be returning to this location again for grooming services.

I can’t say enough good things about this trip. I was on my way home from work and wanted to check out the full kit and caboodle for reptile cages for a new snake we are getting. I go to Petsmart almost every weekend, but I was ready to pull the trigger today.. the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, even helped me load up my cart with all the essentials. They helped sign me up for the care plan, and even troubleshoot when I had a problem. I actually might never go back to Petsmart again after how well I was treated In THIS store (Robinson PA).I forget the name of the person helping me, but I sincerely hope this review results in some kind of financial compensation for her. The staff was wonderful.

Came in about a week ago to get some fish for my freshwater tank. bought a pictus, bristlenose and a bala shark. bristlenose died almost immediately and bala followed short after. both ended up having finrot. i know its not from my other fish because none of them have died before getting fish from petco. the finrot spread to my tetras and also killed all of them. so unprofessional

I never really gave Petco a chance. Always went to Petsmart.....until now! Place has a lot more of a selection imho. I think Layla agrees! Just got back and she is out like a light! Nice people, nice place

I go to this petco location from time to time. They have a good selection of food and they carry a lot of toys. It could be a little less expensive but it's convenient. I did find a new more nutritious food for my little pug that she loves.

I waited 10+ minutes to even be acknowledged in the aquatics section. Employee was on phone instead. I asked for crickets which I was told could only sell 20 due to their crickets dying. I have gone to numerous pet stores, and I have never been told you cannot buy larger quantities. Left and took my business to another local pet store. Will not return to this Petco location.

Great experience from ordering online, contacting me online about the order status, very fast fulfillment, reaching the store and calling the phone number for curbside, quick response and bringing out my order. Very excellent employee delivered my heavy purchase, loaded it in my vehicle, and got me quickly on my way home.

i went in there to get a few dozen feeder fish. lady only gave me 11 and one dead one. they still charged me for the dead fish. if i could leave a 0 star i would. there’s not enough staff and they don’t clean the dead fish out of their tank. also got birds for there before and the next day the one died.

I've been shopping at Petco forever over all the other stores.Since COVID-19 everyone who made going there terrific are gone.I've also noticed that the floors are filthy.Like they are never cleaned. I've seen urine, dried. Dust bunnies everywhere, especially under all the bottom shelving.It never used to be like that.The trainers are gone , they were terrific.No free treats for the pups.I've been having trouble finding the food I needRecently went to a different store using the Appthe App and they couldn't fill the orderThen when I checked the food, it wasn't what was shown in the picture.I left with 4 cans out of 16.I never received the pickup email so I had to call customer service.I'm not going back.It's been gradual for 4 years.I have had enough.

Prices remain the best on pet products in the area. The place is clean and well stocked. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. They also ask if you need assistance and don't run away when you head towards them.

Was sold a "6" month old Guinea pig with a respiratory infection that quickly led to him passing away very traumatically, even with antibiotic treatment. 1 of 2, luckily the other baby is healthy. Went in for a refund so that I could get the surviving baby some more toys, treats, etc. because I feel so bad he lost his little brother... Workers acted like I was trying to return a shirt or something, SO casual, NO care or sympathy. Didn't even seem surprised it had passed, like it was a common everyday thing they have people come in for. Then had the nerve to do some sort of care and essential needs walk though as if the guinea passing was some how my fault, I am fully aware how to care for them... Was refunded I truly don't even care about the money. Petco should not be allowed to sell pets with how they are looked at as objects and not pets/animals.Also when I took the sick baby to the vet they said he was 3 months old not 6 months. So grateful for my one boy, and will be looking ELSEWHERE for his new companion.

I just experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this store. I’ve been going here for years and have never been late to pick up my dog. I had a family emergency today and was two hours late to picking up my dog and called as early as I could to explain the situation. Their staff was utterly rude and showed no compassion for my situation. Upon arrival the staff and general manager were exceptionally rude and told me that my dog was blacklisted from Petco and that she could never be groomed there again. I explained my situation in depth and asked for them to make an exception being as it was an emergency and I’ve never been late. They refused. Needless to say I put in a complaint with upper management. Who apologized sincerely and said the way the GM Bicana handled the situation was totally uncalled for. I have never been treated so poor in my life!!Cassandra also did a horrible job grooming my dog and did not follow instructions. It appears as if they’ve hired new staff all of which are horrible this store has totally declined please go elsewhere.

Cassandra was horrible. she was very rude and she shaved my dog completely bald and the hair cut was choppy with long pieces hanging off. never going to this one again. Do not book Cassandra she isn’t friendly! It would be a waste of money. She was rough with my dog and was disrespectful to me and my family who dropped my puppy off.
