I’ve been coming here since I rescued my black lab, Luna. The staff is always so friendly and always gives Luna treats. For such a small store, there is a big selection of toys, treats, and food. There is a dog washing station but I’ve never used it. They also hold events with local trainers, vets, etc. there’s a donation box too. Highly recommend.

Great store, has washing stations, and the staff is super friendly. But every time I come in with my dog and try to settle him down with a sit command, one of the attendants insists on breaking his training by calling him over. I appreciate your being nice to my dog, but it's not helpful. If you want to support pet owners, please don't interfere in a pet's training.

I wish there were more pet places like this. Being able to go wash/groom your dog is really handy. I absolutely appreciate places where you can drop your pets off but having somewhere that you can take them and do it yourself is invaluable. There's also a really good selection of high quality food and treats for dogs, cats and small critters at really decent prices. There's also a HUGE variety of dog chews I've never seen in stock anywhere besides online.

Took my dog in for a bath last night I was nervous because he is picky with other dogs but the cashier assured me he'd be okay. He made a few friends while getting a bath lol. I went there earlier as well to look stuff for my dog and got him some of their dog cookies, both of the ladies there were very kind, sincere and helpful. I felt so welcomed. I'm glad this location is close to home and we will be returning soon. I don't see a problem with prices in the store. I know it's through an animal shelter and my money is helping them so it makes me happy 😊

Super friendly and helpful staff. The security guard made me feel more uncomfortable than safe though. They have a wide variety of food and health care items to keep your animals healthy. They even have rescued kittens for adoption in the front. Dogs are offered free treat bags 😍 and sometimes they have small sample bags of the new food you might want to try on your pup. Just ask.The prices are a little bit higher than your average pet supply store but it's nice to have the convenience of everything in one place. Check the aisles for sale items and coupons.

This is one of the cleanest pet stores I've ever seen in my life. It doesn't even smell like a pet store. The birthday cookies were adorable and perfect for Gingers birthday.The young ladies working tonight were very welcoming and were able to answer all of my questions. I had such a great experience and I will be returning very soon (:

Great quick stop store for furry pets needs. They have a full dog washing area. Much more convenient than big box stores. Wish they had more aquatic selection is all. I keep fish and having a fish store in southside would be perfect.

Great self service dog wash! They have everything you need to give your dog a bath including wall clip ins, shampoo, fresh towels, and a dryer. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

My husband and I took our two dogs to use the self-service dog wash. Our lab got nervous as we walked in and decided to drop some poop as we got into store. The staff were quick to help us. They escorted us to the bathing area and provided us with instructions on how to use the area. While we washed our dogs, this very kind emploee kept checking to make sure we were ok. The bathing area had everything we needed and our dogs loved it. It was convenient and very well organized.

Great pet store focused on dogs and cats but with some small animal and aquarium supplies. Helpful staff. Dog wash stations available and affordable especially for larger dogs.

I was gifted with a Yorkshire terrier, and I'm a first time dog owner. I went here to get pet supplies. The staff was so welcoming, and helpful. This has become my permanent pet store.

Overpriced but i love 2 things about this place.. The dog bath area & the cat adoption. The bathing tubs are all different sizes for different size dogs. The area is gated so if your dog tries to escape during bath time he can't go far. $10 for a bath and it includes shampoo and towel. They also have dog bones for free if your sog was good during the bath.

I love the self serve pet shower station. I take my dog to the dog park in the Southside. Then we head to Pet Valu so I can clean her up before we head home. It's great! And the staff are amazing.

Cashiers were really nice and welcoming. Helped me find what I needed and gave recommendations on where to find items that could not be found in store. Patient, friendly and knowledgeable staff with a very clean store.

I will be so sad to see them go out of business. This is the only pet store that carries Orijen and a few other limited ingredient dog foods that I use. Staff is always sweet and extremely helpful.v

I like it here but its a pretty typical pet store like the others. Of course its fun bringing my dog with me. Prices are the same...high. There are cat up for adoption from HAR.

I went to use the pet baths. It is a nice set up, much easier on my back and knees. They provide shampoo, towels, hoses, a dryer,etc. Just bring your pup!

Fun toys for my furr baby meow. Pricey but worth it lol. Found some great Christmas gifts for family's pets. Store is closing soon so the things I bought were all on sale

It good store. parking lost it a star. too bad but if you can park its got most of what a dog or cat owner would need. a little pricey but its a chain.
